The people here are honest, good hearted people that will do you right. Theyre also great at what they do in the shop. Hard combination to find in mechanic shops. Prices were fair and didnt try to charge me extra for other things like most places do. Thank you guys. Shout out to Zac and Scott!!!

If -0 was an option I would have chosen it. If you know nothing about cars they will take advantage of you when they see you kicking out money to fix your car. They will lie to you saying a price. For example, they (SCOTT THE OWNER I BELIEVE) told me a fuel injection is $150 when it actually costs $80. Went to them for the same problem 3 times (which is my fault cause I shouldnt have but I trusted them.) The third time I went they found out the problem which was the main problem the FIRST time. I feel like they will mess up something else with your car, just so you can kick out more money. I say that because I cant even start my car up now without getting a jump. Just got a repair from them less than 2 weeks ago. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THEM!

I have been going to MIDAS now for about 3 years and have always received the most efficient professional service. The owner/manager Scott is great. He and his mechanics will always inform you if you need the service or can wait such as a brake job. Great honest professional service and repair.

Used to be my trusted and go-to mechanic for over a decade when Danny was the manager. I hoped the great service would have continued as I took a chance on a repair this week after learning of his departure. I should have gone elsewhere. Very disappointed after going to pick my repaired car up, only to drive away and realize the repair hadn’t been done properly, then having the tech drive my car to another location without telling me, as I wondered where he was for an hour, to come back and wait another 90 min for the original repair. I won’t be back.

I was very pleased with the work that was done on my truck. I took it in for a much needed oil change and my charging system light. They found out the issue was my alternator (issue was I had a new one just put on by someone else, but the wrong one). They worked with me and resolved both my issues. As an added bonus there was fuse blown (controlled my windows, sunroof, and radio) and they replaced it for me, due to the inconvenience.

I had an emergency repair. They saw me swiftly, showed me the issues, explained the problems and the solutions. They did just what was necessary to solve the problem and prevent a new one. The they did the repairs swiftly and got me back up on the road. And the quote was right on the final price. No surprises. Plus the manager and the clerk we’re extremely friendly and helpful.

After checking why my car was acting up and finding they had to send me to the dealership instead Midas(Danny) did a great job in explaining it to me. I went back to Midas when the dealership racked up other things they thought i “needed” and Midas got the work done at half the price it was awesome I’m grateful for having a trustworthy place to take my car so close to me.

Just paid almost 600 for a tune up just for them to turn around and say I need a 02 sensor that’s 300 within the same month I spent a lot of money there and my car is still broke

Took 2 hours to do a scheduled oil change just to go home and realize my drain plug was not fully tighten. Almost all of the oil have leaked out.My Honda Accord now has a small engine knock. I contacted customer service for the next step of my getting my car fixed because I WOULD NEVER BRING ANY CAR TO THAT SHOP AGAIN!!

I have been going to this Mr. Tire for years and they have taken care of all 3 of my cars. The staff have always been very professional and accommodating. Their prices always beat the competition’s. The one time their price differed from what they quoted me, they honored their commitment. I was hard up in a jam with bald front tires, bad brakes, and desperate for a oil change. I called around and no one had my size tires nor did all the work I needed in one place. This place was absolutely amazing, Danny was so knowledgeable in automotive.I came in for an AC recharge, and it came out amazing, I have a classic car, 1995 BMW , and he ensured that I knew the vehicle held a negative pressure for 10 minutes, which means that the seals were still in good condition.And while I was getting my vehicle serviced, there were other customers who came in, and with each vehicle, Danny was upfront and direct with the customers, he didn’t beat around the bush.I do believe that you will be able to attain great service from this Midas location

Stopped in for them to install a muffler I bought and reattach my tailpipe. Dropped it off at 10:15 and it was done by 11:45. Great work done for a good price, fast and courteous.

If you cannot install front struts, you shouldnt be in business. After taken it back to them THREE TIMES, because every time I turned the steering wheel, the struts would click. I ended doing the job myself and I have to admit, I did a great job. Wish I could give them zero stars.

The guys at Midas Muffler on Baltimore National Pike were great! I was having issues with my heat shield and they fixed it so easily and were so friendly. They didnt even charge me! I was so happy and my heat shied is now nice and quiet thanks to the guys at Midas Muffler!

