This is the best location in Arizona! Charlie Keo, the assistant manager is amazing at his job! My family was driving home from a long weekend vacation and felt a rattle in the steering wheel. 5-19-2021Pulled in today with a heavy trailer and a blowout. The salesperson Jacob was great. Checked the other tires...found my best option and wrote it up. Tyler in service had all four tires changed and I was put the door in just over an hour. The blowout had wrapped some around the axle and they were able to get everything sorted a safe to travel. Great location to deal with...and seems to be very well managed

Very professional staff. All team members work together to insurance you get great service no matter what your tire needs are! I havent visited a facility since early 2000s,and even then the above holds true. I will continue my business with them in the future!

Discount Tire is the best!!! I have purchased multiple sets of tires through the years at different stores and in different states. The prices are always competitive. The service is OUTSTANDING ❤️❤️❤️ from the counter sales people to the techs. This is the only store that I will purchase tires. Highly recommend!!

Consistent as always. I set an appointment and they were finished in less than a half hour. Even then theres free fast wifi so the time moves quickly. Otherwise you could go by the stores around it. Just had a leaky value that they fixed for free.

Tire buying process was quick and easy. Employees were friendly. Only issue I have is I recently replaced all four tires on my truck and recently noticed one of the rims being scratched in multiple places that were not there before the Tire replacement.

I cant say enough good things about this company. They got me in within 3 hours of my call. They were organizing drivers as they drove up. After they had me park, they had a gentleman come up, get my keys, and ask what happened and what I wanted done while he escorted me to a very well air conditioned lobby. I wasnt even there an hour when they fixed my tire for free. I have never been to a Discount Tires before and I didnt buy the tires from them. But, they still pulled a small nail out, patched the tire for free. They didnt try to sell me anything else even though Im from out of state. But, I will tell you this. They have made me a future customer as there is a Discount Tires in Northern Commifornia where in Im from. Thank you for the great service! Everyone there was very nice, friendly and helpful! Always a great place to go for tires, great service, very fast if you have an appointment. We got new tires and wheels for our 23 yr old car, in and out in 25 minutes. Great team work all around. Highly recommended.

We went in to get some tires for our Corvette. They ordered them for us, and let us know when they came in. They even put some metal valve stems in for us that we bought somewhere else. Less than an hour wait as a walk in. We never get our tires anywhere else.

Dont come early if you have an appointment... it wont get you in early and youll become even more fraustraded when you see evetone else who arrived after you get served before you.All i wanted was a tire rotation and waited 90 minutes.

Stopped in to have a nail extracted and tire plugged today. I was impressed with the outdoor check-in they have and given a realistic wair time. Came back at the scheduled time and was greeted and in the bay within 10 min. I was able to just stay in the truck while they made the repair. Best part, it was FREE! Thanks

These are a bunch of amateurs that have no clue what they are doing or selling. Guy at the front refused to sell me the tires I wanted and needed. I give this a zero star if I could. Would highly recommend going else where.

Very dissatified young boys working failed to follow directions and refused to do what I had asked them to do. Very argumentative left very angry because of their slappy job performance.

Sent my girl up there today to have a tire rotation. Appointment was at 11 and they got her in at 12. Job was about 15mins after. When she picked me up from work I noticed the spare tire was not seated correctly on the hoist and was wobbling back and forth. Im surprised it did not fall off on her way over. It left some scratches on the rim from being improperly installed. Fairly disappointed as I have had great service at other discount tire locations but nonetheless they rotated my tires.👍

Love this place, always great service and they try to get you in and out. I dont feel like Im being hounded to buy anything extra either. Great place to buy tires and because they know the area they will advise you of local shops if you need anything other than tires. Highly recommend them because your not just another dollar walking in the door.

I understand things happen and you get behind, but is there a way to notify those making appointments on this? It kind of defeats the purpose when you show up on time (5 minutes early) and still have to wait nearly an hour before you get to service the vehicle. Quality work done, but it wasnt a great experience overall.

Great service. Good pricing. They had the lowest price for the upgraded wheels I bought to put on my truck after the lift is installed. Beat the price of a competitor by $200 for the complete set. Cant wait for the new store to open thats being built nearer to me. However, I will miss the helpful staff at the Casa Grande location; although I did hear a couple of them might be transferring to the new location. From Off-Road to All-terrain, passenger car to RVs I have satisfied all of my tire needs from Discount Tire for 25 years...and I will continue to go back.

