Let me tell you .. this is one of the best auto shops Ive been to since I have moved to Denver. They are very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. Todd is just a wonderful store owner and all around he is one of the reasons I keep coming back for all my car maintenance and repairs. The prices are reasonable and customer service is amazing. The staff is courteous and definitely remembers their customers. Yeah , there are closer shops to my house. But I dont mind traveling the 20 minutes for their professional and amazing service. Took my personal truck to Todd and crew for a unexpected water pump replacement. They not only performed the repair flawlessly but also was a great price. I personally will only take my 4 vehicles to them and they have earned my business. Please see them for a range of other services. Went in for an A/C check and it was done in about an hour. These guys offer a courtesy shuttle that came to get me as soon as I got the call that my vehicle was ready. Excellent service, very pleased with speed.

I have been coming to this specific location for nearly 20 years with 10+ vehicles (including thru 2 teenagers). That sulameen guy is pretty cool and did a great job on my car. He even cleaned the wheels and cleaned the windows because I got some ketchup on them from a wild night out to McDonald’s... not to mention the back windows that had a little something something from Taco Bell but regardless he did a great job! I got conflicting information from my local tire shop on needing brake pad replacement. I scheduled an appointment with them for pad replacement after they said I needed them. They then told me that I DIDNT need brake pads. For peace of mind, I scheduled an appointment with Brakes Plus for a second opinion on my next trip to the Denver area. From the first phone call to getting my vehicle back, they were the epitome of professional and friendly service. One of the most striking things that I noticed is they actually give customers time frames for service and then deliver on that estimated time frame. This is unheard of in my small town. Second, they actually answer the phone. I couldnt even get a call back from my local dealership when I tried to make an appointment. The business location is clean and convenient. There are multiple places to eat within walking distance, including a burrito place in the same building with a comfortable lounge for customers. Turns out, I didnt need new brake pads. There was no charge for my inspection PLUS they gave me peace of mind AND gained my trust. I will use this business in the future!

10/13/2020. I brought my Ford F-150 in on a very sudden event coming back home to Colorado on a road trip. My Brakes were down to the nubs and probably had never had replacement in the 95,000 miles my truck has. The entire crew were professional from the Service Desk to the Mechanics themselves. Fast, Polite, and got the pads and brakes fixed. I got back home out of state very late that night but the shop ensured my safety. The hit to my pocketbook wasnt too bad either. As promised I would leave a review. Well done.

This shop location is just awesome. Brought my car in from brake noises and they replaced the front brakes and it fixed the issue because they had a rough spot on the pads. After arriving for a 10am appointment for an alignment check at another Brakes Plus (as recommended when I got new tires), waiting for an hour with nothing happening, I gave up and left to handle an issue with my job.At 3:30pm that same day I walked into the Yosemite location, and Charles squeezed me in shortly after I arrived. To my pleasant surprise, they said my alignment is good and nothing needs to be done - no charge.They were clearly interested in doing everything they could for my benefit!

This place has one of the best we’ll staffed Auto Technicians that I’ve ever come across. Charlie was so polite and very funny and was really negotiable on scheduling my car appointment and answered all questions I had in regards to my tires and break pads. He wasn’t only professional but he was also very friendly. Also, once my car was finished Michael Moore was very professional and formative about my wheel alignment saying that the alignment is great and that if I want to can get new bolts for my tire flexibility which would cost $85 to $90 but he said if he were me he wouldn’t upgrade on it and just leave it the way it is because it those bolts potentially wear off. I really appreciate him not trying to up sell me for that upgrade on the bolts and that he gave his honest opinion on it. I’m definitely gonna go service here at this location from now on. I hope this is helpful for anybody else that wants to service their cars here.

I just took in my 2015 subaru legacy for tune up and wheel alignment they do excellent work definitely found a shop that are honest and price is affordable they are willing to help with whatever you need and do it with a smile thank you Todd williamson.

I went to the dealer ship to service my 2013 Toyota FRS (A small 2 seater sports car) for maintenance and brakes and was quoted for nearly 600 DOLLARS! Not only did they beat that price and get it done in a reasonable amount of time, they most importantly treated me with respect, honesty, and a professionalism that was unlike any third party repair business I had ever been to, That includes any other brake plus near me. I can not say enough good things about the staff and service techs at this location really just fantastic.

It is SO hard to find a good car service/repair shop that is staffed by genuinely helpful and honest people, especially as a woman in her 20s. Brakes Plus, and this location especially, is one of these rare places!I needed my alternator replaced, and only that. I had gotten my battery and alternator checked at an AutoZone, knew this was the issue, and also knew the exact type and price of the part that I needed. All of that being true, 3 different places around town still tried to charge me about twice or more of what I ended up paying at Brakes Plus, and for services that I knew were unnecessary.After speaking with so many people who were trying to take advantage of how quickly I needed my car to be fixed, it was so refreshing to speak with the staff at Brakes Plus. They were friendly, quickly quoted me a fair cost, and had my car fixed in about 30-45 minutes of me walking in the door.(I need to call to get one more persons name, but the manger, Mike, was awesome & informative, and I believe Rob from another Brakes Plus was the one who gave me the quote--very kind and helpful).All these guys are awesome, thank you so much!!

You know my brakes gave out on my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Had it towed to the Jeep dealership; what a mistake. They charged me $180 to tell me i needed a complete brake line, master cylinder and booster for a tidy sum of $2,200 + tax. Didnt seem right and actually outrageous. I brought it over to Brakes Plus on Arapahoe Rd in Centennial where Ive brought over my previous cars, and they were accommodating, professional, and prompt. They fixed a failed brake line for $135. My only mistake was I didnt take it to Brakes Plus in the first place. I highly recommend this particular Brakes Plus. Great, honest service and affordable price.

AWESOME!!! Having had many many not-good experiences at other repair places, I was really impressed at how well things went at this particular Brakes Plus location. Called at 4pm, dropped the Jeep Wrangler off at 4:30, got the brakes diagnosed by 5, repaired by 6. Seriously, nobody else turns cars that quick with zero lead time. Rear premium brakes with **lifetime** warranty and rotors turned for $180 ($200 less a $20 coupon on their web site.) Thats a bargain. While there, they fixed an alignment issue and caught 2 other problems that were the result of repair mistakes made by a prior repair place. I would definitely recommend this Brakes Plus location, and love that they do it all...not just brakes!
