They do a great job. Almost every time Ive made an appointment they have worked with me to get my vehicle back to me the same day in even better condition

6 months ago they happily took my gti to work on it. Now they not only claim they never ever work in any Volkswagen vehicles the desk clerk started getting hostile with me when I asked him to look me up in their computer. Avoid these people at all costs they only target soccer moms who dont know better. Seriously disappointed at the service.

After being blown off by a local chain of repair shops that did over a $1000.00 repair on the car and told me (after 3 return visits with issues) that there was nothing else they could do, I dropped my car off to Hot Shots Auto and the car was repaired (correctly, fast & professionally) the first time!!! The car needed to have the emissions tested & it would NOT have passed in the condition it was in. They even called to follow up on the repair & to see if it passed the emissions test. They also performed a courtesy inspection & provided a very detailed report of repairs needed, pricing and even pictures of the repairs quoted!!! Never taking my cars to anyone else...EVER!!!BEST AUTO REPAIR SHOP IN COLORADO!!!

Hotshots is the only shop I trust with my car, and I cannot recommend them enough. They are always up front and honest about my car’s service needs, and have never presented a new issue to me, unless it was something that would make my car not safe to drive.They also do a very good job sharing their knowledge and keeping me informed about my vehicle.I’ve been a loyal customer for over 6 years, even when I was going to school up in Boulder. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic, this is definitely the place!

I walked in with a broken Jeep transmission cooling line which Chrysler discontinued. I spent a week going to multiple shops, auto parts stores, digging through used parts and searching online to find this simple hose and fitting. I walked into to Hot Shots shortly before closing time and they spent their time searching online for me and found a compatible part. Plus they salvaged pieces from the broken part, and instructed me on how to rebuild the part I needed.Very helpful, very knowledgeable and very nice people. I now have a place to take my Jeep into when my garage at home isnt cutting it.

They did a great job fixing my door (it wouldnt open from the inside). The price was less than expected and they got the job done quickly. Highly recommend!

Joe takes excellent care of our vehicles, we have 7 cars and have never had a problem with repairs, kind, curtious and professional. I have a hot rod camaro and a c5 Corvette. I trust 2 no one but Joe. Would reccomend to anyone.

How can I say more than THANK GOD that there are still auto mechanics like Hotshots that are trustworthy and do a great job. I have seen and delt with many other garages and I can say from experience that these guys have all those other garages beat. I CANNOT thank them enough for thier help .( Which was invaluable as my Alternator died at the height of the last blizzard to hit Aurora) I would NOT hesitate to recommend this garage to anyone!

It started when I needed an alignment done. Many shops do not have a rack big enough to get the alignment done on a Dodge 4x4 dually. They also brought to my attention a part that was worn out that replaced. The truck drives straight and tighter than before.

AWESOME SERVICE at HotShots Automotive!!! Steve Pidcock, Owner of HotShots Automotive, operates the BEST auto repair and maintenance shop in COLORADO. Steve has been servicing my 2004 Lexus for over 10 years and my car runs PERFECT all the time! I love the convenience of getting a loaner car while my car is being serviced. Steve and his team are FANTASTIC, I highly recommend them!

Integrity, Integrity, Integrity. Long story short is I bought an awesome old Dodge Ramcharger from Steve at Hot Shots. When I came down to pick it up he had filled it up with gas (first miracle) but the gas tank leaked when full. He said he couldnt in good conscious sell it to me and would fix or replace. Almost impossible to find a new tank so he did his best to fix it with products he had good luck with. Came to pick it up again and by the time I got home it was leaking again. Called Steve and he said bring it back. Finally found a used but non leaking tank that he tested, paid for and installed. (second miracle) Not only did he do all this for no charge but he replaced the fuel pump, filter and gaskets while he was at it. I told him I would like to pay, he said no. (third miracle) Finally, also at no charge he performed a four wheel alignment. (4th miracle) So, Im not saying that Steve does things for free but I am saying that he stands by his work and anything he may be selling. He has years of experience as a mechanic, service writer and business owner. His shop is spotless, his employees are polite and professional. I truly cant say enough positive things about my experience at Hot Shots Automotive. You will not be disappointed. Jeff

Hot shots will forever be my go to mechanic. I am very happy with the service i got from them. Justin was honest with me about my car and he kept me informed on what was going on. This is definately not a shop that just tries to get every dollar they can out of their customers. It was a refreshing experience compared to any other shop ive been to. I will recommend this shop to everyone i know.

Very pricey. There is a diagnosis charge for every part of your vehicle. Labor charges are more than double compared to a few other places I checked with. If price is important to you at all, keep looking.

I just had one of the best experiences if have ever had related to an auto repair at Hotshots. After installing a lift on my 4runner, I initially took it to les schwab to have the alignment completed. I wont get into deals, but I was less than impressed with Les Schawab. To get my issues addressed, I took it to HotShots.The guys over at HotShots were very professional and were very detailed in there evaluation, inspection and completion of the work required. They addressed the alignment and a few other items as well, taking great care in making sure things were done correctly, completely and ensuring the details were addressed.I would HIGHLY Recommend HotShots to anyone who cares about making sure that the work done on their car or truck is done correctly!

Hotshots was a shop recommended to me by my father, so I trusted and went to check it out. However my experience was horrendous. Tim ignored specific instructions and gave me an outrageous estimate for work I didnt even want done. Then proceeded to treat me like a child over the phone, hang up on me, and bring up my $75 diagnosis rate up to 90 for labor and supplies that I didnt approve. Needless to say I wont be getting 11k worth of needless work done on my truck, and I wont be a hotshots customer in the future.

The owner will not care if you have to pay rent he would rather you give him all your money for your car so the shop can keep the lights on

I had my vehicle serviced while on a trip to Colorado. While getting an oil change, they informed me the radiator hoses were worn and recommended replacing them so I did. Unfortunately while driving, one of the hoses came off and the vehicle overheated. I called the shop and they dropped everything and brought me another vehicle to drive while they took care of the problem. I was back on the road within an hour or so. Sometimes everything doesnt go as planned but when I had a problem, Justin and Steve took care of my car! I drove back to Maryland the next day without any problems. Thank you!

HotShots has been doing all the repair work on my vehicles for well over 5 years now and Ive never had a reasonable complaint. They warranty their work and they stand behind that warranty. The last problem was the drivers window stopped working on my wifes vehicle while I was out of town. One quick call to Justin and Steve and Justin took over the situation. They found the problem, fixed the problem and returned my wifes car to her with a very minimum of hassle. I never once worried about the situation after talking to HotShots. Peace of mind with repair work doesnt get any better than this. We are treated like family - I just dont know how you can beat a feeling like that.

They were unable to fix the problem with my Jeep despite charging me several hundred dollars with their standard diagnostic procedure. I ended up finding and fixing the problem myself with a little research on the Internet and an hour of work.

Spilled oil all over my engine during oil change. Blamed the previous technician, which I found unprofessional. Also disappointed that I was quoted 40 dollars under for the work performed. 2 stars because they replaced a plastic trunk hatch.

Avoid this business like the plague. I took my VW Jetta to this shop for regular service (oil change, rotate tires etc.). They then up-sold me on several hundred dollars of additional work which I agreed to. Then they broke parts on my vehicle while attempting to perform the additional service they were obviously not qualified to do, could not return my vehicle on time because they had to order the parts they broke from a VW dealer and finally had the nerve to attempt to charge me for the parts they broke. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS OUTFIT!
