I have been coming to Amazing Nails for years. They are a great family of nail professionals. They make an effort to get to know me and recognize when I call! I usually get a dip powder manicure - lasts for 3 - 4 weeks with their professional application.

I have been a client at Amazing Nails for several years. Thanking my technician with a 20% gratuity as well as verbally. My recent appointment of August 4, 2021 I asked my technician Tiffany to file my nails only as much as she needed, due to the fact that I shaped my nails prior to the appointment. An argument ensued then Tiffany turned her head and rolled her eyes. This is not professional behavior nor is it respectful. I firmly told her not to ever roll her eyes at me again and how disrespectful it was.I called to make an appointment today and was told by management that it is felt I have always been disrespectful toward the technicians andthat neither my regular technician Tiffany nor Seven want me as a client due to me always being disrespectful towards them.I am stunned that such blatant lies have been spoken against me.

My nail technician was very rushed, and made many mistakes. The color came out nice. But the rest was horrendous. Lee never pushed back my cuticles or did any prep before gluing on the tips. Which she got glue on my skin and it stick to the nail, which she never did anything about either. When filing the nails, she cut 2 of my fingers, lifting up the nail from the bed on one corner. And when I walked out, my nails were half inch longer than asked for, and they were almost a 1/4 inch thick. I went home and spent 2 hours filing them down to being decent.

Got my nails done for a trip with Gel polish added tips. Next day already chipped. Spoke to the manager Lilian and offered to get fixed which I did go back and got them fixed. 2 days later chipped again! I sent a text to Lilian again but got ignored never heard back so I left on vacation with chipped nails which I sent more photos but nothing. I left for a week and most of my Gel was completely gone! I was so upset I went to a place closer to me and they were shocked also how quickly it came out. This place is Overpriced for sure my other place did samething and even better lower price and guess what Gel still on no chips.

I went to amazing nails in centreville on june 30th and and 8 days later one has snapped in half. the nails are okay looking but the french tip isn’t done that well, i was cut and the lady continued to go over said cut even after telling her not to. the tools she used were nasty and had been previously used without being cleaned. she cut my cuticles up in several fingers and when i was finished i just wanted to pay and leave, but not only had she charged for every little thing she did to my nails, she stood and practically demanded a tip. i wanted to leave without giving her one but i had walked that day and i was afraid she would have followed me, as she was very, very forward about this tip.

Great place! Glad I found this shop near me, I had a newer girl (Thanh Do) and she did such a beautiful job on stiletto style powder dip nails!

I have been going to this salon for over two years. I’m very picky when it comes to coffin nails, I’ve had the pleasure of getting Joy to do my nails & she did great, joy left & then I stuck with Abby who listens to what I need & knows how to do coffin nails amazingly, Abby is now on leave so I now will go with Tiffany! She did my nails & they’re beautiful! She listened to what I wanted and was patient and caring with removing my old acrylics. They’re always so welcoming!

Services are great and pricing is great. I have been going here for over 3 years for mani/pedi services and I have never had a problem!! All of the women are very professional and nice.

I went in for the first time, excited because it was highly recommended. My friend and I called ahead and were told we would be seen. We ended up waiting for 20 minutes. I was in there for three hours TOTAL for a pedicure and full set. The pedicure went fine, however the woman who did wanted to use sea salt at a $5 extra charge, which Ive never been charged for that at ANY salon Ive been to. She spent no less than 20 min on my full set and charged an extra $5 for the shape. They weren’t even and she left acrylic under the nails in globs. She also pressured me to do gel and when I told her I didn’t want gel she blobbed nail polish on them. She walked me to dry them and I politely asked her to fix them because they were splotchy. She was rude and blobbed more nail polish on them. These photos are after she fixed them it was actually worse before she fixed them. I had to ask 3 different people to have it fixed but the women were too busy looking for more clients to work on. The workers here focus on money, not quality. When asked for a refund, the women who did my nails proceeded to scream at me in front of the entire salon, saying I was charged the correct price for her work. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone or return. I still want a refund for this horrible work. I had to go to another salon to have them fixed. Save yourself the $68 and go to someone who takes time to correctly do their job and acts professional.

Decided to spread my use of nail salons to do my part in keeping Businesses afloat during this season of covid. I was serviced three different times and each were dismal and unprofessional. My technicians all seemed highly annoyed. One of those visits I watched while the manager verbally fought with another technician. My last visit yesterday was the last draw....as a young technician abruptly terminated her service on my nails after asking her to file the nails. I left before my service was complete...(after asking what I owed). Done and done.

