Before coming here be aware they are gonna lie to you.Lie #1:The first thing they do - measure your protector level. And even the device clearly says 6/32 they will tell you it is 4 and they recommend you to replace all your tires, preferably right now.Lie #2:They will order you a tire to replace the one that has flat run damage and cannot be fixed (that I doubt now), and they will tell you it can be delivered same day or next day the latest. No way. 3 days will pass and no one will contact you. Who cares that you have to drive on a spare with 50 mph max?Lie #3:You will ask them to put your spare tire back at its place and they will ensure you that it was all done. But not. After a weird noise on your way home you’ll look under your trunks cover, take a deep breath and start taking everything out to do it right.Call it an OCD but when there are 2 plastic nuts to hold that spare they should be used BOTH. One for the wheel another for plastic cover inside of it. When there are designated places for storing compressor, locking key box, etc they should be put there, not just piled next to the wheel where they cannot be seen.They are still capable of changing tires and inflating them, so 2 stars.

This store has an excellent customer service! They always go above and beyond. I highly recommend this store in Cedar Park at 2720 E Whitestone Blvd. Cedar Park Texas 78613.I had to replace my tire this week due to a fast leak due to a metal piece in one tire. Derek helped me tremendously by taking me in 3 minutes after the store opened to replace my tire. The tires that Derek recommended and was ordered are also great. I am very thankful for Derek’s help and for Discount Tire team overall. I highly recommend this Discount tire location. All I can say is the service here was simply amazing. I had Jacob and Cody to service me. I recommend them to anyone when I tell you they took care of me like I was family. They made sure I was taken great care of even it was a mix up and wasnt my fault. They reassured me Denise dont worry we have you taken care of because your safety in driving is what we care about. The team at this location has it down to a science. From check in to communicating what needs to happen they treat their customers with respect and care. In my situation I went in for a slow leak and I was not up sold or pressured to buy a new time. They took their time inspecting my tire and offering me options. Everyone I interacted with had an amazing customer first attitude. It was refreshing to see awesome knowledge and customer service. We will definitely be back!!!!

I went there to get the TPMS sensors replaced and it turns out I’ve decided new tires as well so I got four tires and four sensors. Ty took care of me great. Highly recommend him great customer service. I’ve been a loyal discount customer for over 15 years and will be back for my next set a tires.

Cant do anything about the long wait. Inside is nice and cool so bring a book or make sure your cell phone is charged. Not sure if the tire company next door is any faster. But the guys are very nice and they dont waste their time even though it feels like it takes forever to get to the front desk. Apparently there are nails all over Austin as we build and expand. Be nice to those guys. They work 12-hour shifts with only half an hour for lunch! All without complaining.

Discount Tires are the standard setters in their business. This location has professional, polite, friendly staff who do the job required quickly, efficiently and with total transparency. They also fixed my damaged tire for free, because im an existing customer. NOTHING COMES FOR FREE TODAY!!! That was amazing. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I highly recommend Discount Tire. They were extremely friendly and informative. Jorge was awesome. They also were super quick even though they were busy. I was told an hour wait for my service and I was out in about 30 minutes.

I booked my appointment online to get my tires rotated and balanced on my Toyota Tundra. TARA told me an hour and it would be ready and they beat that time by 15 minutes. She was very polite and professional. Excellent service, Ill be back here.

Love the customer service at this place. They check and fix tires for free and rebalance it. They charge only when you have to replace tires. I also highly recommend their insurance. If a nail or something damages your tires this will cover for the replacement.

Definitely do not go to Discount if you are in a hurry. I took a wheel/tire and dropped it off to have the tire replaced. Took 2 hours!! Sales guy said it was because there was a dually ahead of me.

Ive gone here multiple times throughout the last year (unfortunately) but they always make it a great space to socially distance and are very quick and efficient. They dont goof around and always provide great service. Today Im here replacing my tire that blow out, I was expecting it to take a while to get the tire but they got it within a day and were able to get my car in and taken care of, would recommend if in need of tire service.

One of our car tires was losing pressure frequently and today got it checked at this Discount Tire center. The technician Logan took a look and fixed the tire (puncture) so quickly without even any of us getting down the car. Though it was close to the closing time, the team was really good and got to the problem quickly! Really happy with the service, the quality and the reliability of the technicians. Definitely recommend! And it was all done for no cost.

I bought a set of tires from them and have had them balanced now 6 times, and they are still out of balance. They will absolutely refuse to patch a tire and give you any excuse possible and recommend buying a new tire. This has happened several times. Im starting to think they are incapable of patching a tire. Find someplace else to go.

I have always had excellent customer service at all Discount Tire locations, but Martin at the Whitestone location went above and beyond for me when ordering a new set of hard-to-find tires. I really appreciate his willingness to help. He has earned a customer for as long as I live near this location.

If you need tire service and the tires did not come from Discount Tire you will pay the price. I brought 4 tires to be mounted and they charged me $96.00. I didnt expect it to be free but I think this is excessive. I have been a loyal customer and have purchased numerous sets of tires and that didnt seem to get me a break. I am very disappointed.

Its been a little over a year with my new tires, and I am very happy. Ive been back a couple times for free rotate and balance. Its clear the people at this Discount Tire care about getting you the right tires for your vehicle and driving situation. My previous tires were wearing too much on the rear while pulling a pop-up camper, so the associate recommended a set of Continental tires that would be better. So far, they are wearing very evenly all the way around! And they are quiet and stay balanced longer. Everyone has treated me with respect and are very concerned with how happy I am as a customer. Honestly, I think they just like what they do!

