I am very impressed with how much these people care. They have always been very professional and they get the work done fast. They are honest and upfront with everything. Excellent service and very good detail understanding I want your situation. They take time to let you know what is wrong with your car if they take extra time to let you know how you can better your car experience. Plus they do the job that they need to get done . Mark is a very absolute excellent person in customer service. He made me feel very welcome at their establishment. What that does in terms is make you want to come back and tell everybody else about your experiences. Well MPG is one of the best places to go to as far as car repairs or oil changes. I believe this is my third time coming and every time I come whoever takes care of me is always courteous and concern about my positive experience within that time place of being around them. I give it 5 stars and I will always come back. The most important thing about MPG is honesty honesty honesty. This is something you just cant get over and you should never want to. This doesnt come everyday because people try to make a quick Buck. MPG is the real deal not only do you get results but you get honest feedback. And you know what thats the best feeling in the world especially when it comes to your baby and your baby is your car.

My daughter took her truck in to have fixed. They failed to diagnose the problem properly. there was a seat belt problem. later, she was in an accident, and the seat belts failed. Those were eventually fixed, but it took 8 service attempts, and the truck is still not working properly. Additionally, they did physical damage to the truck. Then when my daughter wanted those issues addressed, they simply didnt return phone calls. this place is a horrible place. they are rude, incompetent and then unresponsive.

First 3-month maintenance and overall I was pleased. However, Im not sure how much time (if any) was spent checking tire pressure even though it was checked off as ok. I didnt notice it immediately when I drove away, but within a few minutes, I noticed my tire pressure light was on. I live close so I sat in my driveway playing with buttons, trying to clear it but it wouldnt clear. So, I drove back to MPG. They did not re-check the tire pressure nor did they try to clear the alert. I understand sometimes the alerts dont clear for a few miles, but they should have at least re-checked the tire pressure. They said if the light was still on the next day, to come back. The next morning, my front tire was completely flat! Since tire repair wasnt part of the warranty, I took it to Discount Tire to have it repaired. Had they checked my tire pressure when I returned, I wold have known about the slow leak at that time and would not have had to miss work to have my tire repaired. Everything else appeared to be fine and they were friendly. It just makes me wonder how thorough they truly are. I will be remembering this when I take it back in 3 months.

Hours suck. Dont work for people who also work MONDAY-FRIDAY. Then make suggestions to go to Tucson for my oil change. If that were an option, wouldnt I have called them first? This inconvenience is ridiculous. So instead of getting my guaranteed lifetime oil changes I have to go and pay for one. Wish I had purchased my vehicle else where.Im sorry, mark mentioned an other option, to have someone else take my car in for me. That would be an option if myself and everyone I know were not employed full time and worked monday-friday. I wonder if mark mentioned that to you.

UPDATE:Ever since I bought my car at Premier Auto, 3 years ago, Ive been going to MPG Auto. They are right behind Premier and are in charge of the FREE oil changes and check up I get for the life of my car. In the past they have always been so nice and have taken good care of me.I have bought MPGs Tires for life, Shocks for life and Battery for life programs. Never once in the 3 years have I ever had a problem, till I went to take advantage of my Tires for Life program. I go in on Friday and they tell me I need 2 new tires and its going to be $260+ dollars! Im like WHAT? I have Tires for Life. Yes but they tell me I have NEVER came in and Paid their $19.95 or whatever service fees in the 3 years Ive been coming. (now Ive always asked if I owed anything in the past and was told No) Also they told me I never got alignments through them. I know..Its because their machine cant even hand a passenger van. Ive been going to Fagerbergs Wheel Alignment (WHO IS GREAT!) and paying out of my own pocket.So then they wanted me to pay for 3 years of back alignments and service fees I knew nothing about before I could even use my plan!!!!!DOES THIS SEEM RIGHT TO YOU??? AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAST EMPLOYEES MISTAKES? I DONT THINK SO AND I WALKED OUT!Ive managed businesses before and if your employes made a mistake....YOU ATE IT!I will no longer recommend MPG AUTO to anyone, for anything in my life! Ive never felt so ripped off in my life!Older Review: MPG Auto always takes great care of my van. Making sure Im safe, because I live in the middle of nowhere. I recommend them to everyone!
