Service on my latest checkup was very good as always, as the team explained the needed repairs clearly and fully disclosed the costs. They worked to save me money on new tires and kept me informed about the progress of the work. I have been a customer of Goodyear at this location for 25 years and has always been very satisfied with the service!

My car is always in good hands with Good Year! I’ve had a number of repairs done on my Mazda including alignments, air filters and oil changes, but the most recent was a clutch replacement. Jim is EXCELLENT with customer care! He was able to get me a quote for the clutch replacement and when I was ready to take my car in, he kept consistent communication with me while his team worked on my vehicle so I knew what was happening and when I could expect the service to finish. They finished my car in just a few short hours, and before I left the shop, Jim made sure to review everything that had been done with me and he was able to answer all my questions about the replacement. I didn’t catch any of their names, but all of the gentlemen working the front desk were extremely friendly and personable, and it was easy to tell they were working hard to keep their shop in clean condition and abide by social distancing policies. Finding a reliable team of mechanics to help when you find yourself in a car pickle can be a challenge, so do yourself a favor and take your car to Good Year!

I had the best customer service and efficiency I have truly ever had here at Goodyear Auto Service! I rarely write reviews and I was so well taken care of that I felt I needed to. Completely unplanned, I was last minute given a day off during the week and I knew I needed some work done on my car. I called 6 different places before getting told to come on down and they would get me started by the amazing staff at Goodyear Auto Service. I bought a new tire, which they replaced, repaired a nail in my spare, changed my cabin air filter, and let me know that my alignment was badly off, so they did a front end alignment as well. My 4runner has never run better! Seriously, driving so smooth like the day I bought it! Definitely recommend the staff here to everyone. They took care of me like family! Thanks again everyone!!

I was preparing for a camping trip and needed to get my oil changed. I happened to have been mailed a Goodyear coupon for diesel oil changes for $79.99. I looked up the closest Goodyear which turned out to be this location. Via their website I schedule an appointment for an oil change, tire pressure check, and brake check for 11am. The website says it will take 3 hours so I plan on dropping it off and picking up at the end of the day before the end of the day so I can get emissions done as well. I get a coworker to follow me to drop it off and arrive at 10:30. I speak with a gentleman who immediately expresses concern over being able to complete the work today (8 hours left until they close). I tell him I scheduled an appointment and it indicated 3 hours, coincidentally he couldnt find my appointment. He takes all my information and then informs me the oil change will be $180. I point to the coupons I had already told him about and set clearly on the counter. He picks them up, reviews the $79.99 coupon and says, are you sure this is Goodyear? He then turns it over and clearly see Goodyear. At that point he tells me he needs to talk to his manager to see if they can honor their coupon. I patiently wait and upon his return am informed that they cant honor the coupon but they will give me $25 off the $180. I reply that even with the discount it is more than the cost at the dealership (Ford typically charges $125 for full synthetic unless you have a coupon). The gentleman shrugs his shoulders. I thanked him for his time and told him I wasnt willing to drop my truck off for an oil change, pay more than the dealership, and without a guarantee they could get it done in 8 hours... Literally not sure if they can do an oil change in 8 hours.Needless to say I felt like a dummy walking out to my coworker and explaining despite the prescheduled appointment, the ~15-20 minutes spent inside, and the coupon this service center didnt want my business.

I came back to them for an oil change and brake replacement after I first visited them due to a flat tire I had and needed my tire fixed ASAP due to a work trip.They were about to close, but still were able to squeeze me in. I was appreciative of that. And it was because of that, I came back to use their services for other needs my Jeep had.

Brought my car in for an oil change, and received a cracked windshield at no extra charge. I was informed that it was probably like that when I brought it in, and that their employees are really honest. They checked, and no one had listed it on the invoice, so it must not have occurred. For that to happen, I would have to drop a tool or something. Was told I would hear from the store manager the next day, and never heard anything. AVOID. A tool might get dropped on your car, and it was like that when you brought it.

I thought I had a flat and rolled in 10 minutes prior to closing. Steve came out and looked things over, discovered why I had a flat and had staff quickly but efficiently put my spare tire on for me. They were all very kind and polite, and no one grumbled at the lateness of my arrival. It was a great experience!

My wife and I moved to the area five years ago. Where we came from we frequented a mom and pop place for all our tire and car repair needs. Moving to the big city we were worried we wouldnt find a place with as great customer service as what we had known. After trying a few places this Goodyear is our go to spot. They get to know you, they remember you, and are good to their loyal customers. A year ago we moved 15 minutes farther away and Im sure there is a Goodyear closer to us, but these gents are just the best and worth the drive!

