Would rate 10 stars if I could. I showed up 15 minutes until closing time after my appointment at Brake Check was rudely cancelled. The service team greeted me in the parking lot and were happy to check my car out despite being close to closing time. They looked at my car and fixed a minor issue free of charge, only condition being if I gave them my business in the future. Well guys, you got it! It’s nice to know there are honest people in the world.

Pulled in there with an engine problem and the manager himself took a look at the problem, made a quick fix, and my wife and I were on our way again. Outstanding service and attentiveness! I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Kwik Kar has always been my go to place to take my car. I think that recently it has come under new management and the service is AMAZING! Timely, knowledgeable, helpful. I don’t feel like I’m being taken advantage of because I don’t know anything about cars. I will continue to bring my car here and recommend it to other people.

Pulled in for an inspection and was behind one customer-no big deal I can wait. Go inside hit play on a podcast, 5 minutes later my inspection is done. Super efficient!

Was having issues with my AC not cooling. Had the most pleasant experience. The tech I worked with was professional and was completely honest with me and didnt try to sell me parts or service that I didnt need. Definitely going back!!!

My new go to place for oil changes. They still carry Mobile 1 synthetic, which a lot of places aren’t keeping in stock these days. The manger here is knowledgeable, and is running his crew well. I also had some custom powder coated calipers installed and he took great care in making sure the job was done right.

Wish I could give more stars, they were very professional friendly and fast. They gave me all the information I needed and got me out quickly did a very good job will definitely be back!

Incredibly fast and friendly service! My usual auto shop was on an hour & a half wait for an oil change, so I decided to try Kwik Kar for the first time. I was in and out in 5 minutes! Kwik Kar will be my first option for oil changes moving forward, thank you!

Yansi (sp?) was very professional and knowledgable in replacing Cabin filter and freon recharge in about 30-40 minutes.For my GMC sierra truck, had plugs, plug wires, and belts, and leaking valve cover replaced all in half day.

Wow! They were amazing and fast! I came in for an inspection, and it finished so fast I had them do an oil change as well. I barely had time to watch a segment of MacGyver that was on the tv before they were done! and it was super affordable!

Amazingly quick service with good patience by everyone here. My wait time was literally less than 2 min and i was out of here within 15 mins vs the other places that would ask me to wait for more than 40 min.

Lets just say I wont be back. The tone of an African American gentleman working there was absolutely unfriendly for being in customer service. In my opinion his tone was way out of line. In no way did I deserve to be treated with such abrasion. Yes, service was quick but not worth my frustration of how i felt upon leaving. It wasnt busy no other cars were there. I told an employee that drove the car out of the bay I felt bad that he had to work with him. He was kind and said drive safely maam. I opted for a smaller local business and was highly disappointed at the attitude I received.

I went there for a State Inspection only. Was highly impressed with the professionalism of the Manager and how quick they had me back on the road.

Came in the morning for an oil change everyone was very nice but I asked if they could do a wheel rotation after getting my oil change they didnt ask if I needed anything else just did the oil change and came back to charge they told me my vehicle weights over 6000 pounds but in fact it weights around 4800 they told they couldnt do it anyway since there lift cant handle the vehicle and the other one was occupied so I left disappointed i dont mind paying I just drive alot so i need the service, I probably wont be back since they where unable to a tirer rotation they where getting busy thats probably why.

Oil change was okay, but couple of guys were not wearing mask while providing the service. In fact they will get in your car without mask to take the car on the platform. Be respectful to your customers and dont risk their lives.Edit: Well this was not true during my visit and for your hand sanitizer, just check your CCTV located near the cash register, one of your employees removed it from there and put it behind so no body can use it.

The oil change was fine.But then tried to charge me $2200+ for an oil pressure sensor, thermostat, and spark plugs on a Jeep Wrangler.Thats about $150 in parts and maybe 2 hours of work for a competent human....I wont be going back.

I went for a State Inspection. I had a 9am appointment. They took my car right when I got there at 8:50. The staff was very friendly. Only took 10 minutes.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Stay away from this place. They completely got over on me because I was a female. I just spent $500 to get my alternator replaced and they told me my warranty was void because I went somewhere else to get a tune up. They tried to charge me $720 for a tune up. When I tried talk to them about the agreement of my warranty the assistant manager Joseph completely dismissed me and walked away while I was still talking. Unprofessional and overpriced. STAY AWAY!!!

They just try to scam you for money I came in this past Friday for a state inspection come to find out they failed me because they said I had a power steering leak and tried to get $700 out of me!!! Went to a different place got passed for the inspection quick didn’t hear anything about no leaks!!!! Never coming to this place again!