During this crazy ice storm that shut down Texas my low pressure light was lit. As soon as we got above freezing I called Discount Tires to see if they could check my pressures & fill my tires if needed. Martin who answered the phone promptly said, Sure. Come on over & we will fix you up. They had signage up clearly directing me where to go. Covid precautions were being respected. We all were masked & everything took place outside. The kind man who was in charge of the pressure check was respectful & helpful. They got me in & out in less time than it took for me to post this review. There was no cost to me. Grateful & appreciative.

Called them up to see how much it would cost to get four tires put on my truck. I already had the tires all they had to do was take my wheels off and swap and balance 4 tires then put them back on. I was told $360 dollars. Bare in mind I knew it would not be cheap because we are talking 35s. I found a place to do it for $125. I was wondering if I bought 35s from Discount how much would they charge, well if you buy the tires from them they will do it for 84 dollars. The exact same mount and balance shoots to $360 if you dont buy the tires from them. That is astronomical inflation of price. I did not expect the same price if I did not buy the tires there but to jack the price up almost $280 is insane. I have bought almost every set of tires I ever owned from Discount but I will gladly pay a little more elsewhere after this.

Never pushy, always on time and the couple of times Ive needed to replace tires due to one thing or another its no hassle to honor the warranty. Highly recommend.

Unless until you bought tires from Discount Tire, dont waste your time/money for any repairs. I had flat tire and i called them and they said they can fix it for free if its possible. After reaching there, it was small nail which caused the flat tire. They said they cannot fix it and said that the tire threads got worn out and I have to buy new tire. They just bluffed so that i will buy new one and said he cannot fix the puncture in tire. Just a week before visiting them i had vehicle inspection from toyota service where they said the tires were fine. I just left the store and went to the Lambs tire center which is just opposite to this. In Lambs they just fixed the tire puncture for 20$ and said I can use the tire for another year by rotating them. Be careful when you visit Discount Tires.

We buy all of our tires through DT. Today, I went to the DT on Whitestone for a couple of new tires but they were not in stock. Jacinto helped me find them in stock at the Georgetown location, but I guess since I wasn’t willing to come back to his store at a later time and give them a chance to order them for me, he wasn’t willing to help me out by calling to get me in line at the Georgetown location. After driving from cedar park to Georgetown, now I have a 2 hour wait. Simple courtesy for the customer goes a long way. We have multiple options around here. I’ll buy all my tires from another DT location in the future.

They fixed my car up in a very timely manner and overall it was a great experience. I had the sidewall of my tire collapse and had to replace two tires the day before easter. While most places i called said they wouldnt help me and were closing soon discount tire welcomed me in and got it done in under 2 and a half hours. I was worried because the lot was very full when i arrived but it wasnt a problem.

I was unaware of the warranty on my tires, and after driving over a screw and getting a flat, he walked me through the process with speed, honesty and clarity, Never going anywhere else.

I end up with more flat tires than just about anyone... but they always get me back on the road quickly. They also put my jack and spare tire back where it was so I don’t have to think about having to deal with anything more. I won’t go anywhere else!!

Located it and had it delivered to that site. Contacted me when it arrived. The install was prompt and proficient. Everyone worked as a team. I was very satisfied. Kellin took care me.

Not a bad place, but the salespeople are a bit pushy. I went in to get a new tire, they insisted i needed four new tires. I told them Im a truckdriver, and I know how to check tires because I check them pretrip, post trip and every 2 hours. Still insisted I was wrong and refused to rotate the tires. I know they are trained to sell tires, but that little warning strip is just that. Start looking to replace the tires in about 5,000 miles or so.

My car had a slow leak for 2 weeks now and we just cant figure out which one and previously one of our original tires had a nail to it and I had to replace all 4. So I decide to stop at Discount Tire on Whitestone Cedar Park.As I drove into the parking lot, a young man came out asked me some questions... he grabbed his tool to check my tires and told me that they are in good shape. I asked if they can be repaired.. A few minutes later a mechanic came out took my car and said he will fix the leaks (2 tires) and will check the air of the other 2. After the mechanics finished they delivered the car to me with no charge? What? I never expected anything for free but now you know where will I go when our cars need tires... Thanks guysmw

I was extremely impressed today at the Discount Tire in Cedar Park. I replaced two tires on my wife’s vehicle with extreme ease and simplicity. The store is assisting people during this pandemic like clockwork. I made an appointment, drove up to the entrance, I was greeted at the entrance tent by an associate wearing a mask and following social distancing. After the helpful gentleman told me to pull into a spot, a sales associate came to my window also wearing a mask and practicing social distancing, got my information and gave me his sales pitch for two brand new tires that matched my rear tires. After he checked to make sure they had them in stock (they did), another gentleman, also wearing a mask, guided me into one of the bays to have the tires replaced. He confirmed what I was getting done today and explained it should only take 15 minutes. In my mind there was no way this was going to take 15 mins. I have never been to a Discount Tire and it not taken over an hour to get tires replaced. After I went in to pay, I felt comfortable with all the precautions the store was taking with spit shields at the kiosk, ready available hand sanitizer, and employees wearing mask. After I paid, the gentleman notified my vehicle was ready. I was shocked to say the least. I got back in my vehicle and pulled out of the bay and left. The touch-less service was absolutely how businesses should be running their business during this pandemic. On top of that, with out a doubt the friendliest and speediest service I have ever had at a Discount Tire. I will be going back to replace all four tires in my car very soon, and I am actually looking forward to it. When was the last time you could say that about getting tires replaced. Great job all around.

Despite being weekend (Saturday) it was very quick service and as for during this COVID pandemic.... it was great that I get to stay inside my car for waiting.Appreciate that this location actually enforced masks required and follow the social distancing guidelines.
