Took this company 6 weeks to replace an engine for a Honda Accord...that usually takes 8 hours for a competent mechanic. When I got my car back I found that there were oil stains the the seats with empty bag of chips. On top of that the car was shaking and I had to take it back because Saul the genius didnt put the engine mounts correctly. He offered me 100$ so I can leave him a positive review but I refused because all the headache his company caused me. Guys be aware most of his 5 star reviews are fake! Bunch of scammers.

A young family member brought in her Honda Accord Hybrid that was having trouble. We were quoted around $3,000 in repairs. When we asked to take it to another place for a second opinion, we were told we needed to pay $163 to get the keys back to be able to take the car. This cost was not communicated up front; no contracts were signed and no work was authorized yet we could not access the car without paying the fee.Update: thank you for the offer. Should we receive the refund I will adjust the review to reflect the change.

Had an inspection done here and they found a littany of things wrong with the vehicle. Stated a replaced battery was an area of concern. Weird that regular work done on a car is alarming Also was told that the pads were needing replaced on all 4 corners. Took to another shop where they PROVIDED MEASUREMENTS in MM on all 4 corners. The pads were 2 and 3 mm less than BRAND NEW. Also stated a belt needing replaced at 90k miles? A timing belt in a timing chain vehicle? Interesting. Took to another shop that provided ACTUAL measurements, and dimensions. And said the vehicle is in drastically better condition than lead to believe here.Avoid.

I was driving out of town my car ac compressor went out . Spent over $1000 in repair fees. When I went back to pick it up over night came to find out the car still wasn’t fixed and called them to see if I could get a refund so I could take it somewhere else because I don’t live in the area and they know that and they told me to bring it back. Still working on the case because paying over $1000 to not get it fixed to me it doesn’t sit right. Nice people but not sure who the mechanic was that did it .

They are not honest people; the owner stated that they would match a competitors quote minus ten percent and after the work was completed his employees would not honor his word. I have tried reaching him for two weeks with no success. I have several quotes from competitors at 1/3 the cost.Additionally the work they did was never authorized, more than once. I never told them that they could do it.Service writer/tech Bob is extremely rude and yells at customers. Bob called to inform me they would like to remove the fuel tank, I told them they had to get in touch with the last shop to work on it. Dan called me back hours later and told me that they had removed it, and when I told them the work was unauthorized, he replied Im just trying to fix your truck. They are still trying to get me to pay for unauthorized work.Honestly it sucks because I really liked this shop at first

My friend suggested this shop to me and took my car in to diagnose my check engine light after Grease Monkey cleared the code without investigating its cause. AJ was very helpful and ran a diagnostic, then went a step further and pressure tested my intake system to determine the source of the leak. He even went as far as to show my friend where the leak was coming from before conducting any repairs. Not only this, he identified two components which may need to be replaced in the near future and walked my friend through what might need to be done, so that my car wouldnt need to come back in for a related problem. AJ, Dan, and Bob were all very helpful and managed to get my car diagnosed and fixed within a couple of hours and at a totally reasonable price. Ill definitely be bringing my car here for future repairs.

I had a 2 pm appointment and arrived at Sauls just before 2. I was checked in. I was told about an hour. A friend of the manager arrived about 30 minutes after and then all attention went to him. My car had not been taken back yet and was not taken back for another 40 minutes. The friend was made top priority. When I checked in I needed an oil change and tire rotation and agreed to both. When I finally got my car, almost 2 hours later, they had not done the tire rotation. So I had to wait again.I felt unimportant for the business. I am not sure if I should return. When you have an appointment, that should be honored.

