I was passing thru on a road trip when my Jeep started leaking some fluid from under the engine bay that was hard for me to diagnose on my own. Jeff (one of the owners I think) was willing to work with my schedule to get it looked at it ASAP and they were even able to get the repairs done same day so I didnt lose any time on my trip. Great price too. I talked to one of their mechanics Chris about the work he did and he pointed out some things to keep an eye on, and everyone in the shop was really nice which isnt exactly common for a mechanic, especially one that does good work.Im referring all my CO friends and family here, and if Im close enough next time I need work done Id probably just make the trip up for it.

I actually found Waters Auto Repair from a Google search and all of the reviews were right on. I went there for the first time today and I am so happy I found this place. Geoff was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I was very appreciative that he was able to get the work done in a timely manner as well. His pricing was fair and he just made a not so fun thing (having to spend money on your car) a great experience. I will for sure be back and I would recommend to anyone I know. This shop is the TRUTH! I have a 2009 pontiac g8. Every shop in the area either wont touch it because they cant get parts or just really dont want to work on it. Car hasnt been on the road in almost a year and ran great. My first time really driving it and it ran flawless. Came in for struts and shocks. A hesitation at idle and alot of other issues. Not only did he know what it needed but he knew exactly how to get it. Did I mention the price for the repairs was more than fair?

So glad I found this place! I always try to take my car to small businesses that do honest work. Geoff was super helpful and personable. I was told I needed a ton of work at the dealership and came here for a second opinion. So glad I did bc I got great service for much lower cost. They gained a loyal customer today. Will be coming back for future services needed on my car!!

My radiator had a leak in it. Almost every nearby auto shop was quoting me at $800+ just to fix the radiator. However this place quoted me at $500 for the radiator and they got me in that day. They also fixed my 4 wheel drive and a U Joint. This all added up to around $900, almost the same amount every other place was charging for just the radiator. I love this place and can’t see myself using any other mechanic now. I highly highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I came here in a flurry with out an appointment because my cars engine was smoking and I couldnt find any auto shop near by that had available appointments. The guys here were all so help full and put the air valves back on (which was a quick fix) for me with no charge. I then returned for an oil change and another part repair and Ill be bringing my car back for my brakes to get done. I would definitely recommend coming here!

Geoff, Chris and team have been wonderful in the short amount of time we have been using them. We were referred to them by a good friend who takes all their vehicles and trailers to them. We are in the middle of searching for a used vehicle and have brought to them for an 2nd (obviously leaning towards us!) opinion. I took my 2014 Subaru Crosstrek to be looked at for a oil leak and oil in my coolant reservoir. It ended up that I needed major repair done to my engine for numerous seals and gaskets leaking. They did a outstanding job of repairing the motor. Geoff sent pictures the whole way thru the repair and kept me informed along the way! I also got my vehicle back in a timely fashion for the size of the job and also getting a brake job and my a/c recharged. Geoff was very caring of my concerns and made you feel confident the job would be done correctly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing car service and will use them for any other needs for all my vehicles.

Great service. They were able to fit me in their busy day and even made sure i had a ride to and from my home when it was time to get my car. They were all very helpful and even sent me a text to approve any additional changes. I attached the pictures that were sent. Apparently, some creature had decided my car was a safe and warm place for a night. They even replaced my window washer fluid. All in all, very impressed.The only thing that made today a little difficult was finding them. They are tucked away in the back parking lot. Just keep your eyes open and you will find them.

My Fiat check engine light appeared. They got me in first thing in the morning (as a walk-in). It ended up needing new spark plugs and coil. The mechanic also noted that the coolant reservoir was leaking. They were able to make all repairs and I had the car back by the end of the day and at a great price. We will DEFINITELY be coming back to Geoff and his team again whenever we need car repairs. They are a fantastic team of professionals. Keep up great work!

I called Waters repair looking for a second opinion. My dodge dealer gave me a quote of $ 7,700 to replace the transfer case in our 2015 Dodge Durango. I gave Geoff the quote and was hoping he could make the repair for a few hundred dollars less. Two days later Geoff called and said all the car needed was a minor part, total cost out the door was $ 777.38. That was 2 months ago and it runs perfect. In my opinion Geoff could have agreed that the car needed the new transfer case and charged me up to the dealer quote of $7,700 but instead he was honest and only charged us what was needed to fix the car. Hard to find integrity like that in todays times. Walters Auto Repair is the BEST!

Came in last Wednesday and had some weird engine codes needing at least the spark plugs replaced - North of $500 easy, and I called around. Geoff got my engine diagnosed and plugs replaced for less than $500. Mark gave me a lift to and from work and that helped a ton - great guy! Geoff explained exactly what was done, what he discovered the previous owner/mechanic had missed, and he even took me back into the shop and showed the parts he removed and why. My car is running better than ever, with at least a %10 mpg increase strait away.

I came in late one afternoon to have Geoff confirm my suspicion of a failing wheel bearing. He was able to quickly diagnose it, rule out any other potential noise sources from other wheel bearings/diffs, and then had the car back to me before lunch the next day for what is a pretty laborious job. They also dropped me off at home and picked me up from work which was incredible convenient. The price was fair especially considering the quick turn around and the shuttle. Id definitely considering coming back for future jobs.

Great Auto Repair Shop! I cant say enough great things about Geoff and Brandon. I was in a tight spot with a trailer wheel that broke off the lugs. I talked with Geoff on the phone and he told me they would do everything they could to get be back on the road. At 5 oclock with their backs against the wall Napa didnt deliver the lug nuts needed. Brandon the tech fixing the trailer, jumped in his car and raced off to get the needed lug nuts. Needless to say I was back in action 30 minutes after closing time. These guys busted their tails for a customer they had never done business with. In a world full of auto shops that dont care about service, these guys get it right. Thanks for the help guys!

Geoff Waters is awesome. I took my car to him because another repair facility and told me I needed to replace the entire steering rack, the outer tie rod ends, and the power steering pump. Although the power steering pump did need to be replaced, Geoff determined that the other leaks were from an axle seal. I saved $800 and got the correct work done!12. 18. 18 updateMy car is running beautifully since the work was done by Waters Auto Repair. I recently told them how pleased I am with the work, but Geoff Waters asked a lot of follow up questions and I told them that the power steering pump seemed to be making a whining sound, even though the steering is working smoothly. He immediately told me to bring the car back in so he could replace the pump. That is the kind of commitment to excellence and customer service you get from Waters Auto Repair!!4. 9. 19 UpdateMy experience with Waters Auto repair gets even better! Months after the second power steering pump was installed it was making a noise. I mentioned it to Geoff Waters and he said that he hasnt been happy recently with the remanufactured steering pumps. His solution was to install a new factory power steering pump without charging me for labor and with only a slight charge for the difference in his cost for the factory pump. I used to only hear about this kind of service, but with Waters Auto Repair, I am experiencing it personally!

This place is out of this world with the repairs and honesty. Any mechanic could have taken the business for themselves from a trusting customer however his customer service goes above and beyond. He called the dealership to see if my issue was covered under warranty and it was and he sent me there for repairs. The other experiences I have had with him is that hes honest and fair in his prices. He lets you know exactly what needs to be done and the time frame you have till it could become a major problem.Not pushy, just tells it like it is. Hes a rare mechanic to find and to trust.

I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. They placed high vision light bulbs for me as well. The brakes were squeaking (made me nuts!) and they replaced without issue or question, under warranty. These folks treat me well, even though I have to wait while the service takes place. I guess they cant get customers to leave reviews so they have to do it themselves. Gee I guess this kind of goes against what they say about themselves being honest and having integrity.
