If I could post photos here I would. Two winters now my garage has been plowed in so that I am trapped inside. I have photos if someone wants to argue this. This continued for two winters. They actually plowed feet of hard packed snow in front of my garage. Then I was told to shovel it out. They let dogs bark non stop. They also send out nasty emails about doors slamming when parties are allowed to continually occur and the tenants are smoking on porches in a non smoking building. In addition, the rent continually rises although new people get a discount even when your lease is up. They do not value paying on time or their long term tenants.

I was a former tenant at cypress point. Although a very nice property, over the course of the year we lived there our property became unclean, and unsafe. Management never returned emails or phone calls and often times was very rude. Upon moving out we requested to do a walk through inspection with the property manager in which they refused to do.

Lived at the Wheatland Club apartments on 2 occasions. Very nice apartments. Spacious kitchen, good bathroom with lots of counter space, in unit washer/dryer, deck, central air, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a garage (did cost extra though). I never had any huge maintenance issues but the small ones I did have they were able to fix pretty quickly. The one down side was I did have to buy my own microwave and shower curtain rod, but that wasnt a huge deal to me. I moved away from Cedar Rapids and continued to pay rent here since the lease lasted another 7 months. I figured I was going to be the last apartment they filled but it actually got filled within 3 months, saving me 4 months of rent. I got my security deposit back and they even refunded my rent for the days in between when the new tenant moved in and the end of the month. Very upstanding property mangers.Would definitely recommend!

I rented with them and left my apartment clean. Besides leaving a few items in the garage that I couldn’t haul. They took 250 of my deposit which was expected. However I tried renting from them again and was told I they wouldn’t rent to me because of how I left my apartment. Common sense says if it was bad I wouldn’t have gotten any money back and it would have taken a longer period to rent the place out. They were also willing to move me into another unit after I moved out. How does this equate to I’m on their do not rent to list. Very disappointing when I refer so many people to them.

I am a young professional moving into the area. I toured many other properties under different companies. Amanda I. was professional, helpful, and the kindest property manager in the area. It was a significant deciding factor to ultimately lease with High Property Management. Even before move-in, she has gone beyond expectations to help my transition. The community is great , have stayed here for 3 years and have never had issues

I have lived in one of the locations (Stonegate Apartments ) of High Property Management for now around 1-1.5 years and i will say that they are amazing. Starting from the Maintenance Team to the solution they provide if you have any issues coming up with your apartment. I like there online portal and over there the response they give to get the work done is quite in a fast pace. I further appreciate them in a situation in which i was out of the country for few weeks and they received my package and was safely returned to me back when i arrived back.

I have been renting with High Properties since I first came to this country and they are really professional. They have a portal you can setup auto on for your rent aswell as request maintenance. The speed of service for maintenance is also good. They have recently added the option to schedule the time you are available aswell.The portal also has all the documents shared by you and the management, including your rental lease agreement- which you can print and download from your phone !High properties has a good choice of apartment complexes to choose from depending on your budget.The apartments are worth the money you pay.I have stayed at 2 of their apartment complexs and both have been great.Kimberly was really helpful the first time I rented the Blaire Ridge apartment.

I have rented from them on two separate occasions and both times were a pleasant experience. Maintenance is professional and quick- the fridge went out and within 6 hours I had a new one.Also- Taryn, is so helpful and understanding. She went out of her way to ensure I got the lease signed on time so my newborn daughter and I could move in right after the hospital.Thank you!

Woman i spoke to on the phone was very rude and unnecessarily confrontational. I couldnt imagine renting from these people. Save your money. Its not worth letting such negativity and aggression into your life.

MY wife took her car to the car wash today. Across from Hyvee on Johnston Street. High Property Managment was mowing there. While she was vaccuming her car the lawnmower man just mowed right by blowing grass in the car making a mess. She walked up to him and asked him why he did that. The man told her not to aproach him and then yelled at her , that she saw he was mowing and she should have went somewhere else. He had a job to do. He scared my wife and she left. We will never use this car wash again. Hope this guy gets some help coping with the public.

This place is a joke! Ive about had it and cant wait to handle this all in court! Hope your ready to Pay! This is completely childish. Just because your location caught on fire and you arent smart enough to have your paperwork stored or backed up, youre just trying to make money! I called them and told them that didnt want to sign a new lease. They sent me a 30 day notice. Than my daughter wanted to move in with me and I call them up to see if I could sign a new lease. The lady I talked to said yes, and gave me choices on dates. Than next day I get a texted message saying I cannot get a lease. Follow their rules or you will get kick out. Beware

People trapped in carwash, door not opening. Calling 911 seems to be best option.2. Charges your credit card and wash not starting.3. Coin payment and no wash starts.4. Owner/ management.. seems to send car wash credits rather than refunds. We have lived with them going on 10 yr they are great maintenance guys you let them know what the problem is they will take care of it. I know there busy but they will get it done!

Ive lived with these guys for 2 years now and have never had a problem. If you come in as a new grad working for Rockwell Collins, they have special deals on rent and a discount on your deposit (or at least where I lived, at Wheatland Club)

I lived in both the Stonegate and Cypress locations a year each. I was very pleased with how clean and updated both units were. I never had any major problems and the little things I needed worked on were taken care of extremely fast and very professional. I always received notice when someone from HPM needed into my place and they always left a detailed report of what they did or why the would need to come back. I would recommend HPM as a renter to anyone who was looking. Thank you Tayrn, Antrell, and team.