My car stalled out on the side of the road on a weekend day, when my normal mechanic was closed for business. I called Sauls and they said I could get the tow truck to bring it in same day. Once there, the team quickly diagnosed my primary problem (alternator), but went above and beyond to ensure that the problem wouldnt happen again, as my car was still not outputting the correct voltage. They spent the time and energy tracing what turned out to be a major electrical problem and repairing and replacing all the problematic components. I had noticed several electrical features of my car acting funny previously and had asked my usual mechanic if there was a short somewhere, and had been told that there was no diagnostic code indicating as much (even though I could see the evidence that there was a short somewhere when I drove it). Dan, AJ, and Bob remained in good communication with me throughout the process and allowed me to approve or disapprove basically every step of the process. I will definitely continue to bring my car here for repairs and maintenance in the future.

Two years ago Autotek took care of the removal and replacement of an A/C compressor and condenser. Recently I’ve noticed that my car gets louder when I turn on the A/C. I brought my car in and told them they replaced my A/C condenser and compressor which are currently under a three year warranty. After dropping off my car I received a text saying the cooling fan is the issue and needed to be replaced. The part was going to cost $675+. My husband did some research and found most cooling fans for the make and model of my car to be $300 or less.We decided that Autotek was not the place for this repair. My husband went in to get the keys and they said we owed them $82 for a diagnostic fee. My husband replied that we did not ask for a full diagnosis as we only wanted to know if the A/C compressor and condenser were working properly. The only reason we came to Autotek is because these two parts were under warranty. My husband asked again for them to return the keys and the employee working the front said he’d call his manager and it would have to be taken up with him.The manager had obviously been warned by his employee because by the time he came back to the shop to speak with my husband he came in hot! He started off with a raised voice and pointing in my husband’s face saying that I told them to “find out what’s wrong and fix it”, which was never said. He then said that I “couldn’t even spell compressor so how would (she) know what was wrong with it.” My husband replied with, “so now you’re insulting my wife?” the manger then tried to justify his insult saying that hardly anyone knows what an air compressor is, he knew he was being unprofessional. Again, my husband told them he was not going to pay the $82 and to please give him the keys so this could be over. The manager said “then we’ll just keep the car” my husband said if that’s the route their going to take then hed call police to come help settle the dispute, the manger popped off and said, “I dare you!”A policeman came and de-escalated the situation but, ultimately, it’s a civil dispute, there is no crime being committed. We knew that. It’s unethical but we didn’t have much ground because it is a he said, she said at this point and in order for us to win this dispute further legal action would be required. My husband went in and gave the manager two options, give the keys back at no charge and this would be over OR we’d pay the $82 and go to Yelp, Google Reviews, and the BBB to describe our exchange. It was not meant to be a threat, rather an explanation of what would or wouldn’t happen depending on his decision. The manager was unhappy about this, “frazzled” as my husband put it, and went back into his garage without saying anything. After a short time, he hustled back through to the office and said, “OK! $41 and you sign something right now that says you won’t say anything on the internet!” My husband said, “no, give me my keys back and were good, or $82 and I’ll write about my experience.” The manager continued trying to negotiate a deal where Autotek received money, but nothing was said on the internet. At this point it wasn’t about the money, it was principle, that despite taking about 2 hours out of our day this could all be over if our keys were returned. He finally said that he’d rather have the money, so my husband paid the $82 and got the keys back. They said the car was just around back. As my husband was walking around back I was following in our other car the manager approaches my husband again and says, “boss wants to do it your way, we’ll give you your money back but you sign something that says you won’t say anything about this on the internet. Nope - were all set, we found it about a quarter of a mile away from the shop, behind another building, with no other cars around.Later, we received an email from Saul. The email said there was a miscommunication and that they voided the $82 transaction. While we appreciate Saul reaching out and doing the right thing, it doesn’t excuse the behavior of his employees.