John was AWFUL! Went here to have a battery replaced. Absolutely horrible customer service!!! Ive never talked to anyone so rude. I will not be returning. He called to let us know it was ready at 5:38. I let him know we would possibly be later than 6 and asked if I would be able to get my keys later than 6. He refused to actually give me an answer saying hed be there but he wasnt sure if he would open the doors after 6 and help me. A simple we cant help after 6 would have been just fine! But instead he was insulting and rude.

After telling me the nail was on the side wall and not repairable and all of my tires were worn all the way down trying to sell me 4 new tires. Took to two other shops that told me the exact opposite and were able to patch the tire with the hole in it. These guys only try to take advantage of people that dont know much about cars.After telling them I would not be getting tire and only pay the $80 for a synthetic oil change, their attitudes completely changed and were very rude.

They advertise free repairs for a slow leak in a tire so took it in, about an hour later they call and say its too close to the edge to fix and also that my tires were pretty worn and should be replaced and handed me some quotes for replacement.I understand that not all leaks are fixable, but passed on the new tires and went down the street to the Big-O to get a second opinion.They told me its $20 for the repair and took about an hour to get it in and take a look - fixed the tire with no issue and told me the tread looked fine and the tires should be okay for some time. I pulled out my wallet and the guy waived the cost and out the door I went.Its not about the money, nor the fact that one shop repaired and the other didnt - but the whole experience with this Goodyear shop seemed like a come on with a free repair to get you in to sell you new tires.When I do need new tires in about 6 months Ill skip this shop and give Big-O my business simply because I believe theyre more ethical and at the end of the day thats important in who you do business with.

I had been a loyal customer for years. I just assumed the high prices and slow service were the norm everyplace.Then, both my and my wifes car were due for the dreaded timing-belt replacement. I called around for competitive prices and found that this Goodyear was the most expensive (by far). So I read some reviews on some of the other garages with better prices took a chance on taking my car to someplace new. Im so glad I did. Choosing a different mechanic I saved hundreds of dollars and had a much more pleasant experience.The final straw came when the tires I had purchased at this Goodyear wore out after only 50% of the millage warranty. I was quoted one price for replacements (with a reasonable credit for my prematurely worn out tires). But then when I tried to schedule for the replacement, that credit was reduced by over half. Im happier to walk away from that credit and pay full price someplace else, just to never have to deal with this Goodyear again. Goodbye and good riddance.If you are looking for a mechanic, there are several within a 5 mile radius of this Goodyear which are much better. Do some research and find someplace else. Youll be happy you did.

I came in at 5 sign says they close at 6:30 I needed one tire mounted and balanced thats it just put this tire on this rim nothing more and they said they were too busy

I came here looking for a new auto service provider I could trust. I had been in before and been treated well by Russ, well Russ is gone! I had my rear brakes done, seemed overpriced but I tried them out. Car was returned with mistakes, keeper on the emergency brake spring was loose and parts were inside the wheel making awful noises. Took it back, had to wait a day to get it fixed right. Then sent my daughter in when her brake lights would not turn off, a common problem fixed by a $6.00 pedal pad from Honda. She was quoted $80 for a new switch she did not need and I can buy for $8.69 at Honda. Also quoted $50 to install the unneeded switch, a job I can do in 60 seconds. I dont consider this good service at a fair price, quoting a $130 repair to my daughter for a $6.00 repair in reality. They could have replaced it free and had a customer for life easily, instead they tried to get all they could at once. Wont go back!

Very rude customer service. Went twice within 2 months to fix the same problem and still they insisted that the issue is fixed. I lost confidence w.r.t their service. Will never go here again and would not recommend too.

Went to other service center to change oil on my vehicle , they told that my car need coolant flush because check engine light was on. I decided to go to good year to get the work done. They checked everything on my vehicle and said there is nothing wrong except air in the tires which was 27 PSI. They filled the air and check engine light was automatically gone. I hardly write a review but you guys are very genuine, does not charge unnecessary. They could have change the coolant and charge me but instead they checked the coolant and vehicle and said nothing is wrong. I am always going to prefer this place for all my car’s need and would highly recommend to others.

My 9 months old tire developed a non-repairable tread separation. Luckily this happened on a residential road and not the freeway. My confidence in Goodyear is erroding. Next time Discount or NTW better luck there.

The Goodyear Auto Service Center at 7635 E. Arapahoe Rd. has been our auto mechanic of preference for more than 6 years. Rusty and Joey are the folks we deal with and they are always professional, friendly, and helpful. We have never had a problem with any of the work they have done on our vehicles. They make it their priority to have our best interests at heart, and are always honest and trustworthy.