Horrible wait times to get a tire patched went there at 8.30 said cant get my vehicle until after 1.30 for a nail left and had it fixed in 10 mins at Big Boy on 87 not worth the wait at discount.

My experience at Discount Tire was excellent. Having confirmed an appointment with the manager Marty, who was a very polite and humorous person to speak with on the phone. He left me feeling confident this was a store I was going to be happy doing business with.I arrived a few minutes ahead of time and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted outside the garage by Charlie, who took my information and immediately informed the desk that I had arrived. I parked my car and within a couple of minutes I was approached by the assistant manager, Alex, who very efficiently got things started to get my car into the garage. Within about 10 minutes, a service tech, I think his name was Mitchell, I apologize if I got his name wrong, called my name and got my car inside the bay. The technicians were professional and did an excellent job rotating and balancing my tires. I highly recommend this establishment and will return again and again, for all my tire purchases and needs.

We had a tire patched at Discount Tire. They did it for free, even though we had purchased the tires elsewhere. They were friendly and efficient, and followed strict COVID-19 protocols. They are open all day Saturday, and we were able to schedule our appointment online. I appreciated that they did not try to sell us a new set of tires, even though we gave them the opportunity. When we do need new tires, well be going back.

I asked for advice on remaining milage on tires because I am driving back to Michigan and Ford dealership said 5/32nd left. 4/32nd is bad enough to replace but discount tire said they had 6/32nd solid. So they were good for about 8000 more miles. Only 2000 to Michigan. Thanks again

I had an appointment to get all four tires redone, that I scheduled the day before. So I show up 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment, paid almost $600 for new tires and after two hours my car is still sitting here in the parking lot untouched. It wasnt until after I went in and complained that they finally began to work on my car, and admitted they didnt know I had an appointment. Maybe I caught them on an off day? The work itself seems reliable, and the quality of the tires are what I expected.

I had a nail in my tire so I set an 8:00 appointment. They open at 8:00. At 8:00 employees walked out to the parking lot and talk to the people who were sitting in the cars waiting. I told him I had an 8:00 appointment they took me right in. By 8:30 I was out. Just the way it should have been. Quick service and very friendly.

Always get our tires here. The guys are always super knowledgeable and helpful. This place is always jumping. I dont think they ever have down time.

I ordered some wheels here they took my $ then tried to order it they call me and said they didnt have any in stock so I went with another brand they said yes we have some in the mesa lactation I said ok they told me itll take 2 day to get to this location I called to see if they were in they said not yet and they dont show me where its at,ok 30 minutes later another guy calls and says they didnt have the rims I ordered in Mesa but they told me they were gonna upgrade me with other wheels for the price of the ones I wanted I said ok they set me up with an appointment of 945 am its 1030 my vehicle is still sitting where I parked it.

If they let you keep your keys and your car while you wait 2 &1/2 to 3 hours and call you 1/2 hour before they are ready it would reduce the covid risk and make the experience more tolerable. Otherwise, the staff was great, building clean, just need to rethink the waiting process for the comfort of customers.

They wanted $695.00 for 2 tires.On my Windstar LXOK another place gave 4 tires lifetime warranty, intervals to bring it back for rotation and air pressure check and repasafety check visible damage or improper operation, but not for the quick actions of the operator, it could have been a much more costly problem to deal with....

Ran over debris on highway, needed tire replaced. Special run flat tires.When I went in to get them replaced there was a long line of people ahead of me. Had to get to Phoenix for doctors appointment. Discount tire talked with clients who were ahead of me and got my tire replaced. Made appointment with 1 minute to spare. Thank you Discount tire. I had a stressful blowout on the I-10W and drove thirty miles to get to this shop before 6 pm, and Steven Madsen was the most helpful and polite person I could have ever wished to encounter. I was (embarrassingly) visibly upset even when I arrived and his calm and friendly demeanor really helped me feel at ease. I needed one new tire and ended up getting two from his recommendations. Leaving now feeling safer in my vehicle and on the road home to San Diego now that I’ve replaced the busted one and been calmed down by our salesman Steven. If he sees this, tell him a million thanks from me.

Thats what keeps me going back ..they hustle and they give you customer service that is missing from most places. If they give u a time theyll be done theyre usually right.