Absolutely the best shop in town with a great staff. My experience with everyone from the staff was superb all the way from my initial conversation over the phone through to the end of having my car fixed and delivered. My car had a last minute issue which absolutely had to be fixed ASAP. Sauls is open every day of the week, which is a life saver since the majority of mechanics are closed on Sundays. My vehicle required maintenance on a Saturday evening and Sauls staff was able to have everything finished by Sunday for a competitive price. I happened to mention that I absolutely needed everything finished by Sunday afternoon (my job required me to be in Steamboat on Monday) and Dan mentioned that they could deliver my car for a small fee - which was very very reasonable! I also appreciated that, once the staff identify issues which need to be addressed, the technician sends a written summary of each issue, provides a break down of the cost for parts/labor, and approval of services can be sent to the technician electronically through the shops website.Thank you to Saul and your staff for a wonderful experience and I will be referring my friends to your services in the future.

First of all, document every request you make by e-mail. I requested a $50 job and a call to discuss. They called me 2 hours later, charging me 4 hours labor at a total of $500!!! Good thing I had all documented and could get my money back through my credit card. Second: The technical evaluation condemned my engine and quoted me $9,000-$12,000 for a replacement. I took the car elsewhere where the engine was disassembled and evaluated. The only defective part was a $100 oil pump. The rest of the engine was partially disassembled and was pristine. $1,500 total with labor, instead of $12,000 this family business wanted to charge me. I bet would make their family very happy if Ive fallen for it. Im used to bad mechanics throwing parts at a problem, but it is the first time I see one trying to throw a whole engine at a problem. Third: Document what they promise you as well. There are open law suits against this business due to them not accepting to do warranty calls on their work. They tell you verbally there is warranty but dont give you any written document. Ask for one or get it on an e-mail. Fourth and most important: Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

They said they ran a diagnostic test and said I needed a new alternator, belts and a balance thing for it. It was going to cost over $2000. I thought about it for a little bit and felt I was about to be ripped off. I call and told them I wanted to get a second opinion and want to come get the truck. I waited to get my truck into my regular mechanic. I’m so happy I waited, because all I needed was a canister vent valve and only cost $352. My alternator was fine and my belts were fine. I had to pay Saul’s $163 for a diagnostic test and a gas cap that I probably didn’t need. Frankly, I am not the guy who usually leaves bad reviews. Unfortunately, having work done at Sauls has left me no choice but to give some feedback and help inform some people. In the car realm, there is a lot of dishonesty as people are taken advantage of for their lack of knowledge or hurried lives that leave things easily glazed over. About 2 years ago, I brought my jeep in after having severe death wobble. When they got back to me after diagnosing all the issues, everything was fair and reasonable. However, once we started discussing parts and what direction we were going to go, many times I would catch the person working with me trying to throw in extra expenses or toss in certain parts that are way over what was needed. To be specific, even though I had a brand new tie rod, drag link and track bar, instead of just quoting me to rebuild the ends which are only 45 a piece, they quoted me to replace all the components entirely which was a 500 dollar difference. Even the stock components are rebuildable as you just replace the ends, but stuff like that continued to occur. In the end, I unfortunately ended up paying 3K out the door which now that I go back and look at my receipt, is a total rip. I payed 850 dollars for a replacement gear box when none of them cost that much except for upgraded big bore gear boxes, which I dont have; 65 dollars just for a bolt kit which is triple what it actually costs; then almost 700 dollars for stock non greasable ball joints just for the parts themselves when heavy duty, regreasable ball joints from teraflex are 250.... plus, before I gave them the go ahead after they told me what was needed, they tried to throw in a 250 dollar bilstein stabilizer which I did not ask for and is definite overkill for what the part does lol. At the end of the day, my experience was not great, and when I went to pick up my jeep, I drove it for a few miles and realized the steering wheel wasnt straight so I brought it back and asked them to check the alignment real quick and they tried to charge me. I told them I could fix it real quick but since I paid for it, might as well bring it back. However, they said we could do the same but the alignment rack says its straight and I wont put my name on something like that cause itll knock it all out of alignment if we do. Meanwhile, that is not true at all and Saul just stood there not saying a word lol. Also, warranty work through these guys is really odd. In the end, Im sure these guys continue to do good work on cars and keep people on the road, however, that doesnt mean that it is done the best it can or at a moral price. In other words, consider your options, try not to rush, and learn a little bit in order to spend your money wiser.

