I’ve been using Meineke at this location for car service for some time now and have always been very satisfied… They always get my car in right away at the scheduled time and Isiah and his team always give good service… They’ve also done brake work for me and recently installed new under-engine panels that were damaged by pulling up against a too-high parking lot block at my gym… Everything they’ve done for me has always been top-of-the-line

Meinke fixed a bad oil leak. I called and made an appointment. I arrived a few minutes early. work started on my car early. Everyone is efficient and friendly I just had my check engine light diagnosed. I was there less than a half hour. When I got to the car the light was off and my air conditioning was working. I was able to make an appointment a week from when i first called, which i thought was very reasonable. They changed my cruise control switch and fixed a ground wire. They had my car done in a timely manner and all interactions with staff were done in a professional manner. Will be going back soon for a tune up!

They were very nice and professional. I asked for an estimate on getting my air conditioner repaired in addition to the suspension work they were doing. They gave me an estimate and because my car is so old they suggested I get the parts from a junk yard.

The service was done quickly while I waited. They treated my car “Coraline” very well. Have been going here for years and will continue to do so .

Very happy with the guys here. Issac (sorry dont know how his named was spelled) was very friendly at the desk. Promptly called me when they knew what was wrong with my ac. Even checked my brake lights and replaced with a bulb I already had. Great guys, amazingly priced, fast, and very straight forward.

I scheduled an oil change and within that time I had bought some new tires. I called the day of my appointment(which was 10/28/20) to let them know and they were able to put them on and align the tires, as well as the oil change. Make sure you have an appointment! Walk-ins seem slim to none. As long as you have that they’ll accommodate you. Shout out Isaiah! Helpful, kind and professional. I definitely will be coming back as I always do! Well was suppose to include rotate tires and top off fluids, but they never said they did that...so I dont even know if it was done. Guess ill try midas next time.

I always go here to get my car serviced. They do great. However, I did not like that no one had on a mask. I could not leave my car and had to wait inside because it was freezing. The person in the office did not wear a mask at all and the mechanics walking in and out did not either.

Isaiah has a great phone and in-person manner. It was a few days before I could get in, but they were timely and efficient. I didnt check under the hood yet, but hopefully that was done well, too! No perks, such as coffee or TV, but was able to use an online coupon. Overall, very satisfied.

I called to set up an appointment, and at 2pm that same day they got me checked in and opened an account for me. Awesome customer service, and I didn’t feel rushed to get out the door. Great crew! Isaiah was awesome! My car had a broken steering rack and I needed a quick fix. Meineke was able to get me taken care of and on the road in a day. They also gave me a loaner car so I could get to work. Highly recommend.

Google said this location was open until 6pm, I arrived about 5:05pm not knowing that they typically take their last walk in at 5pm. Had to make an appointment 3 days in advance to get my oil changed. Was $65. Way more than other places. Would have been $114 an hour if anything needed fixed. They didnt do the included safety checks, so I had to stop on the way home to get air in one of the tires. Took 45 minutes and the whole time I had to listen to music about how much they love Jesus.UPDATE: I added an extra star for corporates nice reply below.

I was sent out with a disconnected gas filler hose! Gas poured onto the ground at first fill up. Next repair was a brake line break. Repair failed because of improper installation. Lost brakes while driving. Scary. They offered to warranty and fix, I opted out having had my second encounter with incompetence.

I called to have a free inspection and Meineke had my car fixed brake pads and rotars on front the same day. Great service great employees would recommend to anyone that wants fast quality work. Thank you guys.

I went to Meineke to get an oil change. They we very nice and took care of my car fairly quickly. After I got home, I found my car wouldnt go into reverse. So I went back to Meineke and let them know of the problem. They were very good about taking a look at my car and trying to figure out what was wrong. They didnt give up until they figured it out. I am very pleased that they took the extra time to help me out and not just say we dont know whats wrong, sorry. I recommend Meineke for their friendly and helpful serve!

Honest. Needed an alignment but he found something else wrong that needs to be fix first. He could of done the alignment but he didnt. He saved me money and with everything that is going on, I dont have money to waste.

Mike and his team are one of the honest, professional, and consistent quality service centers in the area.Ive never hesitated to recommend them, and now my family and many of my friends take their vehicles there also.

Good service and a fair price

The workers were professional and the service was good. However I was not impressed with the time it took to complete a standard oil change. I arrived 5 minutes early for my 8am appointment, I was the only person there that early in the morning, but it took 15 minutes for my car to be taken into the shop and another 30+ minutes for the oil change to be completed. In that time one other person dropped by without an appointment, had his car looked at, and left before my car was finished. This was the longest oil change I have ever experienced. The time frame is the only reason I gave a low score.

The staff was friendly from time I got there until I left! They got my car in and out in a timely manner! Ill be returning if need more service done!

My husband called a few weeks ago for a quote to fix a Flex pipe on our HHR and was quoted $130. I call to see how long it will take and set an appointment, give them my name and my vehicle (did not tell them my husband already had a quote) he say he will call me back with a quote. Calls back my quote is for over $600. Nothing like trying to take advantage because you think I dont know what Im talking about.

Professional, honest, and reasonably priced car care experts. I discovered this little gem a year ago when I moved to the area. I had a trunk lock issue. They fixed it in 15 minutes, no charge. Expecting my appointment would be longer they also took care of the AC. Alignment, brakes, oil changes, AC service all things they cared for this year This is my care care place.

It was easy to schedule on line. The oil change was done ahead of schedule and they called when it was ready. Coupons were available on line.

This review is strictly in reference to the 5261 Council St NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402 location as its the only location I have used.This Meineke location has been nothing but amazing, they unlike there competitors have come through for me in times of extreme importance. I had a break that was hung, I had called several others shops in a desperate quest for an urgent repair. This Meineke location not only was able to accomplish the repair they had a loaner vehicle for me to use. This was huge. To top it off there process for diagnosing and communicating the cost was amazing. Unlike other shops they didn’t take advantage of my emergency situation to gouge a crazy amount of money out of me.I take my vehicles to This Meineke as my primary shop.