I got my acrylics done , the lady was so nice she was patient with me and the nails stayed on for a whole month better than other salons because in other salon my nails fall of quickly and this one it took about 1 month i would very much recommend

I walked in and saw that Jennifer was working (was told to request her specifically by my bf mom) and yes I had to wait about 15 min while she finished out her two clients, however, not an issue as I never had an appt. She provided such detailed care and perfection to my nails. Always ask for Jen! She is the most accommodating tech and take great care of your request.

I got a regular mani and acrylic set and they came out amazing 😍 exactly what I asked for! I highly recommend Tiffany, she likes to take her time and is a perfectionist like me. The service was great and the workers were very friendly. COVID approved 👍🏻

I went here 2 days ago I got a normal coffin set. They were done by Cindy. I wish they were more welcoming when I came in there was no one near the reception. I just heard a lady tell “ wash your hands”. A greeting would be nice. Throughout the whole service she was very quiet and kinda aggressive. She did not communicate well and did a fairly poor job on the nails. The nails don’t look good for the price ( $70) I paid. The paint is messed up at places and overall they look weird. WouldNot recommend this place. It’s way too hyped on Instagram:/

I have been coming to Amazing Nails since I was a young lil one. My mom would go every two weeks and because of such good quality service, I have followed in her footsteps. The women there have always been the most friendly and welcoming. The environment helps customers to feel comfortable and leave feeling confident. Styles are unmatched by every employee and they also have an Instagram account to showcase designs and offer deals to customers almost every other day... great place. Amazing environment. 10/10

I heard great things about this place and very bad things. Personally I enjoyed it.

To start, I made an appointment with LILLIAN at NOON- even received a txt with confirmation of the time and tech I requested. (Note: I had never been here before so I don’t know what she looks like- I requested her based on reviews!) They clearly were overbooking as I Witnessed another woman walk in, also with an appointment- and they asked her if she could come back at 1. The one star is for the tech being nice and making sure I liked the color. When my service finally started at 1225, I didn’t ask for anything extravagant- full set with pink/white ombré- though I did have to have a previous set removed. I didn’t stick around much longer to inspect the work as it seemed air circulation was minimal and I really wanted to leave. Big mistake. When it was time to pay she said “I didn’t charge you for removal”, to which I thought wow that’s really nice. False, the receipt clearly showed removal ($3), shape ($5- even though the tips she used were already basically shaped and one nail wasn’t even shaped at all lmao) and ombré ($65)... grand total of $73 (not including $15 tip)... oh and to my surprise I was attended by TIFFANY... NOT Lillian.I will not be returning- Customer requests are not honored here. This was done 6/30/20 btw.. this isn’t $73 work.

My first time visiting Amazing Nails located in Centreville and love their quality of nail service. I had such an amazing and professional visit. Lillian took care of me and gave me exactly the shape, color, and design I was looking for. I have been to many other nail salons but I was not happy with the outcome. I will definitely recommend this salon to others!

I came in to get a refill I got the same day appointment asked for three texts I was given Tiffany because she was available in the evening I only came here because I was due for a refill and the girl that normally does my nail is away free good amount of time I had encapsulated heart nail design I have never had an issue when I want any color what my nail tech normally does is shave it super thin and puts more acrylic well here I was told that I needed to get a dark color gel to be able to cover it up but in general the refill Is not good I have acrylic on my cuticle which means its going to list Ive done my nails for years and this is not a good job. I dont know if maybe she didnt like the work I had previously because yeah my thumbs one was longer than the other but there was nothing wrong with the work she told me she had to make the acrylic even but she did not. I should have just waited. Then I was ten mins late so I had to wait like 40 mins even thought I messaged saying Id be 7 mins late she could have messaged me the same way I made the appt *tiffanys work *

I get my lash extensions here and absolutely love them! I plan to get my nails done here very soon! They post so many pretty ideas on their Instagram.

Shop is clean, staff is friendly and accommodating BUT they lack in nail care. I’ve gone for a full set 4 times and the first time I saw Abby who is the best most competent tech. Every other time Abby was not available so I was sent to a different tech each time. EVERY tech is terrible besides Abby. Tiffany is the worst! She refuses to listen to simple requests like shape, and instead does what she thinks is best and asks you after it’s done. They never do your cuticles and nail beds, they are not up to dat with styles and designs etc and the quality is always SO poor. After this last time I will not be returning.