Went in 7/24/19, just two weeks out of the hospital for brain surgery (softball-sized brain tumor, on all sorts of meds to keep the swelling down and prevent seizures) for a flat tire, so I told them to patch it. They ended up saying all of my tires needed to be replaced, had a bunch of things wrong that needed to be fixed immediately, and totaled $1900. I had been there two months prior and thought it was odd they missed it the first time. They ended up trying to sell me my own tires because they only had 6000 miles (1 year old) on them. Went back three times that day and they wouldnt resolve a simple patch job (What the Goodyear next door and the Midas today said was all I needed). The photos are of the day after, after they had replaced them.Theyll try to discredit me, but I was thanked many times for being understanding and reasonable. I did lose my temper, but it was a combination of the very serious medication I was on (Keppra, if you want to know), and dealing with their incompetence and lies when I visited five times over two days. Im normally a very friendly and reasonable person but they managed to drive me over the edge. Brain surgery is a hell of a thing.I also have proof that the tires they sold me were my own tires: receipts of the transaction, the refund they gave me, and a guy at Goodyear across the street saying that while every tire had some wear (which new tires should not have) he wouldnt reccomend any new tires. I can post those too if it would help. These people are manipulative, theyre liars, and theyll quote you one price and hand you another price thats $800 more when you go to pay. Avoid this place at all costs. They prey on people who dont know cars and do awful work. Go anywhere else (especially the Goodyear just across the street). The mechanics at Sauls Autotek were able to get my car back on the road in a timely manner. However, they were unable to give me any sort of pricing estimate when I first dropped my car off. I told them what needed to be done and they still werent confident in their pricing. They called me in the afternoon to tell me I needed a large part replaced and that services would cost about $450 but when I picked my car up the next morning my total was closer to $900. Its frustrating to not have any idea what to expect financially especially with such large leaps in totals. I understand that you never know exactly what youll find under the hood of a strangers car and that unexpected problems arise. However, 2/3 services I needed were totally normal (oil change and tire alignment) and they werent willing to tell me how much to expect to spend. When I got home and looked up the average prices for these services in Colorado, I realized that Autotek was more than twice as expensive as their competition. I should have spent closer to $450-$500 not $900. Although they got the job done, their pricing and lack of transparency mean I will not be returning to this shop for my future automobile needs.

If you drive a car that is 15-20 years old, and are in the habit of regular oil changes and maintenance in the range of $1k-$3k annually, this review is for you.I was a customer of Saul’s at his previous location off of Evans. His shop was one I trusted - I never had to call to follow up, repairs were done when they said they would be, if I had questions around a recommended repair, the person who addressed those questions had firsthand knowledge of my car, and I was given straightforward advice around which repairs to prioritize. It was great.I had my first visit to his new location last week. I was informed when I called that they don’t accept appointments - that it is a first come, first serve situation. I dropped my car off Thursday night, hoping to have it back Friday night. I didn’t hear anything Friday and so called around 2 pm, and was told I’d have a call right back.I received a text Saturday morning around 7 instead with a quote in the neighborhood of $3K. I expected this, given the age of my car, but also given that I will be purchasing a new one in a few months, called their shop to discuss which items on the list are safety issues and should be addressed sooner than later. The person I spoke with gave no advice, and in regard to my shocks, suggested that I would know better than he would. I requested three of the services quoted and was told that end of day shouldn’t be a problem.Well. It was. It became the next day by noon. I heard from the shop around 4, and it became the next day at close. I heard from the shop that day, Monday, and it became Tuesday at close. Sound familiar? If you’re like me, and basically drive your cars into the ground, then you know that this is a common, tho dreaded, experience at any mechanic.I did not take screenshots of the original quote (I recommend you learn from my mistake and do so), but it seemed to me that the final price was about $100 higher than what was quoted, despite the need for fewer parts for one of the repairs.I was not pleased - I had to rearrange my schedule several times to accommodate these delays. Perhaps I should have informed them up front that I do have a second car, and asked for them to quote the outside time frame, instead of the fastest. But, shouldn’t the onus to provide a feasible and realistic time frame fall to the shop?To their credit, they did offer a rather sizable discount on the final invoice to smooth things over.Dan assured me that my experience was uncommon, and he seems like a trustworthy type, so I’m on the fence in regard to if I will return. To Saul: if Bob is commonly serving in a customer service position, I think he would benefit from telephone etiquette training. To anyone else: there is a surcharge here for credit card use. I suggest bringing your checkbook. Also - neither the staff nor other customers were wearing face coverings.

