Unbelievable customer service and top notch mechanics! If you own a Ford - this should be the only place to take your vehicle for service. Hopefully, youll be lucky enough to have Jarred Martin or Hector work on your vehicle. They are the best! I dont trust my truck with anyone else.

I am absolutely blown away by the customer service here. Logan was extremely helpful and actually paid for a part I needed in order to do my repair correctly. I was constantly kept up to date and i’m am extremely satisfied. Everyone here is very friendly and I am beyond grateful for their service! Even got a free car wash :) Highly recommend!!

After all I went through prior, Chris Floats, and the team, got it right. It was not an easy walk, but they did me right! When it came down to it, they finally got it right, and treated me as if I mattered. Just think that everyone, should be treated like they are VIP, the first time! Thanks guys! Horrible service. Has wronged me so many times, I’m never return. I called the service manager and left a complaint, he’s yet to call me back. That was a week ago. My work vans have been leaking oil, tire rotations done incorrectly with the wrong tire pressures, brakes that were told needed replacement and were dangerous to drive on - turned out to be not even half way worn, this dealership is horrible for service. I’ll never return. My work vans are brand new and have been treated terrible from this place.

Unprofessional and absolutely terrible communication from this service center. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here EVER.

The service center at groove is the only place I take my truck when it needs work done. They are honest and fair priced, and dont try to rake you over the coals when it comes to repairs. The customer service is outstanding, as well as the work they do with the vehicles. Highly recommend taking your vehicle for anything that needs to be done

These guys are great. Broke down before the Eisenhower tunnel outside Denver they were the only people for probably 75 miles that had my top radiator hose for a 2017 Ford Transit. My son swung through picked up the part and brought it to me 62 mi away to make the repair on the side of the road.Excellent customer service.

I took my Ford F150 in for a noise. The service was great - needed a new water pump. Bill was really helpful in explaining some of the delays with parts and the followup they did once the pump was put in. I was very pleased that they were thorough with my truck. Thank you for all you do!

Oh my gosh! Jim and his team were AMAZING! We took our car to 3 other places and no one could figure out the issue. We brought it here to Jim and his team, not only did they figure it out in one day, they fixed it in just a few hours the same day.When I called, Jim was so wonderful, caring and understanding even though they were closing in 20 minutes.We live 45 minutes away but I will happily make the drive any time I need help with my vehicle again because I have found a great place that I trust.Thanks so much, Jim and team!

Horrible service here. When you drop off your car for service to get and oil change and a have a noise looked at it really shouldnt take OVER A WEEK before they even looked at the issue. Not to mention i got no phone call for status unless I initiated them. This consistently happening here. The only reason i go here is because the fleet company for my vehicle requires me to.

Had a great experience there... Shawna really knows how to treat a customer. I have to bypass a couple fldealerships just to get here however I will do it any day of the week. Follow up was great, send a shout out to Becca as well, for exceeding my expectations.

Found out after leaving my car with them all day that my appt wasnt really an appt. They never even looked at it.

Seems I cant get any service done at this location. Ive been hung up on 3 TIMES while trying to make an appointment. Absolutely terrible service!!!