Never going back. Went in to get my trucks oil changed, and tires rotated around 1pm when there was only one other person waiting. Took two hours to get my oil changed, mind you my truck does take 7 quarts instead of 5 quarts, still ridiculous. When I peaked out the door into the garage, there were four mechanics just standing, around joking. Checked back again fifteen minutes later, the same mechanics were just standing there, not working on either car in their ports. After two hours, they brought my truck out. I went out to check everything, and they didnt even rotate the tires, luckily I knew which tires were where when I came in, otherwise it would have easily been missed. I went in to ask about it and the mechanic said he took them off.... So he just took them off, and put them back on? Im also worried if they even replaced the oil filter. Never going back. The guys do seem nice, I will give them that, but the service is below par.

Worst Service EverMy Jeep Wrangler was experiencing more play than usual in the steering, especially at higher speeds (above 50mph). I was concerned about the vehicles safety driving at higher speeds. So, I took it in for an alignment and asked that they drive it at a higher speed so the mechanic could experience what I had to insure it was indeed safe to drive.When they called to tell me it was ready they had done the alignment, but had not driven it at a higher speed like I had asked. Instead they proceeded to try and sell me new tires and other services I did not need. When I picked it up the service manager didnt say more than a few sentences to me about paying for the service. He did not ask about my experience or if I was happy with the service.The fact that my concern for safety was ignored is unacceptable. I do not recommend this store to anyone. They are only in business to sell you things you do not need.

Had two sets of tires installed here and very happy with service and quality of work. Recently had a total blowout on a tire with no warranty and Russ installed the new tire for free and gave me a great deal on the tire. Saved $75 off what Discount Tire charged.

Got a tire remounted, not even 16 hours later completely flat, I drove 3 miles home. Came in the next morning and was treated disrespectfully with complete lack of care. The original job was sloppily done but the second gentleman who helped went above and beyond and did and excellent job repairing my tire. I appreciated that immensely.

This shop is awful! I scheduled an appointment for today to fix my tire due to getting a nail in it. I was told by management to basically keep driving with my spare tire from Parker to Denver for work until they have time to service my car. Their online even lists as open availability for all day appointments. Never will use this location ever again.

From out of state recently went to this goodyear arround 2pm and they had many service bays with only one vehical being worked on in the service bays. I went in and i was going to get a bunch of services done with also all tires i wanted replaced aswell on my daily driver. Plus i was going to go back home and bring my corvette wheels in and get new F1s put on the two sets of rims i have for the 2 cars i have at home. The service advisor said i would need an appointment for another day because they are so backed up and all their service techs are swamped the one car in the bay had no body working on it for at least a hour i seen because i was right next door and could see which is why i went over there i thought i would have no problem or wait time really. No customers inside that where waiting. An no cars out front that would be inline for next service empty parking lot. Just the advisor and some guy in the office both of them seem to being doing not much. I about started laughing when he said they are supper bizzy one car that nobodys working on in the 6+bays they have which for over an hour didnt see much activity going on there. Seems that they have maybe one tech if that for over a HOUR I DIDNT SEE ONE TECHNICIAN THERE and if they were on lunch wow sweet job they have. Well this place cant be trusted service advisor lies and dont have any techs but plenty of office people its said franchise owners like this give the name a bad image hope this helps on your next adventure to a service center ill take my business else where. Also my family owns about 10 goodyear franchises in sw florida so i have a keen i to see right threw your bs. Thanks for saving me the time an hassle that i bet this place would have caused me.

My battery died on a bmw X5. My 73 year old mother in law stopped by to have a new battery put in. They charged 286$. One month later their battery was tested by a legit mechanic in town to be a cheap econo line battery not holding its charge. Todd told me they would take it back. Went out and bought a top of the line AGM 800cca batttery for 205$. They just called after and said they would not take it back. This shop is not good for its word. It will also take advantage of elderly when it gets the chance. BE AWARE!!!

I listened for 3 hours, waiting for my guaranteed 1hr tire installation, as the rep continually lied about parts needing replaced for other customers that rarely ever need replaced. Im a mechanic of 20 years btw. He not only recommended the extra work that was unnecessary, but was quoting prices that were well over 3x what a local mechanic would charge.

Got a flat tire on the stock tire. Costco wasnt dare to repair since its close to another patch. Russ and his crew took care of my car without buying a new tire.

I scheduled a appointment online, showed up in the morning to be told theres no appointment and to schedule later. I took time off work for this.

I needed new tires and a tune-up. I priced my needs at multiple places in the area. I need to give a huge shout out to everyone who helped me there. Jon, Jim, and John were amazing at explaining best needs/ options for my vehicle. I recently went to California, hit a huge pothole and needed a Goodyear location near me that accepted my warranty, so I reached back to them in Colorado. Again, they were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. I wont go anywhere else. Thanks guys!
