Terrible experience here. Came in for a simple oil change and a few days later got notification my car had low oil. When I asked them about it, I was told my vehicle “burns oil quickly”, which is completely false. Come to find out they also put the wrong oil in my car. After having the vehicle professionally inspected, I was notified both the drain plug and filter were loose in my car and that there was oil all over the place. Would NOT recommend coming here.

Drove in without an appointment around 5 pm. They didn’t have time for an oil change but Daniel to the rescue!! Checked my oil and made sure I was safe to drive after topping off . He was so helpful and even said hi to my doggies in the front seat! Thank you Daniel!!

I had an amazing experience the first time around but unfortunately the 2nd time ruined it for me. I pulled up and Chris was the one who came up to my window. He was not welcoming or friendly at all and I ended up backing out of the driveway because I did not feel comfortable with him working on my car. He was rude and did not seem to enjoy his job. I personally do not want a person who doesn’t enjoy their job working on my car.

The staff was friendly and knowledgable and in addition to changing the oil, they helped me determine that my brake pads were still in good shape. Also, they did not have the air filter I needed on hand and someone personally drove to the auto parts store down the road to pick up the right one. That is going well above and beyond what is expected and it was very much appreciated. They have a great team of people working there, I highly recommend!

They did my brakes and cv axles prices were comparable to other shops but they made me confident the job was being performed correctly would strongly recommend this location. Oil changes are a little more than most but the quality is much higher than other shops I’ve been to.

I had my oil changed in late December 2018 and the employees at Grease Monkey failed to securely fasten a flap on the bottom of my car that gives access to the drain plug and oil filter. A month later the flap was dragging on the ground. I had to go to my dealership and wait for an hour to get the fasteners replaced. I called Grease Monkey to let them know about the issue. I got voicemail and never received a call back from them.

I love this grease monkey, i had to get an oil change on my husbands car last month and they handled it right away and got it done in like half an hour. The other day my cars check engine light came on so i stopped by and almost immediately this young man (i cant remember his name!!) came out and helped me. Nothing ended up being wrong but they are very professional and very prompt, i know i can trust them

I got the most expensive oil change and they promise to vacuum the car and they did not do it I had to turn around and remind them and did not do a great job never again. 1st and last tome come here is suppose be a good experience not a bad one 👎no good business

Just stopped in for an overdue oil change and the manager TJ really went the extra mile. I had planned to take it in to the manufacturer dealership for the additional work that needed to be completed, but after speeding with TJ and the rest of the staff I knew that I would be saving money and receive the same level of service that I would from the dealership. TJ runs a tight ship over there. The owner of this Grease Monkey is lucky to have someone of TJ’s caliber working for him. I will be coming back next time as well as recommending this particular Grease Monkey to all of my acquaintances. Very satisfied customer.

Needed an oil change, was able to get right in (~20 minutes total). They told me some different options I could possibly need (my Tacoma has almost 300k miles-still runs great!), and I decided to get my lights buffed as well. The technician was absolutely correct, they look brand new. Very courteous service! No pressure, just informative and very quick. I am very pleased with my experience here and I highly recommend this Grease Monkey.

If you want a good chance of your car leaking oil, take it here. Monkeys cant seem to snug down a plug or filter properly. 2 personal vehicles and 4 fleet vehicles ALL leaked after service. Used to be the best in the 90s. Way the world works now I suppose.

Great place, with quick and friendly service. They gave me a list of maintenance items for the car, but said nothing needed to be done that day. I had been to another shop which said my 2016 car needed $250 worth of work. I was relieved when the mechanics at Grease Monkey said my car was fine.

These guys go the extra mile for you. Best oil change place ever. I went in 3 minutes before close. I had just bought a used 4x4 truck. I had to leave Denver at right from grease monkey and drive to north west Arkansas to be at a property closing the next afternoon. The oil needed changed bad. I told him the situation and he stayed late to accommodate me. I cant tell you how much that meant. And I get that same treatment every time I go in. Highly recommend this particular grease monkey.

I cant believe I ever went to Pep Boys. These employees are SO considerate and friendly. The service is always quick and thorough. I never feel like theyre trying to overcharge me or replace things that dont need to be replaced. I love that they always vacuum the floors and clean the windows too. Amazing in every way.

Rear diff and transfer case

Out of the 12 times Ive been to this location for oil changes, Ive driven away 3 times with varying issues to my car. 1/4 chance of driving away with more issues than you arrived with is disappointing and then inconvenient having to come back to fix what they caused. Wont be returning. Advise you to take your businesses elsewhere.

I left this Grease Monkey location just a moment ago, and could not be more pleased with the service I received. I came in for an oil change around 10:15, and was finished and on my way in about 20 minutes. The staff was quick, transparent, helpful, and polite.Not only did they perform the services and materials I paid for, they also:-Filled up my tires to the correct pressure-Reset my automatic reminder for an oil change without being prompted, something nearly every mechanic in the past 3 years of service on my car has neglected to do-Cleaned the grime off of my headlight glassOverall, I would absolutely recommend this location to others, and will definitely be back myself.

Recently changed management! Everything is much better now. Did a thorough job explaining the oil my car actually needs (confirmed by my service manager brother-in-law) and did everything quickly and efficiently. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend them.

