I used to be an automotive mechanic and have since moved on to another career. While I work on my own car most of the time there are certain things I cant do like alignments and tires. It is infuriating to get alignments from chain stores because they dont know what the heck theyre doing and more often than not do a poor alignment. These people at Fagerberg are grade A suspension and alignment techs who are not only good at their craft, but offer personal customer service thats hard to find these days. Recommend 10 times out of 10 times.

If their customer service is anything like what I recieved over the phone, I would not give them my money. I Try to give small business a chance in this town, but they dont know the meaning of customer service or just how to communicate with people. Seems like I am bothering them when I am trying to give them my money for a service.

I called and left VM Tuesday, today is Friday, they have not returned my call as of yet. Wonder if theyre even still open? It was pretty quick getting the work scheduled to be done, but now that Im requesting the follow up to have the alignment rechecked, its taking a little longer to get a hold of someone. Maybe theyre really busy? Stars are falling little by little.

This was so bad when I got out of their the next day my battery blew up

This is the best alignment shop Ive ever used, period, full stop! I brought my H3 to them with a totally botched alignment by the dealership. The truck was literally steering itself off the road despite my best efforts to keep it straight. Chris and his brother Mike worked for hours to undo what the dealer had screwed up and in fact, they kept their shop open after normal business hours to get it fixed for me. Not only that, they stayed until almost 11:00 at night to straighten out my damaged suspension and wouldnt stop working on it until it was perfect. I have never seen dedication and customer service like that ever before. The guys were courteous and friendly, and were truly concerned about getting the job done correctly. This is now my go-to alignment and suspension shop!

Took my 2007 G35 Coupe in for a 4 wheel alignment because the rear tires were wearing on the inside edges. Turns out that the rear was WAY off and the technician showed me on the machine so I could see for my self how off it was. They did the job quickly and got me back out on the road in a little less than an hour. My car is noticably better now. I will continue to use their services whenever I require them from now on. Exceptional customer service, Techs well trained/experienced. Been in CG for MANY (50?) Years & it shows.

Always try to support local small business... BIG mistake with Fagerberg Alignment and Brakes in Casa Grande Arizona. Came in for simple alignment due to irregular wear on front tires. Was told new ball joints and brakes were needed. Quoted parts at their cost on ball joint (supposedly best brand quality) and a few hours labor. Upon receiving the bill and further investigation discovered they just installed over the counter parts from across the street at OReillys. OK, so maybe not the best quality as promised but that they charged me DOUBLE the retail cost for what I could have bought the parts for myself at full retail amounts to fraud in my book. Making matters worse, the brakes pads installed had been coated in grease... was told to help prevent brake chatter? Never heard of such a practice on a modern vehicle and nothing but an eyesore and horrible looking mess. Worse yet, and after all of this, still the same problems with the vehicle but even worse now with the alignment being completely off and greasy brake pads. Ultimately figured out problem was due to worn shocks and nothing this company suggested or accomplished with the vehicle. Sadly the company wont answer my calls or honor any of the work they guaranteed. $1,200 down the drain and a lesson well learned that some small business are small for a reason... better to stick with those who know what they are doing and can be held accountable more easily when not.
