I drive seasoned cars because I hate paying for new cars. Jim and his staff have kept me safely on the road for 15 years. Service is prompt, done right the first time and doesnt cost an arm or a leg either!

Went there this morning because my drivers side window came off inside the door. They looked at it for less than 10 seconds and said the window motor and regulator needed replaced and the parts alone were $600. Plus labor. I absolutely knew for a fact they were lying to me as I could hear the window lift still going up and down when I pushed the button, not to mention when I looked on Advance Auto Parts website, the motor was $35 and the regulator was $9. I took my car elsewhere, and in 5 minutes they put my window back on without replacing anything and charged me $20. Dont go to Jims, they will no doubt try and rip you off. Shame on them.

I went there to get an oil change.I waited for 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES and i even had an appointment...... And they charged me $29.Thats almost double what most places in this area charge for an oil change...All the while I am sitting on a bench seat that has been pulled out of a friggin van... and staring at a fold-up banquet table from Walmart and trash and magazines stacked everywhere.Oh How Cute Guys!

2 cars fixed here, 1 still not running the other overcharged by at least double.
