I applied for these apartments right after seeing them. Michelle and Heather at the office have been really helpful, professional and upfront about things. I am confident that I found my new home! Looking forward to move in on 1 OCT 21

I am a traveling nurse living here on a 6 month lease. I paid for the premium apartment but there are still so many things that arent premium in my opinion such as the bathroom. I dont want to see the low grade apartments, cant imagine. The price is okay I guess. They charge a monthly pet fee of $50. This is one of the only ones I found that accept pets though for short term rental. Its been ok I guess. The apartment is very large.

We have been here since August 2020. Building staff was always very nice and responsive to needs. Best part is they are now under new management and the renovations have begun. This place has amazing potential and I feel with the new management and staff things will get done right and quickly. Place is pretty quiet neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves but always say Hi when passing.

I’m just updating nothings changed this place is not worth $1000 rent for two bedrooms it was 700 that was reasonable for the poor quality sometimes maintenance will just let themselves into your apartment we have a light switch that doesn’t do anything we’ve checked every outlet, when we try to plug anything into one of our outlets in the kitchen it pops the breaker doesn’t matter if we have anything running pops every time

Havent been there in awhile. Helped a friend move in recently and management has made several improvements both to the ground and upgrades in the apartments.

Very spacious apartment, other residents tend to keep to themselves but are friendly. Everyone is very helpful that works here. Only problem is Ive lived here over a year k ow and the laundry is still broken.

Ive been living here for about 3 months now and i love it. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Office staff is really caring, you can tell they really do care. When something needs fixed, they get it done fast. I would recommend living here, plus they are pet friendly.

The management and maintenance staff our all very friendly and compassionate. We would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to give these people a chance. Especially since they are let friendly. They work hard to keep their tenants happy.

Im telling you, dont do it. Dont even entertain the idea. Lived here when I was a child, and it was great. Not anymore. Completely ghetto take over. This place is now notorious for rapes and assaults, burglaries, break-ins, etc. Theres absolutely no way in hell Id recommend anyone, especially if you have kids, to move here. This would also be the third place Ive commented on their wont even go to visit, period. Too bad, because being up on that hill is sort of cool.Skip it!

This place is beyond repair. Dirty, nasty, smells like weed daily, roaches in ever building you go to and not a place to raise your kids. The owners act like children and only help those who they feel like deserve to be helped. It has gotten to the point where I am working with the city to shut this place down. No one should have to live like this. Fair warning DO NOT MOVE HERE. If you cant do your job find a new calling and stop charging these poor people almost $800 a month when this place is not even worth $50 a month.

The apartments are nice, the residents make me wary of living there. I have several friends that have lived there and moved as soon as the lease was up. Lots of fights break out and cops always being called.

DONT MOVE HERE! This place is ran and operated by slumlords. They dont fix anything but expects the tenant to pay rent on time every month. I have a water leak issue in my apartment that has resulted in mold, foul odor and unwanted gnats in my apartment. I also have several other repairs in my apartment that I have made known to them months ago but still no one has come to repair them. Moreover, my neighbor have similar needed repairs in her apartment (water leaks and ceiling leaks) and they have yet to repair her issues also. No one wants to live like this especially when they are paying damn near $800 per month for rent. Ive contacted their corporate office and they have yet to call me back to resolve the situation. Therefore, Im left to believe the owners(corporate office) approves of their dirty way of doing business. I hate to break my lease but it looks like this what Im going to have to do. It seems as if this place is only here to make money and could care less about holding up their end of the lease (legal binding contract).

Living here for quite some time, and i cant wait to leave. The halls smell very horrible. The air conditioning in the summer time sucks, the only place thats cool is the living room. Ive been hearing that people have gotten bed bugs. The maintenance is very friendly, but most of the time, your problems arent fixed. Im very surprised the health department hasnt shut this place down. I would not recommend living here.

I have a friend who just moved into this apartment complex. It is very nice and cozy.

This is the WORSE place to live, I’m very upset that I moved here. The landlords are bad, don’t communicate well at all. They argue with tenants about situations in the apartment that are complained about. Kids run the hallways ALL DAY. The landlords have no respect for some of the tenants, I guess they pick and choose who they like and want to help. The apartments are terrible, nothing is updated, dirty, carpet stinks, mouses and roaches. The hallways are dirty and smell like piss. The apartments doors, walls and so much more are damaged. One of the maintenance guys is lazy and careless. Say he will be back to fix something and never show back up until you call the office. I have never experienced anything like this before. This is BADDDDDDDDD. These apartments are JOKES & so are the Landlords. All they care about is collecting rent and not about the issues that tenants may have in their apartment. They do the bare minimum when it comes to issues in the apartments. These apartments don’t even deserve 1 star but I had to pick something.

If you move in you better bring roach traps..dirty...all buildings need updated

This place is straight up disgusting. One could blame the property managers, but theres no way they could keep up with how fast the degenerates that live there destroy the place. The people living there have zero respect for themselves, much less other people or their surroundings. Avoid at all cost.

Smells terrible, terrible crowd, if youre a female and dont mind getting sexually harassed walking in and out of your building every single time then this may be ok for you. Strangers always knocking on door for no reason, constant fights heard through the walls of neighbors and some vehicles vandalized. No no no

This is hands down the worst apartment ever. There are roach everywhere in the halls in the laundry rooms some laundry rooms dont even work. The mice are ridiculous. You can hear them in the walls and rattling in drawers. I dont know who the management is but they need to be fired. It looks like there is no management at all. Trash everywhere. Halls smell like piss and weed smoke with a hint of dirty armpits. Dumpsters overflowing. Cords hanging off the sides of the buildings. I wouldnt recommend this place to a homeless person!! Please people promise me you will never move here!! Theres so many roaches!! Hope you dont like your car between the kids whos parents dont care and the parents themselves your car will be messed with!!

Apartments are old and need some real maintenance. Hallways look like their made from particleboard.
