I went in to trade my F-150 for a used Civic and I couldnt be happier with the experience. Ash was very responsive to the emails i was sending before I even set foot on the lot. Chad the Service Advisor and the technician collaborated on the issue my car was experiencing and were able to find a tech bulletin that matched the problem. The tech installed the part that was recommended by the tech bulletin. The work was covered under my power train warranty. The car is running great. The service was quick and effective . I highly recommend the Service Dept at this delearship (Ive not bought a car thru them. Ive only experienced the Service Dept). The staff is friendly, they explain thoroughly what needs to be done & they (& the mechanics) dont try to oversell you to fix things that arent necessary. AND they always wash my vehicle before I pick it up.

I took my Santa Fe in for a recalled canister. The intake was super fast and Mark was very friendly and explained everything. There was a great place to wait although I wasnt there long. They even washed my car and did a check of everything! Great experience.

The only flaws I’ve encountered are a seatbelt I need to take back in for repair, which is fine, it’s an 8 year old vehicle, and the car interior was quite dirty, which I am perfectly capable and did clean it out really well myself today, I would have just rather not have and had the whole “new, clean car look and smell” but all is well and it was a great experience, thank you guys!

It was a new experience. there was no high pressure, no coercion.He either answered our questions or found out the answers for every question we had. My wife and I had a terrible experience at Arapahoe Hyundai this weekend. From the $4k upcharge they were trying to add on to the MSRP of their new Tucson Hybrids, to the fuzzy math figures they came up with that seemed to hide even more upcharges, we left feeling that if we hadnt said no thanks, we wouldve been majorly ripped off. I love Hyundai as a brand, have one myself, but this dealership is doing the company no favors. Avoid if you can and head to any of the other Hyundai dealerships in town.

I purchased a used car and overall had a wonderful experience. I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and treated very professionally. The price of the car was very competitive.I did however learn of a significant price increase at the very last moment when I agreed to purchase the car however, upon showing an email with an online price which attracted me in the first place they honored it.I raise caution to anyone purchasing a vehicle that prospective buyers working with other salesman can come in after you and purchase the car even as you are filling out paperwork. if you like the car, you better decide fast.You cannot ask for a more friendly staff

Get to financial will be different number. No explanations about what I am signing, find out different numbers that financial will asked manager Vincent step in.After my friend help me go over my contract, she said Martha you need to go back to the dealership. You lease this Hyundai kuna is already under warranty but they charge you for another $4000. And this is not the car that I test drive, but Vincent threatened me if I don’t drive this car home, he or someone will drop the car.Next day I came and Edgar different financial guy said he will help me out and give me a payment that will please me. Payment went down $100 but pay off payments go up.When Edgar call me through the ph he is yelling to me, and I just shocked and keep quiet. This people’s for sure is races, and take advantage of people like me

Everyone employee, except for the finance manager (to be expected), was very respectful and never made me feel pressured. I honestly went in with a pretty set plan so I didnt have too many questions needing answers. I feel that I got a fair/good deal on a used car which is hard to do in the current market due to the semi-conductor shortage. Im not sure that any dealership has customers best interest in mind with a commission sales structure but if you go in with a plan and stick to it, this is a good dealership to do business with. Maybe shop financing options before hand because I got a pretty bad interest rate for the quality of my credit score but paying car off quickly so wont matter much in my case.

Im always pleased with my service I received from Arapahoe Hyundai. There was a gentleman that greeted me this time I believe his name was Brian that guaranteed me I would be out of there in 30 minutes.I had made my appointment through the reservation line and I was not very pleased with them. They told me that it would take all day to do a 30 minute oil change and tire rotation. I had to reserve a car which meant , my car went over by 5000 miles before I could get my oil changed! Needless to say I was not very happy😠Thank you Brian and thank you Arapahoe Hyundai for making this experience much better I will be back for my next 3000 miles service!!🙂

Honestly I cant believe I was able to get into a car that is top of the line with all the coolest technology standard. They have continued to check in with me to make sur everything is going well and even offered to do another tutorial if need be. And the warranty is the best Ive seen. This is a good dealership to buy your car from.. I was able to get most of the price information over the phone and then went in to drive that specific car and buy it. They were able to make that happen and Lander went as far as delivering the vehicle really far from the dealership that same night!!! The only suggestion is if you want to make it quick, avoid the weekends. They sell a lot of cars, so that might save you some time.

I would rate zero starts if it let me. I am baffled at how this place has such a high rating. I’m not even sure where to start. Everything about this place was an awful experience. To start I was constantly juggled between 2 different sales people. And then constantly ignored and left waiting for either one of them. All the while each of the sales people didn’t know what I already had discussed with the other one making it very difficult. Next, the sales people wanted to negotiate in the very noisy lobby instead of at a desk or office which was honestly just annoying. Now let me get to the negotiation. I wanted to lease a $21,000 Venue and they wanted close to $500 a month for 39 months for 10k miles a year. (For reference the next day I went to Kia and got a $29,000 car lease for less than $400 a month same miles per year) when I did the math in front of the sales person he said my math was right, and he wasn’t sure why the lease numbers were off, but that’s just the way it is. He then later stated it was the taxes and the money factor that made the payment $200 more a month than it should be which is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. When I asked to see the taxes because of HIS reasoning he outright refused and said he couldn’t. He then proceeded to say even if he showed me the taxes it wouldn’t change the payment, so what’s the point? This place is literally just a scam. I would steer clear or at least go to a different Hyundai dealer. I worked with Ash and Kyle.