We recently purchased a vehicle whose turbocharger was replaced by Sauls Autotek. The vehicle had barely driven 17000 miles when the turbocharger failed because of a broken wastegate. We towed the vehicle to Sauls Autotek where they ran a diagnostic and told us that the DPF was causing the problem. They gave us a $4,000 quote on parts and labor. The DPF replaced by another mechanic and the test drive proved that the problem had not been solved because the vehicle could barely climb a hill. Clearly, there was a problem with the turbo. We took the vehicle back to Sauls because they had replaced the part and it was still under warranty. Upon inspection, it was concluded that the turbo had a blown wastegate. The employees were reluctant to help us and they kept finding reasons not to replace the part under warranty. They gave several excuses which I will summarize below:1. Warranty is not transferrable - The people at Sauls informed us that the warranty of the blown turbocharger was not transferrable and that we had to pay out of pocket to replace the part. The vehicle was still registered to the previous owner. We had not registered it because it could not pass inspection in its state. We spoke to the seller and he informed us to follow up with Sauls. Once we made it clear that we werent legal owners of the vehicle yet, they resorted to the next excuse.2. We dont warranty parts for commercial vehicles -  They informed us they would not warranty the part because our vehicle was a commercial vehicle and that they dont warranty commercial vehicles. I asked them whether they would warranty spare parts if I paid for repairs and they said that they provide a 100,000 mile, 3-year warranty. Clearly, this was just their way of saying, I just dont want to fix my mess. After weeks of making follow-ups, they decided to discuss the matter with Saul - the owner. It was decided that they would warranty the part on the condition that wed pay for the labor fees. This was absurd because the warranty should cover parts and labor. We were tired of the games so we complied because our vehicle was grounded and we were losing money each day. They needed to contact the Mercedes dealer that sold them the part and they asked us to check back on with them once they got the ball rolling. There was no tangible action, they kept saying come back on Tuesday, Check back on Friday for weeks. We were frustrated and we decided to make inquiries with Mercedes because we wanted to know who in Mercedes was inexcusably unprofessional. Sauls sent us to Mercedes of Littleton and then to Westminster because they could not distinguish the original supplier. At Westminster, we met professionals who were keen to help us. They verified part numbers and asked for paperwork. Mercedes asked us to tow the vehicle to them where they would inspect and replace the part free of charge. After weeks of frustration, all it took was three hours to get solutions. My takeaway from this experience is that Sauls Autotek has unprofessional people who dont invest their time in improving customer experience. They chose to frustrate us instead of helping us. I was delighted by the professional service I received at Mercedes Benz of Westminster and I will be a returning customer.I am never taking a vehicle to Sauls Autotek and I advise you not to if youre seeking people who value professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Brought my car in here from a recommendation of a neighbor. (I have since learned she stopped using them as they have not been as good since the ownership change.) Online it says free diagnosis but I was charged $150. They were looking for the part for a week and could not find it so I declined to have the work done. When I went back to pick-up the vehicle it was still taken apart (despite notice I was coming) so I had to come back later. When I came back the battery was run down. The worst part is I replaced the part that they wanted to charge $1000+ to do and it is still not fixedUpdate: I called today per their request to verify I wrote the review for the correct auto repair shop which I did. I spoke with Dan. I also fixed my own problem today after self diagnosing it from a google search of my cars symptoms. Bought the $25 part spend 10 minutes installing and it now works great. Sadly I didnt do this before paying for a tow truck, paying them to mis-diagnose the problem and replacing that part twice thinking it was a defecive part the first time.

