Problem with a window replacement at another site. (Rubber seal coming loose) They pulled it in and had it fixed in minutes.

Ive learned the hard way on another vehicle that you cant ignore windshield stone chips. Eventually they turn into a cracked, ruined windshield, especially in the extremes temperatures of winter and summer. My windshield had what I thought were two chips. The guys at Safelite found a third that was hidden by one of the wiper blades. My insurance company will allow me to use whichever glass repair business I want, but Safelite is their recommended company and Ive been using Safelite for more years than I can remember. They do it right, using the latest technology. I could have had them come to my home but that would have been an added cost and an option I just didnt need. Driving to the shop was fine. When I arrived they were waiting for me and greeted me by name. Then they explained the entire process and told me what to expect before they started the repairs. When the repairs were done they explained that the materials had already cured, there were no driving/use restrictions, about the warranty and so on. Very professional, friendly and thorough. I also took advantage of the discounted cost for replacement wiper blades and had them switched out. I recommend Safelite and Ill continue to use them.

I had a small ding on my front windshield from a rock kicked up on the highway. I was able to obtain an appointment on the same day that I called. They started the work on time and were finished within 20-30 minutes. Excellent service!

Tried to have auto glass replaced and they claimed they couldnt do the work because my car had codes on the lane change camera that had to be cleared first. Took it to another shop had it replaced and did the codes later.

They are courteous, friendly and professional. Due to AZ roads, I have had many windshields replaced by them over the years.

Went there for work vehicle, quote 2 1/2 hours, I was out in an hour and 15 minutes.

The people there are great but the windshield they used again as chips in it when I showed the guy he goes just shakes his head and walks away so I guess Ill be dissatisfied with my cheap windshield that they use and not a factory windshield its their glass company has lots of bubbles in it and chips and the worst thing the chips are inside the cab the inside window so if you use Safelite Auto Glass you better ask him where theyre getting the windshield and is it a factory or aftermarket

Hope your prepared to give your credit card number to a stranger on the phone or take a day off work. The is no bill, invoice, or online option provided to you. they will also send you an email expressing theyd like you to leave your keys on the dash for a period of about 4.5hr for ur tech whenever he gets there. Then if thats not bad enough youll be sent to collections after two weeks dispite what their staff tell you.

Had a windshield replaced. Price was comparable to other local glass shops. Our technician, Ryan was fantastic. He was funny, accommodating and did a great job. He even vacuumed the interior of the vehicle before returning it to us. Very satisfied with this location

Theres no way to get ahold of them and they installed my wind shield and did a terrible job. Theres glue smeared all over the inside of the windshield

Before they changed my windshield they scanned my system in my car found out that I had a falt in the Guidance system. Told me I had to go to Toyota first told them I couldnt. So they replaced the windshield without the calibration being done. Still have to go to Toyota to have it fixed.
