These people ruin my oil plug that they stripped on my police interceptor and will never recommend anybody to use their services. You can not use power tools to take off oil plugs. I just needed a simple oil change. And I was never leaking oil before I went to them. Ended up going back to Ford Dealership to have them repair it.

Before I got to Jiffy Lube I went to another shop to get headlight replaced. The Mechanic said it might cost me up to $200 for the bulb so I left. I went to jiffy lube and the mechanic knew what bulb I needed and quoted the exact price $50 installed. It was fast and professional service.

They were quick, efficient, and professional. The 2 bays were full, yet I was in and out within 25 minutes.

I got a simple oil change and when I left, my check engine light came on and they LOST MY KEYS. I have push to start vehicle so now I cant turn it off till I find the keys. Not to mention, my work keys and house keys are all on that ring. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!

Ok I have always taken my Car here. I really enjoyed taking my car here and being out within the hour. But I’ve honestly become disappointed with the quality. This has been the third time I’ve spent hundreds on a simple fix just to have another issue pop up a day after I leave when my car gets repaired or taken to this Jiffy Lube. I am sadly not going to have my business here any longer due to this fact. And if your asking for the fix, a simple oil and filter change. So yeah. Gonna just google some things. I recommend people do the same rather than do what I did three times. Save your money and spend time actually finding a better mechanic or local shop or just on the internet

I brought my vehicle there for an oil change and they damaged my car so bad I couldnt drive it home its still at the shop they told me the oil pan was damaged and it wont stop leaking so they said they will fix it but Im out of a vehicle until then

I would advise you to go to your normal mechanic or learn to do an oil change yourself (it’s not very hard) because I’ve seen had multiple vehicles go to jiffy lube just to come back with incorrect oil filter size and incorrect oil weight please go to someone else an incorrect oil filter will harm your vehicle.

I came to purchase tires after Mr. Tire quoted me one price and had hidden fees upon my arrival. Colby the manger at this location was clear on the price for tires and brakes. The price he quoted was the price I paid. Didnt expect to leave paying $600 when I walked in but again, he was upfront allowing me the option to take it or leave it. DeAndre is the named person who did the tires and brakes. Very professional demeanor he didnt hesitate to answer my questions and went a step further to show me what was wrong. POOR SERVICE / POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEJiffy Lube performed an oil change today. Prior to paying, I inspected the vehicle, and I saw that the technician failed to change the oil filter. This is the SECOND time in three year that Jiffy Lube failed to change the filter.I brought the issue to manager, and he offered me a $10 discount. The technicians didnt seem to understand why I was upset with the service.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I always have a good experience when I visit the Catonsville location. Phil has a way a making me feel safe and comfortable.

I always go to the JiffyLube for maintenance. I have visited to this location for number of occasions. Since i lived here in Catonsville for couple years, this location was my every day maintenance location. People work here are caring and nice. They will takecare everything for you. They will recommend you the best advice for your car.

NO STARS! These guys did something to my car and I dont know what it is. Came in running fine now it is running hot and smoking. What is going on here? I called and was literally played off like I was nobody. I will make sure I escalate this issue and get my car fixed by them!

I came here for an oil change, pulled up to a sign that said cash only. The guy working looked at my van and said $89. I didnt have that much cash on me and I thought it a bit high. I received a couple of looks of disdain from the two guys outside so went elsewhere. I ended up at the Jiffy Lube down the street who had helped me before. They looked up my vehicle in the system and found out that I had an oil change before and set me up for that service which was about $30 less.Maybe it was just an off day for the location at Catonsville but it was certainly not a good look for them. Ill drive the extra few miles to the other guys.

I usually change my own oil but because its winter and the ground is snowy I decided Id see what was so great about Jiffy Lube. And I must admit, I was very impressed with the service at this location. Everything was done in a very timely manner, no issues at all and the mechanics alert you to things that may be wrong with your vehicle. I was $1 short of paying for the oil change and one of the mechanics gave me a $5 discount, very generous. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube location to anyone

I am pleased to say I had a wonderful experience at Jiffy Lube. The manager, Mike, and an employee, Sam, were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Not only did they perform their duties well, but also they made sure I was comfortable while I waited for my car to be serviced, offering me beverages as well as snacks. My sister went here for an oil change. They convinced her to also let them change her brakes. Short story she was there for over 2 hours and the only discount she got was $20 off. She told them repeatedly that she needed to leave and they kept lying about what services they were performing. So she called corporate and explained what happened. The store lied and said they offered her a free oil change (they never offered her a thing). This location is the worst! Don’t go here!

Without telling the oil prices they removed oil and they are asking $140 for oil change. So they forcefully asking the customer to pay the money what ever they said. Finally all customers came and argued the they reduced price to $83.I asked this question Then they removed bolts for my car engine protect cover/guard(bottom of the engine) After one day only I identified this issue. Completely cheeting the customers.Look like I cried my situation.. horrible experience. Look like I am planning to call police/cops , that type of horrible experience.I never experienced this type of thing in my entire life.

First time I thought it was maybe a coincidence so I went again because it was empty (should have known), anyway, BOOM< another check engine light on today and sluggish engine. Something they are doing is wrong in here. I may have to sue. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

I wont use Jiffy Lube again! Ive heard the stories about not to use the quick-lube places, now I know why! They didnt put the oil cap back on the engine, and the air filter wasnt secured. And they want me to have other service done there? - Yeah, right! Ill do it myself from now on or use a local mechanic - even if it means making an appointment. Lesson learned!

I went to change the oil of my car and have the tires rotated. They changed the oil but never rotated my tires , and they still charged for it.The rear left tire didnt have enough air and the light was on before I brought my car there . I thought they are going to rotate my tires and put more air on the one that did not have enough. After they told me that the service is completed (oil change and tires rotation ) . I went to the car and see the same rear left tire light on. This mean they never rotated my tires. I had to go the gas station to put air on my tire.I wont recommend this jiffy lube