I traveled 45 mins to this shop only to be treated with the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in a salon. I got a pedicure which was mediocre and rushed. I just wanted a fill in with gel polish. My nails where not filed nor shaped properly when I asked for them to be fixed the lady has a very rude attitude. Putting polish on lumpy acrylic never turns out good so I was very displeased and asked for the polish to be removed (attitude again) so here I am leaving the salon with bare lumpy acrylic nails and a mediocre pedicure. I was still charged FULL PRICE $102 and I have to go home and fix my nails and feet myself. Needless to say I left the shop in tears and will not be returning. People work hard for their money to be able to treat themselves these are not the experiences they deserve.

Based on their photos on Instagram, I was excited to try this salon. I went in Tuesday, today is Thursday and my GEL polish is already turning yellow. This is a sign that they are tampering with the top coat or using inferior products. I wont be returning.

I drove 40min to get my eyelashes, eyebrows waxed and my full set done. Everything came out nice but my full set nails. The person did not know what she was doing. I left unsatisfied 😔 I guess I was set with the wrong person (bad luck) so if you want to drive 40min to this place make sure you set your appointments with Abby or Lilian they both know what they are doing.

Out of all the years I have been getting my nails done by amazing techs. I am always loyal to who does my nails. However, my nail tech has sold his location and I decided to give Amazing Nails a chance due to great reviews from close friends and family. I must say I was truly disappointed in Lilian! She not only lied to me in my face by saying that ever tech does the same So called Amazing work that she does she made me so upset by starting my nails and then not finishing them. What type of business would lie to there customers especially a new customer. Very sad that I had to leave out and pay for bad service. I assure you I will never return. I must say If you do go Abby does amazing work as I was sitting next to her boothe and she was very kind to step in and correct a poor job the male tech did on my nails. Thank you Abby . Please teach your manager to not post false information stating they she can do 3D artwork and can’t do a simple coat of paint on nails!

If you want bomb acrylics done this is the place to go!!! I recommend Lilian because you can never go wrong with her and by far the sweetest nail tech in the area! But, anyone of their techs will make you look amazing!! Clean and respectable salon, very friendly all around, love this place.

I have been coming to this nail salon for a year now. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The staff is welcoming and professional. They make you feel like family. There is someone to greet you the second you come through the door. I come here for all of my beauty needs, including acrylics, pedicures and waxing, and I have never been disappointed. Quite frankly I think this store has A LOT of clients and they most definitely rush on their work to get onto the next client. Honestly speaking my nails last MAYBE 10 days MAX when I get them done here and I’ve tried working with Abby, Tiffany, Seven almost all and I do believe they’ve built such a high clientele that they don’t care how messy and rushed it is. I guess I understand the more clients you can take but I guess I rather take quality over anything not mention they are VERY over priced. All the “offers/discounts” they promote on IG is fake at this point it’s just what they charge it’s a perception that it’s a discount. 10/10 would NOT recommend

This is my new lovely salon. My technician Joy- she did really good job on me. I came over 5 days ago to have a pedicure and Sns dipping. She was good take care and kept asking what I like during the time she did my nails. The price is reasonable and worth what you paid for. Highly recommend!!!

I love this place!!! They do really great job speacially with the pedicure. They take time and care :) Nina and Joyce are great! They are very skilled at what they do. I love their selection of spa pedicures. My new favorite is the organic spa pedicure with foot massage. Added bonus points for the plastic liner for the pedicure tub. :)

This is my favorite nail salon. I have gotten my nails done by Lilian, Nikki and Jenny. They always leave my nails even and thin whereas most other nail salons leave them thick with uneven tips. I love that they do 3D nail art and other cool designs (like with holographic powder). It is slightly more expensive than some nail salons, but its worth it if you love how your nails look.

I went here because my usual nail haunt was closed for some reason. Im so glad it was! This place was actually less expensive, nicer, and more modern.

Had no appointment but they were able to take me in with no problem which was great! Had to take off my acrylic nails to get gel instead, and they did not ripped my nails off! They took their time filing the nails down and let me soaked in acetone until all the products come off. My gel turn out exactly the way I want without no damage to my real nails. The lady took extra time in painting the nails to prevent any gel hitting the skin. Love this place, will definitely come back!!!

Everything was fantastic!

Their closing time is 9pm on the weekdays. My sister and I got there right at 8 and the lady was closing up and so she asked us what are we gonna get done and we said we just want our nails only done and she just walked off, said she was closed, got in her car and left. A whole hour before the closing time and she was very rude. Didn’t have the chance to do my nails but they have failed when it comes to customer service.

