They got us in and out in 30 minutes and were friendly and efficient. We initially brought two vehicles in but because of the previous owners modifications to the mustang we just got we had to schedule a time to have the oil changed. They were extremely nice about explaining why they had to do it that way and we set up an appointment to do that. This is our new place to come for all our vehicles now. We Highly highly recommend.

I was having a problem with my car and I read on my next-door neighbor app about race way so I went over there and had a great experience with the people over there so nice so helpful.

These guys are absolutely amazing, I have taken my car to them for everything short of body work for years. They do A+ work at a really good price and even for walk-ins its almost always under 45 min for a tire rotation and oil change - even though they are always pretty busy. I highly, highly, highly recommend taking your cars here for service; they are quick, reliable, affordable, and on top of that have amazing customer service and are always humorous and friendly when I check my keys in at the counter. Car repair for most of us is something that we are not well versed in, consequently it is an area that there is a need for trust in those that we have hired to do the work. Weve mostly been in for oil changes, but the staff has been more then professional and friendly every time. The waiting room is comfortable. I saw a kids play room but didnt bring kids, so it seems kids friendly but I cant say whether my kids liked it. The owner himself is often there. The employees have always been honest and have explained anything we needed to know well.

I had my SUV towed from Fort Collins because I had heard great reviews from my neighbors. When we arrived, both the front and back lots were completely full which was a good sign. They allowed me to drop the vehicle off anyway but I expected to wait a long time to get my vehicle back. Not only did they get to it the next day, they did some major work (timing belt and crankshaft position sensor) and returned the vehicle to me the next day. During the diagnosis and repair, Steve kept me informed the whole time including how much it might cost. The vehicle runs great and they charged me less than the original estimate. I couldnt be happier and Raceway Lube Plus has earned my loyalty.

The best ever

Positive reviews dont live up to the hype. Car took way to long to be serviced, had to take back several times due to work not done right. They mislead me to think that my car had another issue, and threw parts at it, which instead after taking it somewhere else found it was due to misdiagnosis by Raceway in the beginning. Poor quality parts they used rusted after a month. Dealt with inexperienced service advisors, felt like I got the run around for a very simple issue. Dont stand behind their work, and no follow through to make it right. Not going back.

I took my van in at 8am after having made and appointment and asking that my van be ready for pick up by 1pm. This is my work van. I called at 1pm and asked for an update about my van. I was told it would not be ready until end of day. I was told that they were waiting for a part. I was never received a phone call telling me that they had to order a part. I could not wait. I had appointments lined up for the afternoon. That is why I brought it in at 8am to help ensure that the work would be done before I started my appointments. I could not wait. I picked up my van. I will have to take it to someplace that can complete the work in a reasonable amount of time.

Im all for family run business. Owned three myself. Based on a recommendation, my first time here. The wait was long based on the number of cars and I couldnt see the bays. After a while I went for a walk around the building to the bays - Im overprotective of my Jeep. I was disappointed to see 3 men working on my vehicle. They were throwing things at each other (bolts from the pit etc.). They were having a jolly time. I really have not been comfortable with my Jeep since: I know I have a light out in back - they missed it. Otherwise, the oil change is fine.

Every time I go there - including just yesterday February 16, 2013 - Ive been greeted with a smile, had the work done quickly and competently, and had no negative issues. Theres no hard sell tactics, just good, solid car maintenance. Yesterday I was really impressed when I overheard the rep telling someone that they could get a specific part a lot cheaper at a big-box retailer. Thats just plain honesty AND good sales practice, because they may have lost one sale but theyll more than make up for it with the good references theyll get from those customers and me.

I was really hopeful for this garage due to their proximity and great online rating. I was sadly disappointed. Scheduling was unorganized, no call when vehicle was finished, poor customer service in their lobby, and my flat tire wasnt fixed but their manager told me it was just because the sensor wasnt registering the pressure when it reality it was due to a bright pink roofing nail. On the positive, their pricing seemed reasonable and fair for the work that was performed. I will not be recommending Raceway Lube sadly.

After getting a few oil changes here, I decided to bring my car here for a new timing belt and water pump. We had some miscommunications around the quoted price and how long I should expect the job to take, but Steve made things right for me. Some newer guys told me some incorrect info, but Steve assured me hed talk to everyone to make sure that doesnt happen again. Mistakes happen, but because of the way they handled my situation, Ill continue to bring my car here for as long as I live here.

When my car died a week after moving here I didnt know what to do. Luckily a google search led me here. They were so nice, and really seemed to care about the problems my car was having. They gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was done. I will refer as many people as I can to this quality service buisness!

This is really weird but CJ discovered that a rodent was living in my car and had stored food in my filter---gross. They cleaned out the filter and then my heater was making a loud noise the next day so I brought it back. CJ looked in my car, pulled out some more food pellets, and everything was clear (no extra cost--which was nice).They are really friendly and reasonably priced. Ill keep going back!
