They were very helpful and nice. They gave me updates. The car was done ahead of schedule and was very clean. They did a terrific job and I would recommend them.

Great service. They keep you informed of the progress with texts then call to let you know when to pick up the vehicle. This is the before picture. I will post the after when I pick the vehicle up today.

We brought our truck in on a Monday & we got it back by Friday.During this whole Covid19 thing the customer service was exceptional.If you have a strong sense of smell ask them not to use the cleaner.I would recommend them to everyone

10/10 would use service king again. Mathew took very good care of us and our 2017 Toyota 4runner. I can be a bit particular about any repairs made on my vehicle and I was pleasantly surprised when I had zero complaints about the repairs done by service king. Mathew called us every couple of days and gave me updates on how the repairs were going and gave great customer service. I cant stress enough how easy and worry free the whole process was with Mathews help.

The team at Service King worked with my insurance company to ensure that the repairs on my vehicle from an accident were completed properly. Marcus was very professional and made sure my car was as good as new. I highly recommend this shop for any of your collision repair needs!

No communication from the assigned person. Had to call many times to find out the status of my vehicle. Vehicle left in the rain and in a muddy parking location near the shop. It took over 8 weeks to get a status from them. They did not file in time with my insurance. Will not recommend them to anyone.

This would have been a 5 star review they did a great job on repairing the body of my car but my engine light is still on. They wont do anything about the engine light until the insurance gets of their backside so in the mean time the CUSTOMER gets screwed! they text bombed me into filling out a survey I did FAR too early I gave them a GLOWING review on the body work. this kind of behavior is why I have so little faith in people any more. They wont budge until the insurance does & the insurance is being an AS#. Everybody else got what they wanted SK got a glowing review and farmers did as little as possible who cares about the customer right? I should add when they saw the engine light on in the shop instead of FIXING the issue they CLEARED THE CODE & I was told this by my service rep. So They would sooner clear a code than fix a problem. I also notice the owner only seems to respond to favorable reviews perhaps he doesnt like dealing with problems only praise

Had some body work done here, the work was paid for by the other guys insurance.The contact person was nice, helpful and when they had a delay because of an issue they called and explained the problem.Nice work and I will use them again if needed

The side of our car was hit by a woman that was texting while driving. I was worrier our Pilot was never going to be the same, but the Manager and Service Advisor both showed care and concern for our situation. Service King Casa Grande performed flawlessly for us! I have never experienced an auto shop that was so professional PERIOD! From the updates we received to the day we picked up our car it couldnt of gone better. Thank You!

Kelly is fantastic. Some clips had come loose in the front bumper. He took it to the back and a few minutes later, it was fixed.

Service King in Casa Grand did a great job repair the damage on my car. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

They did a great job repairing my van. It looked brand new when I picked it up. Friendly staff as well.

Took vehicle in for repairs and treated very well in the beginning. Couple of days later detected noise coming from engine, passenger side. Took car back and paid for rental so Service King could look into noise. Told could not detect noise by Service King. Took car to Hyundai Tempe and informed motor mount torn(?). Motor mount may have been worn and needed eventual replacement but not able to be attributed directly to accident. Very disappointed Service King did not detect this $568 estimated repair as had no problem collecting $3100 previously. Cancelled my policy with Liberty Mutual after seven years and will never do business with Service King again. Paying for repairs out of pocket. Just disappointed as Service King professes to treat veterans with respect and did not respect this disabled Vietnam Era veteran!

They me start by telling everyone do not take your vehicle to the service king in casa grande arizona. they are the worst collision center i have ever dealt with. they lied about the status of my step-daughters car the whole time. telling her it was being worked on and that she should be getting it by the 31st of august. it is now the 12th of september and we still dont have it. the manager of this service king should not be the manager. he even had the nerve to tell me last week it is because the guy i charge of it is new. then they were blaming the insurance. all i know is we do not have her car and who knows when we will get it. it should have been completed 3 weeks ago. i truely believe the manager and the service guy needs to be fired. so this web site will not allow me to post my review without putting in a star. i do not believe they deserve even 1 star. but i had to put 1 so i could post this review

Not again got told everything would be fine thet fixed the body and reset the code on the engine light not fix it so now its back on and they wont do anything about it they got the 2 star for the stellar job they did on the body