I took my car in for an oil change today, I had great friendly service by a man named Reed. He was kind and courteous with a smile. I got my car back in little under half an hour, this location has always been friendly. Unfortunately, I had service done a little over two months ago, had some fluids changed which meant they needed to remove my skid plates to access these points. The skid plate covering my transfer case was missing two bolts, and one was cross threaded, only one bolt was holding the skid plate on. Today, 6/24/17, I took my car in for an oil change. Like I said, Reed was a nice man to help and seemed like a great person. I picked my car up and having other errands to run, I grabbed the car and carried on, then I thought I would look under the car, I noticed 4 more skid plate bolts were missing! I have a small window that can be opened to access the oil filter to remove and reinstall the filter. Those bolts holding that on were still in place. The ones removed were ones holding on the radiator skid. If that thing falls down it will tear a lot of my undercarriage along with it. Now I have to go find bolts to replace it. All for a simple oil change. I know losing my business wont hurt this location, but I deserve to not have to replace bolts that should never be removed in the first place.

They did not try to sell me anything. They were done in less than the 20 minutes they estimated and filled tires, checked fluids and vacuumed the interior. They were very polite and helpful.

They did a sloppy job on something so simple.I went in for an oil change on a used car I just purchased (2016 Infiniti q50 3.0t)I was advised to also replace an air filter so I agreed.Shortly after my visit I realized that my car actually has two separate air filters. The one that wasnt replaced was filthy and shouldve been replaced and the one they did replace wasnt even installed properly. They did securely fasten the two latches on top however theres a tab and slot on the bottom that was not in place which resulted in a gap in the air filter box which possibly (and likely) allowed dust to get in... Im very disappointed and shouldve just done it myself.

Good location close to work and home.

Took my fiances truck in for a radiator problem. They seem to have fixed the radiator problem but when I picked up the truck a bunch more problems started as soon as I turned the key. I was barely able to get the truck home before it died. We are taking it elsewhere to be repaired. These people cannot be trusted to do a proper job. Edit: we have been told that now we need a new engine. DO NOT GO HERE

These clowns are a joke with the circus they are running. They left my oil cap off, I didnt realize for 3 weeks then the manager Rob said he was going to make it right and he would leave notes in the system, how convenient he wasnt there and not a single note was in the system. Then they proceeded to recommend transfer case work for my 4WD that does not exist. I will never take any of my vehicles to this location again.

I have used this location twice and have only good things to say. Spenser was the tech on both occasions and he did a great job. He was friendly, professional and honest. No up selling, he told me what they could do and how it would be better if I had a light repair done elsewhere before they flushed my transmission. Basically saved me from my own automotive ignorance. I have had awful experiences at jiffylube before and was concerned I would be getting a similar level of service. I could not have been more wrong.

I am giving 1 star because I have to. I arrived between 8-8:30, waited to talk to someone inside for a few mins before I was told the only way to get service was to pull around, did so and was told it was over an hour, so walked to work with a promise of a call about the filter cost if it needed replaced and a call when it was done. At 11am, I called and was told that they couldnt do the oil change and I needed to go to the place I went before. That was Grease Monkey in Aurora and Im not able to do that at this point. They said sorry, cant help you. Walked back and when I arrived, they guy started talking about my oil change, I had to interrupt and advise they didnt do it and I just wanted my keys. No questions, no trying to see if they could assist since it was another Grease Monkey - literally, ok, we dont care. That was the attitude including that they didnt call me to even advise when I was specifically told they would call.

Everyone is very friendly here and got my oil and filter changed in 15 mins. They are very pricey though for oil changes compared to every where else Ive been they are double the price.

Not a place i can recommend. Staff lacks TRANNING, seems to be way overstaffed, manager is not very helpfull which would explain the staff issues. Way over priced services. Within seconds of me just arriving they seem to already upset the customer infront of me which i sure hes not comming back. Also i just came in for a simple oil change and brought my own factory sealed filter and new unopped bottles of MOBILE 1 oil. Only reason why is my highend vehical has a uncommon filter so just being proactive. But i was quoted $50+ for just a service the dealerships maybe charge $25-$30 for labor an all shop fees. I travel all over the country an have been to many places and never once quoted that ammount. My recommendation to any one that reads this review go check out your dealer you would be suprised how much you could save and get a way better service.

Helped me w oil filter oroblem

Totally Ripped Off.Drove up to have oil changed and had a service person approach my SUV (Kia Sorento) that clearly states AWD on the side of the car and asked me which service I would like. I told him that the basic oil change service was all that I was looking for... $39.99. (Ouch!) He said, Okay, Itll be about a half hour.A half hour later, he comes to me in the waiting area with my air filter in hand and asks if I would like it replaced, I said, Sure, how much? (It needed changing).$21.00 (ouch again) He says,Okay, 5 minutes, well have you going.Another half hour later (not 5)... All done. I come to the cashier and she goes through the litany of services that were done. Oil changed, fluids topped off, etc... (I guess thats why its $39.99 for the oil change).I asked, Where is the air filter charge?After going out to the service area to ask the tech, the cashier returns, He said that we did not have that filter in stock. Heres a thought, check you inventory first, before recommending that it needs changed. No air filter installed. I say, Okay?She says,Thatll be $55.00WHAT!!!!??? What happened to $39.99?Well actually it was $42.99 not $39.99 for some dumb reason and another $10.00 for an AWD vehicle and $5.00 for the type of oil filter it was (what kind of ridiculous charge is that?).Note to owner and employees there... When you tell someone that it is going to be said price and upon further investigation, there are going to be more charges... TELL THE CUSTOMER BEFORE DOING THE WORK!!! You are spending their money when you dont tell them. Would you like me spending your money without your knowledge?In the end do not show up here and expect to pay even close to what they tell you.Total rip off.
