This was my first use of Middleton Automotive Center and I was impressed and 100% satisfied. I have always done my own auto maintenance but those days are gone because of my age. My truck was there mainly to have the brake wear checked and they were within limits, but getting close. The mechanic, Art also did the 35 item inspection check list, the only recommendation was a flush of the power steering, I plan to have this done and several other things done in the fall, Oct, or Nov. The Lady at the front desk was also very helpful. Job well done Middleton, I will return. Richard Wells.

Extremely respectful and professional team that seems well educated on many areas in mechanics, very communicative and helpful, any questions I asked were answered and anything I didn’t understand was explained nicely, one worker even let me go to the back to check out this super clean truck chassis and engine! Usually a do it yourself kind of guy but if I ever need a shop to go to I’ll definitely give these guys another call!

Always good service and reasonable price, professional and friendly. But they struggled with resetting my oil change life notification, although it is rather tricky in my 4Runner

Middleton Automotive is professional and customer focused.I presented a difficult problem asking to have my exhaust returned to OEM. Middleton Automotive worked very hard researching many options to achieve my request. They finally located a viable solution the is most satisfactory and reasonably priced.

As a first time customer, I cant recommend this mechanic enough! They were so friendly and accomodating, and worked hard to squeeze me into their busy schedule. The moment they had my car I knew I was being taken care of, and upon driving my car, it runs great! Hannah stayed late on a Saturday to make sure I got my car back so I can get to work Monday morning! I feel so cared for, which is rare with mechanics! They quality they provide is more than worth the wait.

As a woman it is hard to find a trust worthy mechanic, now I can say I have. These guys are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.

My only problem with Middleton Automotive is that I live on the Oregon Coast and it takes two days to get there for service. I didnt let them know I was a mechanic when I was in town needing service, but I knew what needed to be done. They ARE the people you want to go to. And Hannah? No lies or defamation!!!! FACTS I DID NOT GET PAID for The one out of two days I work there . If I got my pay Months ago this review wouldn’t exist clearly there was a payroll management problem everything else you said is irrelevant.

Quick response time to my inquiry about getting the fuel filters replaced on my 2011 F250. Had to leave town within the week but they were booked up so I had them replaced at my next stop in Camp Verde at the Ford dealer. They did the job for $100 00 less. Take that for what its worth

Went in to get transmission fixed. They offered to acquire and install a used transmission with a 1 year parts, 2 years service warranty. We agreed, and they installed it. Got the car back 2 weeks later and noticed the next day that the transmission was leaking. I took the car back and was told that I would have to pay another $90 to get the leak fixed...UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I accidentally put gasoline in my DuraMax Truck. They drained, flushed the tank and all lines. Replaced multiple filters and primed the system with fresh diesel. A tedious process........ my truck runs great now. They took more time than I liked, but I’m satisfied with their work and they were fair and honest with their cost of repair.

Hanna does an awesome job as the front person. She is pleasant, efficient and very personable. I actually enjoy calling which I cant always say for other businesses. Even when she had a minor set-up and forgot to call me back with a quote, Hanna immediately owned up to it, no excuses, apologized and the situation was immediately rectified.When I took my truck there for them to check my airbags, the owner? immediately came out, crawled under the truck, diagnosed the airbags were toast and recommended appropriate replacements.I look forward to next week when I take my truck in to have the work done, as so far I cannot say enough about the quality of their customer service.Great Job guys!Phil

I drove in from Los Angeles to see my mom. My car was in her driveway and we noticed oil leaking. She looked up places and I decided to call Middleton because of the reviews.When I called I was greeted by such an awesome human, Hannah! I told her my situation and that I knew they were going to be closed for the New Year and I was planning on driving back to LA Sunday. She was so warm and friendly and said to bring it on by. They looked at my car and called me back within a couple hours telling me what was wrong and if I wanted to go ahead and fix it. I said absolutely. I was expecting maybe a day or two, nope they had me all ready to go later that day.Another man called( I dont remember his name) but was so helpful explaining what they did and how there was no longer any oil leaking.He was really professional and friendly as well.If you are looking for a place to take your car, do not hesitate. I have a foreign car could not find anybody in casa grande to work on my ignition.i found these guys on line plus others Im sure glad I picked Middletowns theyre reasonable and they did a great job on my car!

Went in for 100,000 mile service and they found a small part that was broken by another shop, who knew how they had just shoved it onto the post. It was a wonder it held, leaking radiator fluid everywhere. Other parts didnt need replacing, but they had to take apart a lot and get the part. They still finished that day. Will never go anywhere else.

This place is my go to for diagnostic and repairs, today I went in to find a persistent squeak , the techs were able to locate the problem for a minimal fee. These guys take my Car care card and even have a finance program for major repairs. I would definitely recommend these guys. Friendly, professional, competent and affordable!

Excellent customer service from the time we scheduled our appointment until we picked up our vehicle. This company is ALWAYS top notch and we won’t go to anyone else.