Really appreciated the services the team did on my car, as it was stolen and recovered but needed repair. So responsive and documented everything. But a day or so after picking it up I realized some of my car features weren’t turning on, so I called and then they told me to bring it in so they could check it out(no mention of extra payment). They sent me a quote via email of $0 when it was checked and didn’t call me prior to testing, so I thought all was well. Had calls throughout the day with them about the problem, no mention of payment. When I went to pick it up my car they charged me for almost $100 the “diagnostic test” and claimed it wasn’t related to the theft even though the maintenance they performed was directly related to my car computer. The lights had never turned on until taking it to Saul’s, so obviously it happened while it was getting repaired. Had I known the cost, I would’ve rethought the decision to bring it back in. I really was so impressed by everything up until this point and I hate leaving a bad review, but the lack of transparency really leaves a bad taste in my mouth. If you choose Saul’s, make sure you clarify payment and cost at every step, especially if your a broke young grad like me.

We were on a cross country road trip and our car broke down in the middle of nowhere. They were the only mechanics that were open and willing to help us on a late Sunday afternoon. They were absolutely amazing and we cannot thank them enough for getting us back on the road in such a short amount of time. Not only did they fix the issue but they also checked on everything else in the car and even recommended fixing two other items in the future (they did not try to push us to fix these items with them). We would highly recommend this company. A special thank you goes to Dan for assisting us.

I called and got an estimate for my oil change and told them I needed it in a really timely manner. They told me it would be “a bit above” $65 for the oil change and that I could come in as soon as I needed to and they’d get me taken care of. I got there at 9 am the next day, the staff was very professional and they assured me it would take no more than an hour. Exactly an hour later they pulled up and the oil change was done. Oil change ended up being a bit over $100 (for almost 7 quarts of synthetic and a new filter) which was a bit steeper than I’d expected but lined up with quotes from other shops. Overall good experience. Would recommend.

I couldnt be more pleased with this shop! We were passing through on our way back to Texas from vacation and had a very dangerous situation with the steering/suspension on our truck. We searched for a shop open on Saturday and they popped up and had good ratings so we called and brought our truck in. Knowing we were from out of town and had kids in the truck, they got us in and inspected the truck immediately. Within a few hours they had all the parts installed and the steering aligned and we were back on the road! These guys are top notch with excellent customer service and a nice clean waiting area to boot. I wish I had a local shop back home that was like this place. Thanks again!!

I just moved to Colorado from Illinois and started having trouble with my 2002 toyota camry. I was really worried about finding a good shop because sometimes they tend to take advantage of women. Saul’s Autotek was recommended by a friend because the owner was a friend of theirs. I trusted them to do a diagnostic on my car and tell me what was wrong with it. They let me know ahead of time a diagnostic test was going to be $139+tax. I thought that was pretty expensive for a diagnostic, but whatever i trust my friend, right? So, fast forward it’s paid for, and I’m looking at their website the next day. THEY HAD A COUPON FOR A FREE DIAGNOSTIC!!!!!!!! I get that sometimes that’s how business goes. You don’t tell customers about all the money they could save even when they just moved from out of state and don’t have much money to work off of, BUT I also think this practice says a TON about a business. This isn’t a shop worried about customers. This is a shop worried about MONEY!! When I called to ask Bob about the coupon he said he didn’t even know about the coupon. Did the girl at the front desk not know either because I talked to her multiple times. He ended the conversation with, “Well the thing about a coupon is if you bring it in, we honor it. If you don’t, we don’t.” That’s fine. Again, this is a business centered around money. To each their own, I guess.