Absolutely great experience. I forgot the gentlemans name. Danny was on vacation, but he was super professional. He showed me the exact problem with the rotors and brakes and I was able to get them replaced and some other issues fixed with error codes showing and a oil change. The brakes feel great! This was way faster than going to the Nissan dealership. Im never wasting my money on the dealer again. They had WiFi so I could work and the environment was quiet and clean enough for an autobody shop. Midas was fantastic!

In a short period of time not only did they fix my exhaust system that was rusted out but also addressed a rattle that was driving me crazy. Taking the extra steps beside meeting the standards and Safety they cared enough me for piece of mind. A shop that goes the extra for their customers.

I went into Midas and already had a code from failing my emissions test and I also had it done at advance auto for free but the man told me that he would be able to pin point the exact problem if he did a diagnostic test, after the test he gave me a sheet with the same code I already had!! So I still don’t know what’s wrong with my vehicle And still had to pay without him even telling me the exact problem so I basically paid $60 for nothing I will never do business with this place again.

It is rare to be able to schedule major work done on your car after 10am on a Saturday morning. But, I called Midas Auto and Danny was so polite and genuine and asked me to bring my car in. I had an idea of what the issue was, brakes, but I asked him to give me a worst case scenario price-wise. He was honest and didn’t try to offer me anything unnecessary. In addition to providing excellent service in record-time (under an hour and a half while I had breakfast across the street) my bill came in way under his initial estimate. Absolutely horrible experience from the management of this shop. A very long story, but needless to say, in such a competitive business, you would think they would make a bigger effort to have great customer service and actually do good work. They failed miserably in both areas. Stay away and find a well run shop.

I needed a custom exhaust made for my Grand Cherokee Srt. Danny took on the challenge, when other shops could not do it. I would highly recommend having work done at this Midas shop.

Took my car for an oil change and they rated my battery at 570. They said thats good. They said there was nothing else wrong with my car. I take it back two months later for another oil change and they rate the battery at 210. Seriously? I lost 360 points in two months? They also suggested about $800 in repairs on the second visit. None of this makes any sense. My car was fine two months ago, and now I suddenly have 5-6 things wrong with it?Quit playing games with me.Edit: I see in the below review that they changed management some time ago. I wonder if the list of new problems suddenly discovered in my car has something to do with the new management.

They wanted to charge me over $800 for an air mass flow sensor! Are you kidding me? Its a part from BMW...well, I called the dealer. $500 straight from the factory. What am i- stupid?I couldve got it from pep boys for $200; butI can buy it from eBay and put it in myself for @ $25-30.TWENTY FIVE. Ive done it before. Got 4 years out the part.Midas? Youll never see me again.

I recently went in for brake noise. Shop took me right away for brake inspection and was quick to diagnose. Turns out noise was just brake dust and was out in 1/2 hour with minimal charge. Treated very fair.

I was in Catonsville, Maryland and was hearing grinding noises when I applied the brakes on my 2016 RAV4.Danny immediately had it put on the lift and checked it out. He said my situation wasnt urgent but that it would probably need to be dealt with when I returned to Florida.I asked him to just go ahead and replace the pads and rotors while it was already up. And I havent heard so much as a squeak since!Danny runs his Midas location in a most professional manner. He makes sure you understand what needs to be done and what it costs before any work is done.I highly recommend Midas of Catonsville!

Danny was great! I took a chance on this location as my normal go to spots, Goodyear and SAMS Club were backed up and I needed my tire fixed.Danny told me that they could.fix it but that I really needed a new set. He took the time to make sure that all of my questions were answered and made sure that my wallet wasnt broken. I even recieved a follow up text message just to check in and see how I was doing with the purchase. This customer service exceeded my expectations and I reccomend this location to anyone seeking tires....

I took my car for an oil change about 2 months ago it was done in 10 minutes. I noticed the tires hadnt been rotated or air checked like it was supposed to so I brought it back they did the work and the manager gave me a certificate for a free oil change a month in a half later the oil light pops on and off I check the oil and there is almost no oil in my car. I will never bring my car to this place again I do not trust them.

