First time visit. Very clean salon. The man who did my pedicure did an excellent job. Its now a week and 1/2 later and it still looks like I just walked out of the salon. Overall I will probably return but it was a bit more $ than I am used to spending. Two pictures for comparison between the week.

I like this nail salon. I get pedicures and Im generally really busy, so I only do when I have time. I dont use a regular person. That being said I think I have had a pleasant experience here most of the time. The prices are good, the service is good and I always feel relaxed and happy when I leave. I have been going here for about 2 years now.

The nail tech was awful!!! I went in for a full gel set and I walked out with my nails looking wide, bulky and without a shape! None of my nails are all shaped evenly and not to mention the gel is already chipping off and it’s only been 1 day! Such sloppy work and they charged $50 for this awful work! Extremely disappointed and will never go back! Do your self a favor and save your money go elsewhere! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I went to this salon a couple of days ago.. and I have gone to this nail salon on multiple occasions and have experienced unprofessional service. However this time I had the last straw, when i entered the “manager” (idk if she was) was very rude and unwelcoming. When I picked my colors and she looked at my nails and we being difficult saying it was hard to remove poly gel and they were too thick... mind you all my nails had fallen off and only 3 were left and 1 on the verge of falling off. While doing my nails my nail tec kept complaining and left and asked someone else to do it. I found that very rude. When the other nail tech lady came she did the same thing, she complained and was making all the nail techs come and look at my nails which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I could not understand what she was saying but I felt unwanted during the process. I would’ve been fine if she had said something to me however she chose to show others and laugh which is not professional. The acrylics were not the length I wanted also, I wanted long almond but the nail tech kept saying it wouldn’t look good long and it would be nice short. I said no thank you I’m good but she didn’t listen and still did it short and it was 62$ I’m very unhappy with my experience at this place.

So far, everyone who has done my nails here is excellent. Their safety measures due to Covid are also great.

I did my nails and they came out great. Very clean and organized. But it is not a spa, there is no way to relax in there. They tv had on motorcycles competition and then a boxing match. The technicians were always talking between them and sometimes screaming. The lady that was doing my nails couldnt concentrate since her coworker was showing her pictures on the phone. Some relaxing music will be nice. I felt I was at the mall.

I am extremely happy at Bella’s, Jenny and the staff are really good and I always leave there happy. Thank you to all the staff at Bella’s nails, Jenny did an awesome job Wednesday night!! I’ve been getting my nails and toes done with Jenny at Bella nails for almost 2 years now. She is my absolute favorite!! Highly recommend her and her team. She takes her time with each customer, and always does a fantastic job. You know you’ve got a good one when you can watch TV and only look down at your nails when she’s finished. Also, love that they use bag for pedicure bins- it provides a cleaner environment and just makes you more comfortable soaking your feet. Highly recommended.

STAY AWAY. GOT INFECTION**I took this review down originally because Bella Nails would not stop calling me because I wouldn’t answer. But my toes are throbbing because of the infection and I really do not want this to happen to you.This was my first ever regular mani & pedi and within a day my two big toes got infected. I woke up to the feeling of sheer pain , looked at my toes and they were full of pus,red and swollen. I went to my doctor and got officially diagnosed with an infection and Im currently on antibiotics.Contacted salon and met with manager. Although I appreciate her meeting with me , they immediately refused to give me a refund after admitting to giving me an infection. They insisted REPEATEDLY to give me a gift certificate instead and the more I refused the more they insisted on the gift certificate and an additional mani &pedí. To me, this is extremely disrespectful because they are treating the wellbeing of my health as if it were a badly polished nail. All I wanted was a refund for what I payed for plus the tip , I couldve asked for more by making them pay more my doctors visit and prescription but I didnt. In the end , she refunded me only the set cost and not the tip . What shouldve happened is them refunding me the mani &pedi cost , the tip and my medical expenses. If Bella Nails is reading this review you shouldve paid for everything because that is the fair and just thing to do. My health is of upmost importance and should never be overlooked because of your no refund policy.I am not the type to ever review , this is my first , but I think looking out for a persons health is very important and I dont want this happening to someone else.

Getting my nails done at Bella Nails was a perfect experience. The waits arent long and they give out complimentary water. All of the staff was great and I had a great conversation with Lee. My nails came out great and I come again whenever I need them done. They are consistently great.

I love going to Bella Nails not only is it the cleanest salon I have been to in the area but you are always greeted sincerely and made very comfortable while you are there. Jenny is amazing, I have had my lashes done at a couple other places and she has done the best job hands down. I always leave there completely satisfied she does exactly what I want done and even when I get the clusters and not individual lashes I get so many compliments they look as good as the individual lashes. If there is ever something I dont like she fixes without question and guarantees her work... my daughter gets her nails done every other week and she loves going to Bella nails they treat her like a Princess!!! It is a very personal experience your not rushed in and out they take their time and do an amazing job!!! My mother and I have been coming to this nail salon for years. We dont go anywhere else because they do the best job and take good care of their clients. Jenny is the technician I always go to. She has attention to detail, takes her time, and listens to what you want. She is very skilled at what she does and you always leave happy! She always uses brand new tools; very sanitary and clean. I got powder extensions done here and they turned out amazing and the lady doing them was very nice! but today i went in and got my eyebrows waxed and i TOLD the man just a clean up when hes finished he tells me to look and hes waxed over half my eyebrow off! I asked why he made them so thin and he said oh i arched them for you...i did not ask for this and now im miserable. he also took a phone call while he was doing my brows??