Its not the most cleanly and updated spa. Ive gotten a few polish changes there and some of them do a good job, but I have gotten at least two polish changes that didnt look good. It looked like I did it. The equipment they use doesnt look very clean.Tina does a great job!If you care more about price than superior quality this is a good place. If you dont care about price and just want a perfect manicure or pedicure than dont go here.

First Impressions matter...I came in as a new customer to get a gel fill. I was told it would be 15 minutes to wait. Normally I never do, this time I decided to wait. I was asked to come back to a chair AFTER another customer came in stating what service they wanted. They too asked, how long is the wait. They took her right back, got her a MIMOSA and put her in the pedicure chair. Then proceed to seat me on the chair while they go do her pedicure. I noticed it had been 30 minutes that has passed now! No tech, no offer for a beverage nothing. Its cool. I quietly gathered my things and proceeded to the door. This is when I get asked, maam are you leaving? I said, Yes I am. I thought it was just 15 minutes I would have to wait but its been 30. She looks back at her techs saying they are ready all the while they are all busy, including the one who took a walk in after me. I spend hands down $75 a visit on my nails...But they wont see that money now. On to the next.

I’ve been there few times just because I live really close by. But I will stop going there after my last visit. The lady was hurting my nails so bad and when I told her that, she got attitude, she said something to colleague and I know they’re talking about me complaining. They’ll charge you extra five dollars if you wanna have pointy shape. And finished work wasn’t that good. I did acrylic nails and lady left a lots of extra powder under my nail tip, it looks pretty bad after a couple days. Amazing nails, you really have to work on your costumer service girl ~ why would I spend almost 40 dollars to get a bad service and ugly nails ??

I dont usually like massage chairs, but the ones they have at Amazing Nails are wonderful! Im 9 months pregnant and was in desperate need of some TLC and relaxation and they gave me just that. Ana took her time on my toes and massaging my legs/feet. When it came time for my mani, she could tell how much I was enjoying the massage chair so she let me stay there while she did my manicure:) I will be going back here from now on!!!!

I am truly saddened to have to update my 5 star review from a year ago to a 1 star after my appointment tonight. This place has gone down hill. Tonight my mom and I had 7pm appointments, yet when we arrived they seemed to have no idea why we were there. My tech coughed on me and into her gloved hand several times. My moms tech was too concerned with another clients issue to pay attention and give a decent massage. The decor and nail polish selection is cluttered and dusty. There are smears on the mirrors in the service area. It was really disappointing and this is the 3rd time weve had a negative experience since January and I have to say we will not be back.

Sad to say I will no longer be a guest at Amazing Nails. The other day I received the worst pedicure Ive ever had. I rarely had issues at Amazing Nails and whenever I did, it was remedied but I had requested either Tiffany or Lilian to do my pedicure. When I went in the salon, Lilian was doing someones nails and Tiffany was waiting for another guest. They gave me someone I had never seen or been serviced by before which was already strange to me because Lilian knows Im picky. I decided not to complain because I just figured Lilian wouldnt steer me wrong. I sit down, the woman does not greet me and then my horrible service began. She cut me multiple times while removing my toe gel polish, and every time I said ouch she told me the gel was tough. When she finally finished removing the gel, she put my feet in the water then quickly took one foot out and began to work on my cuticles(WITHOUT putting the cuticle cream to soften them). The entire time I kept telling her it was hurting and I also had to tell her multiple times how to shape my nails... being that she did not even ask. Lilian knew I was not happy because she kept leaving her guest to check on me. Eventually I got tired of having to watch this catastrophe and just let her finish the terrible job. She quickly washed my feet applied gel polish then “moisturized” my feet and then told me I was finished. She literally did not even pull my trousers back down or put my slippers on or even give them to me before she had already walked away. When I went to the front to pay, Lilian came and told me the price... $54. $54 for an extremely awful pedicure which I already knew I would have to get another elsewhere. I dont like to lose my composure so I decided to reach out to Lilian privately after I left. She refused to take accountability of the situation but rather made excuses for the woman such as “she was new and sick” and that she rolled the cameras back and everything was done correctly in my pedicure. Being that I have been going to this salon for over a year and have been getting pedicures for over 10 years, I was extremely offended, hurt, and appalled by her response. I gave her my feedback and wished them the best. I suggest if anyone decides they want to go to this salon they should be aware that #1, yelp reviews are very important, #2 NIKKI IS NO LONGER THERE, #3, if you are unhappy with your service, tell them before you pay... because you will leave with wasted money and empty promises otherwise. I’ve attached a photo of my foot when I got home after this beloved “pedicure”. Good luck guys

I just accidentally found the Amazing nails salon when i scrolled down insta anh then i decided to come there. The staffs are very nice and the service is good. Now Amazing Nails salon becomes my fav place when i wanna get something pretty on my nails ❤️❤️❤️

I love this place! I go here whenever I need to get my eyebrows waxed or Mani or Pedi. The people there know my family by name and always ask about them. They are all very kind, and the prices arent too bad.

