Ive been dealing with Tire Associates for years. I knew them back when they were Wholesale Tires and I was real happy with their service then, and Im happy with it now. They have excellent service and theyre honest with you when it comes to buying tires. Five stars in my book.

They were pretty fast and warranted their work. My tire was flat the next morning and they fixed it again.

I got an new set of tires for my RV here. Had a slight issue that was taken care of the next day with no problem. Very happy with the service I received. I wanted to keep the old tires and they offered to take them to my grandfathers farm an hour away for free.

My family and I have been taking all of our six cars to Tire Associates for tires, alignments, and balancing for many years. Recently I had taken in my vehicle for an alignment and they broke my tie rod in the process (the part that they broke was not comped or pro rated by the business I was charged as if I was the one that broke it).Almost refusing to order from an outside source I insisted and they yielded.A job that was supposed to take 2 hours ended up being 4.5 hours and the parts they ordered for me were doubled in price. I tried to argue that since all the parts combined were over $25 that there should have been a 50% mark up not 100%. One of the employees there Jay said, thats how we make our money and claiming that they saved me money in the long run.Over all I am no longer pleased with how this business treats it customers and will be looking for a more pleasant tire company to conduct transactions with.

These guys are great. Been going there since they were down by Hawkeye Downs. They always treated me right and never a quality issue with repairs or parts. Eldorado tires are quality, have bought many sets for many vehicles. Tell Dave hi when you stop in.

We ordered new tires for our motorhome from Tire Associates. Great customer service from everyone we talked to. Dave was very knowledgable and spent a lot of time looking up comparable sizes, specs, and brands to help us get the best tire for a fair price. Our size needed to be ordered, but the tires arrived in one day. Tire Associates were a pleasure to do business with, and we plan to go back the next time we need tires.

A very good experience. At most places eight semi tires will take quite a while to mount but two techs must have been assigned to my vehicle and was in and out within an hour. Friendly people. Small-child equipped with a separate play area.