They were very helpful and accommodating with me. Because I was a new customer they did a free once over on my car and walked me through everything they noted that would need work. They didnt pressure me to get anything they noted fixed, just offered their opinion on what was vital and sent me an itemized list and left it up to me. They were seriously awesome and Id recommend them to anyone who needs help on their car.

I change a faulty sensor on my used 2014 Kia Soul. Although the diagnostic couldnt find anything, I had it change for safety measures. My dad was a witness to seeing me use the emergency switch to release the park into reverse or drive. Problem was 1st gear wouldnt shift and responded after 5 seconds and so forth. I would have to park the car, turn off the engine, and restart it again to put it into drive. If it worked without locking, car worked great, and no shifting gear problems. We will see.10/20/2020, Well, it was a faulty sensor. So, if you have the same problem most likely it is the sensor. Hope this helps.

Joe and his staff were amazing and honest. Im definitely going to come back for my future repairs for now on. They literally took me in at the last minute and did my transmission and alignment on my 1996 Toyota Camry within a day. Well almost a day if it wasnt for the replacement of the left ball joint it would have been. But it needed replacement in order to do the alignment. Middleton Automotive does takes care of its customers unlike any other shop I have ever been at. Way better than the dealership thats for sure. Thank you Middleton and keep doing what you do best.....

I took my Mazda 3 there after having experiencing a transmission electrical problem. Their technician went above and beyond, finally locating an obscure sensor that had gone bad and kept the transmission in limp-home mode. Other mechanics had looked at the problem and had attributed the problem to only what they could visibly see. The technician at Middleton did the research when the solution wasnt obvious and identified the hidden root cause. Transmission shifts wonderfully now. Highly recommended!

I got there as they were closing because i suddenly hit a nail and my tire went flat. I had no where else to go. They were extremely understanding, stayed late till my tire was fixed, and even discounted the total. I would absolutely recommend them over anyone else.

I recently had several issues with the company that installed a new motor in my truck. Called Middleton and Joe and the guys there fixed my truck and at a very good price plus added a warranty. Very difficult to resolve leaking issues. Joe would not give up until the mechanics could solve the problem. Very pleased with work involved to end the leaking, also had new shocks installed. Pleased with cost, had two other estimates. Highly recommend Middleton!

I guess it was partly my fault but I was very clear when I took my truck in that I knew it had transmission problems.short of it is I didnt need to spend 100 dollars on reading the computer codes or a test drive. I am not really even sure why it would take over an hour to do these things. I would suggest for some of these more simple troubleshooting issues you do for free as a good faith gesture like so many other places do. Especially when a customer has already told you part of the problem I didnt need to pay you to tell me what I already told you

Ive been going to Middleton for about 40 years and Im happy to say its still as great as it always was! Joe is a doll and a dream to work with.

I have an 18 yr old 200k+ mile Hyundai Santa Fe that needed work but I didnt want to spend a lot. Middleton did a great diagnostic of the issues, actually told me I didnt need a repair I was told by another mechanic I did need so I used the money from that to do a transmission flush. Had an alignment done, 2 tires replaced and a severe camber issue with the right rear wheel corrected. Very happy with experience.

I recommend Middleton Automotive because my experience has been great. All the staff are friendly making customer service a priority. Everything is explained in laymans terms, nothing is done without approval so there are no surprises. I am confident that they are honest, they are a family business and take pride in the quality of service they provide.

Had them replace my radiator, charged a little much for the labor (1 hr job but took them 2) but was done properly. Wish they wouldve called me when my car was done and not wait till the next day when I had to call, but those are petty things. Clean office nice staff. Mustve hit a time where they were understaffed the 1 worker was overwhelmed with callers and paper work etc. So it took awhile to get my paperwork done but is completely understandable

Called to get in for a brake issue and they squeezed me within a few days. After looking at the brakes they were able to do a brake flush that day if I left the vehicle. So nice to not have to make a second appointment.

I bought a used, private sale, vehicle and brought it in for a used vehicle inspection. Not only were they able to help fix my car and get her running well they were able to give me a list of other repairs it needs in order of priority. They’re so friendly, they showed me what was wrong with my car, explained it to me, and walked me through everything. They answered my many questions and many phone calls with a smile and understanding. When I went to pay for my services using the financing options there was a hiccup and Keith stayed with me over thirty minutes past closing to help get me checked out today and even took time to show me how to check my engine oil and pop my hood so that I could keep an eye on my leaks. This is the second time I have used Middleton’s for a repair. Both times, the service has been professional and done timely. Repairs have been thoroughly diagnosed and explained and they always keep me updated through the process. I definitely recommend.

Not only that but since Im a winter visitor and staying in a nearby RV park without a second vehicle, they drove me back to my RV and picked me up when the job was done. Called there to get my transmission oil changed 2 days before I made a long trip. They did everything they could to try and get my vehicle in because the truly cared.

Great service and always happy to help. The only thing I would like to see some improvements on is their communication as it took a bit longer than expected to have my ride back and getting around in this heat can be difficult. Other than that I would definitely recommend them and will absolutely be returning if needed!
