I wound up taking my hail damaged vehicle here because it was recommended location from my insurance company. Im sure glad I did everybody here knows what theyre doing. I personally will never bring my vehicle to a large chain repair shop or body shop again. I suppose many people enjoy McDonalds but Im not one of them. I am certainly finished with McDonalds style in one door out the other door quick garbage work. I feel like nowadays these chains only care about turning a profit. Heritage is absolutely not that way. The care and time they took with my insurance claim speaks volumes to me. When you go to any of their sites their shops speak for themselves. Clean work areas and even clean restrooms. This is the kind of business I support.When I had issues with my insurance company and the claim they took the ball and ran with it and dealt with just about everything leaving only the things that absolutely needed my attention or signature.We will definitely be returning for any of our needs in the future that is for sure.

I bought a car from Carvana that had a problem with the license plate brackets. Since Silver Rock was the post sales warranty company I was a little worried about getting the repair done, but these folks kept me updated on all progress with the paperwork and when it was ready for me to drop it off. Then I dropped it off and just had to wait. It took them two whole days to finish is up and contact me for the pickup. I didnt even get to use the service they offer to stay up to date on my repair status. (which Im not complaining about) I go in to pick it up first thing in the morning and they had it parked out front waiting for me. It smelled like a new car and had just been washed, better than expected. As much as I enjoyed their service, I hope I dont have to see them again...lolBut for real, highly recommended!

My car was rear-ended in traffic and the insurance company tried to weasel out of paying for a lot of the unseen damage. James at Heritage Body and Frame took great care of me, everyone went above and beyond to make my repair quick and painless as possible. Ive used this shop twice...once when a valet scraped up the rear of my car, and again after the recent hail storms. In both cases, the work was exceptional!! I am very happy with the results! This is my go-to shop when I need paint or body work on my car.

James and Fernando were fabulous! They did a Perfect job with my car after I scraped it against a pillar. This was not the company my insurance company recommended, but they had higher ratings and their was lower to the insurance company! Win win!Heritage Body and Frame was so prompt getting the car in and after just a couple of days the car was ready and looking brand new! I am so very happy! I honestly hope I don’t have to go back, but I know I have a trustworthy and honest business that I will return to and can highly recommend!

We had two great experiences with Heritage! The first one was when we took the car in for a few different estimates and Heritage gave a fair quote. The best part of working with Heritage is they stuck to the original quote and didnt try to add on. The second time (two weeks later) is when our car was hit by another driver. The insurance tried to lowball an estimate and Fernando was great working with him to get the quote covered. The staff and Fernando are very responsive, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

I’m normally not the type of consumer compelled to write reviews, but this particular incident warrants one. I want other potential customers to be fully aware of what Heritage Body and Frame guarantee on their body work really is, and the durability of their work.We took our brand new Honda Pilot to Heritage for repairs and paint to be done to the rear door panel and rear quarter panel.A few days after getting the car back (which initially looked wonderful) we noticed the paint chipping off in a small circle in the middle of the door. We took the car back, since the work was “guaranteed for life.”We were politely greeted by the manager who inspected the vehicle in the midday sun, and couldn’t tell why it was chipping so brought the car into the shop and under those lights “discovered” a small dent in the area. He stated that there must have been something that made contact with the vehicle to cause the chipping, so it was not covered. Despite his enthusiastic attempts and light bending antics to convince me, there was no dent or scratching of any kind so we were pretty confident it was a defect in the application or quality of the paint they applied.They agreed completely that this chip would not have happened had the car not recently been painted, because it is apparently very susceptible to damage while “not completely cured”.They gave us a quote for 670 dollars to repair a paint chip the diameter of a pea, which again had no dent. They additionally stated that the chip would likely grow in size if we didn’t let them repair it. When we reached out a second time to voice our concerns, they suggested we bring it back for their supervisor to review it, but it was just the same guy wasting our time trying desperately to convince us that there was a dent so we wouldn’t give them a negative review.Their promise is to return your vehicle to you in perfect condition “as if it never happened.” We don’t feel it’s feasible to assume nothing will ever touch the paint on a car, and that every “contact will create a chip”, and since this is a repaired area that fragility is supposed to be acceptable.We think initially their work looked great, but if you are in the market for body work, be aware that their paint jobs are apparently more susceptible to paint chipping when they otherwise would not and that their lifetime guarantee is just an empty marketing ploy.

These people are beyond belief. They are super fast and their work is absolutely superior and EXTREMELY fair with great value. Highly recommend them!!

I had a rear blow-out in my 2000 Dodge Ram 2500.I had taken to get estimates from another Company and I was not satisfied. A friend had recommended Heritage Body and Frame to us. We went up there to have the vehicle estimated and their personable and friendly staff made us feel so comfortable.On a Friday the vehicle was estimated and was in the shop the following Monday.Heritages estimated time for the truck to be complete was 10 days.The Truck was ready in 7 days.The truck looked amazing, they did an awesome job!!! They even worked with my insurance to make sure everything went smoothly. I practically didnt do anything. I would recommend this shop to anyone that might suffer body damage to their vehicle. This Company and its staff are amazing. Thanks Guys!!