I own a 2003 Saturn L200 with approx 108,000 miles on it. The battery had been giving me problems and the engine had been running rough for a while. But now, the car was really dead. I called AAA for a jump start. The car wouldnt hold a charge. Also I had difficulty shifting into neutral, and the engine would rev when trying to start it while being jumped.I was told by AAA that at minimum, I needed a new alternator & a new battery, and the car may also be having transmission problems. I called my neighborhood garage, which comes highly recommended, & was given price quotes for a diagnostic and the likely needed repairs. The estimates had me convinced that my old Saturn had passed & was not worth fixing.I started researching & then shopping for a new/used car. I was very sad & distressed that I was going to have to invest in another car. Then my son suggested that I call Sauls. I did & after talking to a mechanic there, I decided to make a last ditch effort to see if it could be repaired at a price that was not more than the car was worth. I made arrangements with AAA to have my car towed to Sauls Autotek.I am extremely glad that I did! Turns out it did not need a new alternator, just needed the serpentine belt to the alternator, a brake flush and a new battery. The bill was just under $500 which was considerably less than I was anticipating. I was assured that I didnt need to buy another car, at least for the time being. The mechanic said its a good car with many more miles left in it.I was ecstatic! The car is now running great. I couldnt be more pleased as Ive become quite attached to this old car. I wont go anywhere else but Sauls when I have automotive problems with either this car or my next. I bet youll be glad if you are fortunate enough to find Sauls. (BTW, its a little tough to find the place, but worth the effort.)I cant thank you enough, Sauls Autotek!

The good news is they repaired a brake sensor that they had replaced a month ago and it failed. The mechanics seem knowledgeable and gave me good information on the car and burning oil. The bad, I called to check on appointment, no one mentioned you moved. New facility seems like a major downgrade to get a less expensive lease. It’s a little out of the way and tucked back over a lot of speed bumps. Not sure I will do this again. I like the old location it was convenient.

Girlfriend went in November of 2019 to get some work done on her car and raved about how nice, thoughtful and helpful this place was. Fast forward to October 2020 and it couldnt be a more different experience. They moved, which was fine, but walking in, GF and I were asked why we were there. We said we needed a new battery. They grilled us with questions verifying that it was the battery, seemingly not believing us that we had to jump the car the previous day. Next the front desk guy stuck his hand out without saying anything and got mad that we didnt drop the keys in his hands when he didnt actually ask for the keys. The front desk guy then proceeded to stop talking in the middle of our check-in to answer the phone and service someone else. They tell us its going to be a couple of hours for a new battery... Okay, its a battery, whatever. They call us to say its going to be $300 for the battery and 4 more hours. Cool.Come back to pick up the car and the cost is more than they said on the phone. I pull up a coupon I found on their site. I asked to use the coupon to take $49 off the required diagnostic. A different front desk guy is there and says no were gonna do this one instead. He used a $35 off coupon instead of the $49 I asked to use.All in all, they had the car for 6 hours to replace a battery and do a diagnostic we didnt want them to do. I get that theyre at anew facility and COVID and all, but I cant recommend that people go here. Not sure what changed in the last year, but dont go here.

Ive been using a hand me down car and it began making a strange noise under the hood. Well, Im clueless when it comes to car and I dont want my car to die on me while driving. Moreover, I was earnestly praying that it wont cost me a lot.The guys at Sauls Autotek immediately noticed that I knew nothing about my car. If they wanted to, they could con me easily. Instead, the mechanic took a look at the car, listened to it and told me that he could fix it in minutes without costing me a single dime. Apparently, the serpentine belt was loose and just needed tightening. So anyways, he tightened the belt and my car now runs good without that strange sound I kept on hearing. Its easy to get ripped off by crooked mechanics, thats why it was a huge blessing for me to come across an honest one. In a few weeks, it would be time for my cars maintenance and now I do know where I should bring it.