I have been here twice for a flat tire and some minor body work, and both times the manager fit me into the schedule same day and got me out in time for work. Fast, courteous, and they do good work.

I had called in prior to my visit asking how much would it cost to replace one ignition coil, the gentleman on the phone said that it would range between 50-60 $, 60$ dollars would be the most. So once I arrived he tells me that the diagnostic was 60$ , for one i didnt need a diagnostic so I just wanted to get an ignition coil replaced he insisted that I get the diagnostic which is not including in the total price if you choose to get the work done. After the diagnostic is done he comes in and says it doesnt tell me which one needs to be replaced , so he goes on about the price and I aksed him to explain to me how the price rings up to that and he rudely says i just told you how . Very rude gentlemen and this isnt the first time Ive came to this shop and his customer service was poor.

Went here for brakes and got charged $500 and very bad service. The older gentleman at counter is very rude, discourteous, and manipulative. Before they took my car in he was very sweet and guaranteed I will be out in 40mins to hour. After making me wait for 1.5hrs, they told me part is coming from somewhere else. When I told them I cannot wait that long, and I have to leave, they said I cannot because they already took the car apart and I have to pay another $150 to put it back.Very bad experience.Will not return to this place again.

My steering wheel started to shake when I was breaking. Only 28K miles in my Dodge Grand Caravan 2012 (another story). Midas sharpened my rotors for $95. The issue still persisted. I took it back and they came up w/$700 + bill this time. Something told me not to proceed. And I was wright. I took the car to neighboring dealership (Musselmans Dodge) and they said rotors still w/bumps. Meaning Midas never got them sharpened well. And as you can imagine, they refused to reimburse the money.

Alternator was making a grinding noise they got me right in diagnosed no problem no issue and refused to take payment for their time I would highly recommend this honest shop.

Great quick service. Had my brake pads replaced, it was cheaper than other places I looked at.

These guys work hard to ensure their customers are taken care of. I came to them because I was told during an attempt to get my car to pass a safety inspection that I was missing a bolt for the front motor mount and a nut for the tranny mount. These guys fixed my car when I had severe subframe damage back in 2015, but for some reason those two nuts and bolts were missing. I called them to see if they could look at the car and Danny was really nice to me on the phone. He ensured that he would be able to take care of me. When I got to the shop the technician began looking at my car right away. He went ahead and put the nuts and bolts on the car free of charge! He then noticed that I was missing RF lower ball joint, RF tie rod, RF upper control arm which were all missing cotter keys. Before I got there Danny had already pulled my carfax and noticed that I had brake work done in December. He went ahead and replaced the missing parts free of charge! While I was there, I even got the RF sway bar linked replaced. I left paying significantly less than I was told I was going to have to pay to get my car to pass inspection. I sat and talked to Danny the entire time my car was being serviced and I really appreciate how knowledgeable he was about my car. Danny is a really genuine guy. Whenever I need work done on my car, I wont mind driving a hour to Maryland to get my car serviced because I know I my car will taken car of. I passed the safety inspection the next day. Thank you guys!

I used to go there for my auto repair, then about 3-4 months ago they changed management. Since then Ive been there twice and left feeling cheated. Both times I went in for an oil change and both times I left with something else that was wrong. The first time was a power steering fluid flush (which was done prior at another location) and the second time was for brakes. The breaks started to squeal after having them installed for only a week and I was planning on having them check on them after I came home from a vacation. Sadly the car skidded and ran into two walls on the highway, it was totaled. I cant prove that it was their fault but if the brakes failed I have life time brakes with them and despite that I STILL had to shell out $500+ out of pocket for their break work which started to squeak a week later. If it was because my tires were bald, neither oil change services I had with them had they told me that I should change my tires soon. Either way, I took my cars there for years and now I have to find a new garage. Again, I cant prove that any of this was their fault but I cant in good conscience recommend them anymore either.

Took a truck here with front end shaking they diagnosed it as tie rod and shock problems problem which they fixed the sad part is that they didnt do alignment the alignment machine hasnt work since i dont know when as per the tech.my issue is they were not candid from the beginning.after all this its still shaking now am going to Firestone.