Kyle the salesmen was great got us more then we were asking for, got us more on our trade in then we thought we would get and got our price where we wanted it, he was never pushy like you would think salesmen are. We changed our minds several times and he was patient the whole way through, unlike another dealership that was trying to pinch us for everything Kyle never made us feel like we had to haggle, if we said we wanted more he got us more!!! Ended up getting $400 more for our trade in!!! He even make my kids have a good time during all the paperwork. I will definitely buy my next car here aswel!

Was a waste of my time brian wheeler was no help at all. I came for our appointment he didn’t even remember which car I was looking for even though we’ve been messaging and been on the phone. He then proceeded and asked me how much I owe on my car and how much I’m willing to make for car payments and I told him $357 because that’s how much I’m paying right now. He straight up told me that it’s gonna be very difficult to find a similar car if I don’t go up to about 400 for the payments. So then I asked him what car can you fine that’s gonna be $400 and he told me a 2012 car. Like why would I pay more money for a lesser year of a car. He didn’t seem really interested and willing to compromise with me at all barely asked any really good questions and for that I had to walk out absolutely disgusting I will never go back to here.

Brian in Arapahoe Hyundais service center lacks basic customer service skills and is condescending and rude. I literally towed my car to the McDonald location in Littleton to avoid working with him and was treated extremely well at the other location. Not worth your time or money, go elsewhere.

Long time AH customer - I just drove my 4th Santa Fe off the lot. Long story short, there was some misunderstanding about the features and capabilities I was looking for. Even though quite some time had passed before this was realized, Lander and Albert went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make me whole and get me in the right vehicle that meets my needs.These guys are gracious, sincere, respectful and responsive. This deal could have gone way south very quickly but Lander and Albert put customer loyalty and service above pride and profit. Thank you both for a speedy and satisfactory resolution!Just an additional note - the dealership is a happy place to be! After we did the test drive in the 2022 Tuscon, they told us there was a $6,000 premium on MSRP of the car we wanted, as well as, other fees. Then they showed us the monthly payment but wouldnt show us the interest rate. Never found out what it was but the payments were way over the top. They told us that we couldnt get outside financing for the car (first time Ive ever heard of that). We said that the premium was way too much and they said that they had other people lining up to buy the car, which we thought was rude so we walked. Before we started talking price, everyone was really nice though, so theres that, I guess. Well be taking our business elsewhere.

I found a 2021 Hyundai sonata SEL vehicle on their website and contacted them. The salesperson sent me the quote for the vehicle via email for $23796.The car is a courtesy vehicle used by the dealership and therefore less priced than usual (that is what they said). Then I inquired about the financing and they agreed to a 0.9% APR for 60 months including the rebate as long as my credit score is greater than 750. They took my SSN and ran a HARD CREDIT CHECK and confirmed that I am eligible for the 0.9% APR. The salesperson called me today (Aug 31, 2021) and said the offer is only valid until the end of the day. So, I rushed to the dealership in the middle of my busy day to get the vehicle. While i was in transit, the salesperson messaged me saying they wont honor the deal. I went there and the salesperson confirmed they wont be able to honor the deal. When i talked to the manager, he showed me the website terms that they are not obligated to honor the any deal. They quoted me ~$26k for the same vehicle (almost $2k more) with 0% APR and said this is the best offer that they could give...I live far away from the dealership. if they had told me this before i started and before running the hard credit check, I would have been content.Update: So, the manager responded saying that i am trying to combine two offers. That is correct, but salesman agreed upon the said offer. When I first came to test drive the car, an offer was made and I rejected the offer. Next day your salesperson called me and offered me the above said deal and I accepted. You ran the hard credit check to make sure I am eligible for the deal. If you were not willing to honor the deal, why did you offer the deal in the first place and why did you run the hard credit check ? if you had declined the offer on the table before credit check, then I would have been okay with it. You completed all the checks and while I was coming there, you said you cant honor it !!!. Your salesperson wasnt even flexible and said that if I did not get the offer today, I would not be eligible for it. So I rushed to that place to get that deal in the middle of my busy day. It was a waste of my time and now my credit score is ruined.

Jevon was extremely helpful and the dealership got us the exact car we were looking for but didnt know we wanted yet! Team was helpful and store manager is a top notch leader!

The Arapahoe Hyundai did service on my Tucson and they were very friendly. My vehicle is running well. I took it in for a service bulletin and ended up doing other work that was needed. I was disappointed they perform the exchange on the service bulletin. I came home and noticed it on the invoice they did not. I just assumed it was a replacement which I believe I need. I will call and talk to them about it. Their waiting area is a bit small, but they do have an outdoor area. Overall everyone was very professional and courteous.

Tracey is great! Very friendly and a breeze to work with. They were able to get me a car at the price that I wanted it at and for it to be a used vehicle it drives perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

I visited to test drive a 2017 Hyundai Tucson. I wasnt satisfied with the vehicle, so Brian Wheeler offered me a 2020 for almost the same price. Beautiful car with all the bells and whistles! Great salesmanship and was too good of a deal to pass up! Go here and you will receive 5 star service at a great price!!

We didnt really feel like we were listened to. The service rep kept telling us that our AC met all specifications. By the next day, it was blowing hot air again. Her suggestion was to get a sunshade.