Just drove by after asking a few questions about the Partial repair review. The gentleman told me over the phone, I know which review you are speaking of and I wasnt going to touch that car because it was unsafe to without a full repair. Come by the shop we will see what we can do.Due to a dent in my car there was an atrocious noise when I opened my car door (meaning a partial repair without paint.) I drove in to see what they could do and my car was fixed in 10 seconds at no charge to me. Thats some great service.

NICE ENOUGH GUY WHEN WE MET. I INFORMED HIM WHAT I WANTED TO GET FIXED AND HE TOLD ME THAT THEY DO NOT DO PARTIAL REPAIRS WHICH IS ABSURD SINCE I AM PAYING CASH FOR THE REPAIR AND IT IS NOT MECHANICAL IN NATURE.I WOULD THINK IT WOULD BE IMPORTANT FOR A LOCAL COMPANY TO LISTEN TO WHAT THEIR CUSTOMERS WANT..... I WENT TO THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE A LOCAL COMPANY. I WILL TRY A LARGER BODY SHOP TO SEE IF I CAN GET BETTER SERVICE.

It’s such a stressful experience to get in a wreck and need repairs, but James kept up fantastic communication and was very kind and professional. 100% recommend!

I chose Heritage to repair my front end after a low speed collision. They were professional, friendly, and gave me good vibes about their honesty and loyalty to their customers. They finished the work ahead of schedule, the repairs were top notch, the pricing breakdown was very transparent, AND to top it all off, my truck looked *better* than the day I bought it (used). Thats right - washed, dried, cleaned inside and out, top to bottom. :) It was such a nice surprise! I have more repair work to be done on a pre-existing injury to my truck and I will definitely be using Heritage once I pull together the funds.

I agree with the other negative post. They wouldnt do a partial estimate. They added on all sorts of work they wanted to do to our desire to replace a headlight and maybe a bumper. They quoted 16 labor hours for bending some metal, replacing a headlight and plastic bumper. In short, I did not find them flexible or responsive to our needs. They were polite and professional, but it was not enough and it was a waste of my familys time to seek a quote to patch our old van together after it was hit by an uninsured driver. Maybe youll have better luck with them.

They did a very good job on my 2009 Mini. The vehicle was returned clean. The repairs are not visible in any way. The staff was professional and they communicated on a regular basis as to the status both by emails and phone calls. I was a bit skeptical as my insurance company recommended them, but after I saw the shop and got the estimate, I could see this was the shop to do the repairs. Also, the repairs (warranty) are covered by by my insurance company (USAA) as well as by Heritage for as long as I own the car. This is somewhat important to me as I intend to keep the vehicle for many years and sometimes issues with paint only manifest over time.I will probably bring my wifes car to Heritage to have some work done as well.

My car had multiple parts that needed to be repaired and replaced and were in difficult to reach spots on my car, I got a free honest estimate right on the spot, I was expecting to have my car in the shop for a week, it was only there for the day. I was very impressed!

Waste of time and money. They finished my car in under 3 hours and refused to put more work into it despite me requesting it be done AS A CUSTOMER. They looked at me and said “it didn’t need it” as I showed them the damage they had yet to finish repairing.Drove my vehicle between shops without asking me in advance, but instead told me afterwards. Their reason for moving my vehicle is because it “wasn’t luxury” and they were going to take it to a 3rd party to work on it…Manager James is very rude, insulting, and lacks customer service skills as he didn’t care to speak with us anymore since he couldn’t come up with anymore excuses. James refused to paint the car door as I requested the service be done. He instead walked away from me when I was refusing his poorly done “repair” to call the insurance company and tell them my vehicle was done. He didn’t even know the right insurance company as NEITHER SHOP had cared to contact the insurance. Therefor they NEVER saw the adjuster’s quote and immediately took advantage of me.Car was finished in under 3 hours… I was charged $300.I continuously told them it was fully covered and that the insurance company was covering the costs of the paint job and dent removal. They refused to do any work or completely fix the car and wanted to make a quick flip off of me. They claimed they were “trying to save me money” when I never asked them to. I told them to fix my car door 100%.I was told “if I didn’t like the finished product, they would do their best to fix it.”When I first arrived to look at it, I see two major scratches and a dent still visible. They overly cleaned the outside of the car and clearly tried to buff out any scratches. I told them it looked poorly done and I’m not surprised as they couldn’t have physically spent more than 3 hours on it.I was called at 3:45pm and told my vehicle was just moved and dropped off at this second shop. Then the next morning at 8:40am I was told the car was completed yesterday and it’s ready to go. Therefor even if it was worked on between 4pm-close and open-8:40 it would have not been over 3 hours at MOST.
