Amazing, friendly service! We had a flat on an inside dual while pulling a 40 trailer full of Brahma bulls. Large lot with plenty of room to maneuver our rig. They were awesome! Their fast service, got us back on the road in no time. Wish they were in my neighborhood. They also offer road service! If youre anywhere around the Casa Grande area look em up, they were a blessing for sure! 💙

We were stuck with a low tire on our RV in Eloy on our way to Tombstone, AZ. After 3 Truck stops could not figure out how to get air in our RV Tires, we called Ed Whiteheads Tire in Casa Grande! They sent out a truck right away and had air in our tire and checked all the others. We wasted 3 hours going to one truck stop and then another. If I was a Big Rig Driver I would not take my truck to a place that cannot even figure out little ole RV Tires... Everyone should Go to Ed Whiteheads for sure!!! They know their stuff!!! I made a social post about needing help with my tires and not only did Danielle make the effort to keep in contact with me all day to make sure I received the help I needed but she also sent Hector out to check my tires for me and also was generous to offer me toe help and Hector was a kind man and drove out to my house and aired my tires for me I could not afford to buy tires from them today considering it was spare of the moment and I needed used cheaper tires.. but I just want to say thank you for all of your generous held and customer service in I will gladly recommend your place of business to anyone

The staff here is wonderful-they are very knowledgable, willing to help and prove to be one of the best for auto repair services! Brought my car to Ed Whiteheads due to non-functioning air conditioner in my Mazda. In the Arizona summer, having no air in the car makes driving impossible. I was able to bring my car in the next day and the problem was identified and repaired after waiting for the part. Customer service was top notch going above and beyond what you expect from a mechanic shop. If you need a ride home and back the staff is more than willing. Heat can cause extreme fatigue for me quickly so to insure that I did not get overheated, instead of me picking up my car the car was brought to my home.Though the parts had to be ordered from the dealer, the price to fix my car was a fair price and the work was done correctly.Great customer service and mechanics. I highly recommend Ed Whiteheads for all of your car needs.

I used to have all my truck work done there and during that time Ed Whiteheads Tire Pro was an amazing place to have you vehicles worked on!!! Since the management has changed and new people are running it I havent been in there for a long time. Times are much more harder now and I try and shop around for less expensive places to get things done on the Jesus Christ truck that I now drive.( My rating is for the time I used to go there!) I came to Ed Whiteheads tire shop to have them look at a slow leak in one of my tires. Danielle was able to find that I still in-fact had a warranty on the tire and they got me on my way in less than 40 minutes. The waiting room is clean, the staff are friendly and I would definitely recommend anyone to them.

I received a coupon for a free oil change in the mail and since we just recently moved to CG I needed a new place to do oil changes. I went online and saw they had great reviews so I decided to try them out. I am very glad I did! Their customer service was great and they never pressured me to get any other services. The sales lady was very polite and she was very informative on tires. I told her what I had and wanted a less expensive tire on the old Jeep that I didn’t drive it a lot of miles. Had the tires next day and mounted for me. She had picked me a great looking tire for a very good price. I give this place five stars because they are friendly, quick, and efficient. I made an appointment online and was able to come in the following morning. I was given a call from Danielle shortly after I made the appointment online to confirm the appointment. She is very sweet and easy to talk to. I came in for an oil and filter change, and Danielle gave me important information and suggestions regarding my car when the service was completed. I really appreciate that. The mechanic was very friendly as well.

Just moved from Florida and needed a new mechanic. Got tires, alignment, and an oil change. Car is in great shape now! But what stuck out was Danielle. I had my autistic 4 year old with me. He was wearing me down. She gave him a candy. After he got tired of that she put a movie on for him. After he got tired of that she took him for a walk to look at the parts and cars ❤ He loved it. Sigh... Finding another place to have my alignment done is such a PITA. But I cannot bring myself to patronize this business ever since the day they did such a disservice to a good friend of mine, who is also a long time customer of theirs.They brought in a Ford F150 for alignment, was quoted $500 (I think it was more than that) and the okay was given. Front end still making noise. We took it upon ourselves to diagnose the loud clunk noise and determined the cause. Called the store and then brought the truck back so they could look at it again. After they were shown the problem was given another quote of over $400 to repair an issue they should have done initially. Adding insult, they said they would realign it for free. Hearing this made me upset, and it wasnt even my truck! Going out of my way to get my alignment work done from someone with more integrity.Brought my vehicle in for an alignment, no appointment, just dropped it off in the morning and itwas ready around noon. Drove to San Diego for the weekend and felt a vibration and it pulled to one side. Had the tires balanced while in SD, still was not happy with the car. They give you a warranty on alignments, so I brought the car back, explained the issue and left my car. Within hours my car was ready and it drives so much better! Doesnt pull, tracks straight and the vibration is gone as well. The only charge was to remount and balance the wheels as the shop that I went to didnt do the job correctly. Will definitely return to have my alignments done here in the future! Thank you guys, I appreciate the attention my car desperately needed! Cheers!

Got a coupon in the mail welcoming me to the neighborhood. Coupon said free pick up and delivery of vehicle and free oil change. Called to verify because it seemed to good to be true. It was 100 percent true. They picked up my car and had it back in a couple hours oil change done. Awesome service. Ill definitely remember that the next time I need work done. Five stars all the way. She also was extremely patient with my 81 year old father by taking the time to show him the things wrong with our vehicle and explained the bill to him and what he was being charged for in detail. A dash light warning came on when I was running errands last week. I didnt know what it represented so I swung by Whiteheads. They immediately identified it as low tire pressure and pointed out the nail that was the culprit. They took my car in after a short wait, fitting me in with their scheduled maintenance. Whiteheads is our go-to auto place. The staff is friendly and efficient and the prices very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Had my car oil changed and now its dripping oil. Never had that problem before.I was quoted the dollar amount but when it was time to pay, I had to pay more than quoted.

Sorry it is not possible to give negative stars, because I would. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation, ended up needing 2 new tires. But one was not attached correctly and started coming off on my way home, I could have been in an accident and seriously injured. Now the rim, bolts and lug-nuts are all damaged and I am waiting for a new rim and other parts before I can have the tire replaced and realigned. This is the second time that I feel I was taken advantage of by this company. The first time I addressed the issue with corporate and my only compensation was 1/2 off oil change, not even a small fraction of the over charge I was served with. With this new issue I can safely say I will not be returning to do business there once my tire is fixed and I will not be recommending them either.

I had to get work done on my car and Danielle fraijo, and frank the mechanic were so great to work with. They were speedy, did great work on my car, and made sure I was taken care of. I will not be taking my car any where else. Highly recommend!!!