My gel acrylic nails were horrendous. I had to go back within 3 days because the nail polish chipped. The lady then charged me $10 to repaint that nail. When I went back to have them removed another technician noticed how badly they were done and was shocked to find out that my nails were done by Amazing Nails. I had been following this page on Instagram with high hopes from the work I saw advertised on their page. I paid $60 for a full gel acrylic set including a $5 charge for coffin shaped nails. This shop cant even afford to put the A in their amazing nails sign on front but have the nerve to charge $70 for an ombre gel set. Theyre a rip off when it comes to nails, their quality doesnt match the prices paid at all. Also theyre annoying in the way they schedule appointments. I would not recommend this salon to anyone in the Centreville area. Theyre overpriced for no reason. My pedicure was the only okay service I received and even that I paid $40 for a gel pedicure. Not worth the price you pay at all and horrible customer service with nail technicians who dont know what the salon offers.

My mom and sisters went in and it is just horrible. My mom and sister had full make up on they didnt even wipe the make up off for the facial massage. They didnt put any cream or lotion on the face. It was just a HORRIBLE experience. The massage is just really bad. Dont go. Theyre not professionals.

I never like to write reviews but this one particular experience was so bad that I had to make time to share my horrifying experience at this poorly managed nail salon ... I had an appointment set up with Nikki and Lilian and the time of the appointment Lilian calls and canceles on us anyways Nikki did my nails and she was terrible no experience no patience super rude tried to convince me to get a color I absolutely hate she jacked up my nails they were all crooked and she didn’t wanna fix them and she was talking to her coworkers in her language and I’m pretty sure she was bad mouthing me and then she started helping another customer even though she wasn’t done with me!!! And the other person who handled my friend after Lilian canceled on us she cut my friend’s skin and made her bleed ( just terrible) how are these people even licensed!!! I truly wonder however after I complained to the owner ( Lilian) I sent her many photos of my jacked nails she promised to fix them herself so i went back to get them fixed and she literally called and canceled on me again ( so rude and unprofessional ) !! Then they gave me someone else to fix them but they told me they can only fix one nail!!! What !! I was furious i had to be so rude cause I lost it at that point.., save your money falks the worst salon ever

I wish I could put negative stars here!!! SUPER BAD SERVICE. I spent 2 hours inside for a mani-pedi and only got a pedi done. They started to take care of other clients [who got there at least an hour after me] I was trying to get a facial for my aunt and they went in circles and never got that done. Only 4 people trying to take care of 12 people.Really bad.For me I would have given this a -3 STARS at least.And they were rude once I told them we were tired of waiting and they should serve first come...

My first time ever visiting this salon was 2/05/18 . My nail technician , Ni Na , was very rough , jabbing her nails into my cuticles time after time after i ask her can you please stop that hurts she continued to do so and had an attitude the rest of my appointment . i asked for my acrylic to be thick , as i know my nails break easily if they are not thick . she did do them thick at all , with in 4-7 days i had one nail that a tip broke off , one nail is missing a huge chunk , and another that has totally lifted because of her lack of care while performing my service(as of today 2/15 im looking to find somewhere to fix the horrible job on my acrylics, unless they plan on fixing and/or redoing them ) . she did not clean up the extra acrylic she had gotten all over my skin , and never grinded the extra all the way off when cleaning my cuticles . While i got my nails done my little one got her nails painted , they just left her at the dryer and didnt even check on her , luckily her nails dried quick and i told her to come back over by me . After all was said and done she let me dry my nails for 5 minutes and tried to rush me out of the door , i told her id be staying until my nails dried . i will not be visiting this nail salon again , there a lot of cheap shops that are around and do great nails , this is not one in my honest opinion .

Beautiful nails, very relaxing experience!

I went to fix my nails on Friday and spent 55 minutes sitting with my hands in the water, so I left with my nails unsettled, they should be a little more attentive to the customers that are arriving.

Ive been going to amazing nails for years!Love tiffany she is the best (: the whole staff is very welcoming and sweet ! Deff choose amazing nails to get your things done

I went their for the first time and got sns powder for my acrylic nails, as soon as I got home I broke out in rashes for the next three days, don’t recommend going here