This place takes forever , there service is bare minimum. They need to learn newer techniques. It should never take five people to complete a basic fill in and paint services that they offer ! I wouldn’t recommend to a blind person

Ever since the new management 8 months ago, everything is great! I love the decorations and especially the clean sanitation of the place. I recommend people should go to this place. If you had a bad experience before, check it out now, all new employees and a very nice/skilled manager.

Owner will take appointments days in advance, once you walk in they are all busy, you cant get the person that you requested and have to take first available, even then you have to wait for 20-30 minutes, and of course shell do a terrible job because shes new and doesnt know what shes doing. While waiting I did also observe that one of the technicians put the tools back into the sanitary bag and put them on the shelves with rest, after having used them on a client. Noteworthy: you simply because they are understaffed, not because they are so amazing an thus fully booked all the time. They intend to charm you to death once you get in, and also included in any service is a small bottle of water.

This is a nice clean nail spa, walk ins welcome. I lucked out and got a walk in spot with no wait. She did a good job in the time I needed to be done. Not the best gel mani Ive ever had, but it was good and I have no complaints.

The worst experience ever!!! I took my mom for pedicure, nail technician used a razor as part of the pedicure procedure. She shaved my moms skin so deep that now she can’t even walk or stand. They have no clue no experience what so ever. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Do not waste your time or money please

Best nail salon in centreville. Usually busy so call for an appointment and ask for Jenny shes very fast and does whatever you need. There are a few other great ladies just cant remember names. Place is very clean and big. Pedicure chairs are also great & offer water while sitting.

I always have a great experience at Bella Nails. I have been going there for acrylic nails, SNS manicures, and gel manicures since June 2019 and their workmanship is always stunning. They keep the shop very clean and offer you water the moment you sit down. Linh and Helen are truly artists. Today Linh took my nails from looking truly scary to absolutely stunning - a full set of acryllics and a cuticle trim in just about an hour.Highly recommend this shop!

Nice and clean. Was talked into the 37$ pedicure. Was mediocre. Did not get the full 10 minute foot massage that was promised. Lady laughed at my small toes. Quickly painted nails and then didnt set me somewhere to dry. Quickly hurried me out the door. There is nail polish all over my cuticles that were hastily cleaned up. As a single mom i was disappointed that this was my relaxation time.

I have been to this location several times. I like how the ladies that work there actually talk to you and do not make you feel uncomfortable when they speak in another language. They are very kind to you and do not pressure you to upgrade services or add on. Which I like.

I love going to Bella’s but after my experience today I’m not so sure anymore. I went in this morning to get a refill on my nails and ended up with fat, uneven and not fully painted nails. My nails were left with streaks marks from The brush and my technician was rushing through the whole process as well.

Wonderful new management. Pedicure spot has individual liners. Friendly, clean and efficient updated products make my regular visits enjoyable !! I recommend this highly.

My experience was good. My daughter and I went together. Jenny did an amazing job, however my daughter had a different experience. First she wanted a similar color as her toes and it didnt turn out. Second, the nail tech only file one hand down before applying the acrylic nails. Third..used different nail sizes on left hand than right. And finally, left with painful bleeding cuticles.

Came here on saturday morning early and asked for eyelash extensions and a manicure , and they said after I get my nails done that they would do the extensions, then they said oh sorry she has another customer now come back later, about 5 minutes after I left the salon multiple nails were already ruined and had indentations in them... so I came back about an hour later cuz they told me to come back for the extensions and I wanted to get my nails fixed and they all gave me mean looks and said were too busy today and to come back during the week but I had a job interview on that day.

Still love coming here. Got the pink & white and they look great & last a while. Everyone is friendly. I bring my husband & daughter for pedis!

Ive been coming to this nail salon regularly for the past 6 months and I have no complaints. I highly recommend Jenny for any of your services.

Service was great, however my nails started chipping after 1 week. Ive gotten no chip plenty of times and it never chips and looks this bad after 1 week. The brand of polish was not a typical brand Ive seen before.

Today was my first time coming here and they made my nails really beautiful, I had some bad experiences in Manassas so I can to Centreville and I think it was worth it, also the people is really generous. I definitely coming back!!

Ive historically loved this place, which is why I give it a 2. Recently I saw a man here before I moved. I got a gel manicure. I had gel on prior to coming as well. He not only left the foil with remover on for over 40 minutes, but then cut my nails unevenly, painted my nails very short of the cuticle, and then used a nail Dremel to fix where the gel polish adhered to my skin. He made me bleed in two places doing this.I was behind disappointed with this service.