They even take the time to try and explain your vehicles issues (and I understand very little about cars, but they always try to explain in a way to help me understand, and I appreciate that SO much). Busted an AC belt yesterday. Was just looking to get the belt replaced without costing an arm and leg. Drove up and asked with a belt had purchased ourselves and they replaced it without hesitation. Very polite staff. Thank you for helping us out. Definitely will go back for further services.

My daughter brought her car there for state inspection, and the state inspection person did NOT follow COVID-19 guideline, he did not wear mask when working inside my car and also while talking to my daughter.

Went to get my oil changed back around 3 or 4 months ago and now it’s time do it again. But this time I decided to do it myself. When it comes to actually do the job I found the drain plug is over tightened and when it came to change the oil filter they reused the same one from when I did back at leif jonshon ford in Austin.

I know absolutely nothing about cars! But the manager was so kind, answering all my questions and taking the time to explain exactly what my car needed to get done. Never going anywhere else.

I went in today and was told that my car was leaking oil from every seal possible. went and put 1qt of oil in and it leaked nothing. they said they couldnt do it for liability reasons. Whatever. scaring the hell out of people isnt good work ethics. What ended up being under my cash was the water I drove through to get in their parking lot. Duh!

Ive been to several other shops in the area, but my experience at Kwik Kar with Justin was the best. Way more than just an oil change shop, Justin is a real technician and helped me resolve my engine light issues. He even gave me a car to drive while I was waiting for a part to be delivered. This is definitely the first choice for me to take my cars from now on!

The most KIND and FAST service I have received from a mechanical shop thus far in Texas. The employees go above and beyond. They won’t short change you, they’ll only give you their best service! HIGHLY recommend.

I have been to this facility many times and have always been pleased with the service and professionalism. When I started the process of restoring my 1999 Chevrolet 2-door Tahoe I got several quotes from different mechanic shops in the area but just did not have a good feeling about them. I have always had a great experience with Kwik Kar facilities so I gave these guys a call and found out they have certified mechanics in this facility. I took my Tahoe there and after going over everything that needed to be done I had a very good feeling that this was the place I needed to have the work done. It took these guys only one week to get everything done. They were constantly communicating with me to let me know how things were going. Anytime I called with questions Rafael and the crew were happy to answer them. This was no easy task but and I am so glad I made that phone call. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the work they did and how professional they were about everything. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did and the way they took care of me and my vehicle. They are truly a facility that can be trusted to do great mechanical work in a very timely manner.Thanks Guys!

I have had my oil changed multiple times at this location with different vehicles and have always had a good experience. They are knowledgeable and courteous. They make Recommendations but don’t try to over sell or talk you into other services. I usually get in and out super fast.

Justin was great I had to change an ignition coil and spark plug. Didn’t try to up sell me anything, came back to fix a minor issue the next day. Justin said I’ll take care no extra charge I was in and out in 10-15 minutes

This is my go to place for oil changes and inspections. The staff here are nice and helpful. Usually fairly quick for those things. Never had any repairs done here though.

I have been coming here for years. Great service. Good mechanic. Inspections took me less than 10 minutes from time I parked - was immediately greeted at my car.

What a disappointment every time. I have tried to get an inspection here multiple times and every time was unsuccessful. Last time I waited for over an hour with 2 of my young children and they came out to tell me the inspection was NOT done because they were having problems with the machine. I had to plan my whole Saturday around this and wasted a whole hour while trying to keep my kids entertained. Definitely will not be back anymore after this.

They were very kind and fast, but I am not happy about my brand new driveway. I had to go back, because there was an oil leak with my car after they changed my oil. Since I was leaving town I stopped by for them to see what happened. They said everything was tight, but oil had gotten on some pan under my car that was sitting there and dripping out. They said they rinsed it off. I dont know how to change my own oil, but it seems like they should be cleaning out these pans when their changing the oil. The oil was not there before because my brand new driveway was not completely covered in oil until I had my oil changed by them. Im having to borrow a power washer and some chemical online to get it out of the concrete. So thats why Im giving them 3 stars.... kind and fast is good, but not at the extra expense if your having to get oil off your driveway after.Update: My husband took my car in today due to the oil still leaking and he said the guy who helped him was extremely nice. They pushed him and my son to the front of the line, changed some stuff out and topped off the oil. Hes pretty sure this will be the end of my oil leak. My husband seemed impressed with their customer service and was satisfied. I do hope this is the end of my oil leak. They have handled themselves so professionally and have been extremely polite through this whole ordeal that we will continue to bring our cars to them. I wouldnt let my review discourage anyone from going to them, because their customer service gets an A+. I have updated them to 4 stars, just because Im still dealing with the mess on my new driveway. :)
