I needed some work done on my vehicle, but I was driving running errands and I happened to pass by K and C Auto and Tire. I stopped in and asked some questions about the work I needed. The manager was very knowledgeable and informative. I see an appointment and brought my vehicle in the next day. They did great work, and only to less than an hour. Im very happy with their service.

I took my car in to get it straight piped. They bragged how experienced they were, but did a very poor job. Poor welding job, tips werent centered, charged more than they originally said the job would cost, and on top of that they scratched my car. The scratch wasnt there before I took my car there. I had pictures to prove it. The owner did not want to own up to it, and didnt want to give me a discount. Told me to get a quote to fix the scratch, and when I sent it to them, they said they have their own guy in Coolidge who will repair it for half that price. A good paint job cannot cost less than $200. I would not trust these guys.

Fantastic experience. They really helped out my Jeep and took care of some long standing issues it had electrically.

I took my car in to get a diagnosis and Russel helped me out alot. Not only did he give me the amounts and the break downs but he also offered a finance option to help assist me in getting it done. He was polite, had a smile and did not look like the type to take advantage of a person. I definitely will taking my car back for the service.

Well this review is way overdue. I have been going to K&C Auto for about 10 years. At the time Johnny was the owner and now Russell owns the place, and has maintained the high standard of professional standards and customer service. Nathan is very knowledgeable and a great mechanic. They keep me on the road, not the side of the road. I can say that in the 10 years of going to K&C I have never broken down on the road in my 2006 Saturn Vue with 212 thousand miles on it. They recently saved me from buying a new vehicle, I thought my engine was going out so I took it to K&C and they repaired it for less than $400.00. Made me a happy camper. I also give Russell permission to call me if you would like to talk with me.I highly recommend K&C Auto.

I went to K & C this week to have a car alignment. My friend referred me to K&C. I went strictly on his recommendation.I’ve read many of the favorable reviews but, unfortunately, I did not have a good experience.I called the owner today and have not received a return call...I was told my car would be tied up for 4 hrs. For an alignment. That should have been my first clue.I brought my car the day before so they could startWorking on it at 8 AM. When I called around 12:30To see if my car was ready, I was told “ it was on its way back to the shop”. I asked where it was taken& I was told it was taken to a local shop since their machine was not working. I was not told their machine was out of order nor was I asked if It was okif my car could be taken to another shop for the alignment. I see now why it was a 4 hourProcess for an alignment!After driving about 4 miles after picking up my car,The tire pressure light came on. I called the owner &He said he forgot to do something after the alignment. I now turn around & drive back to have that done.I will not return to this shop nor can I recommend anyone to go to K & C.

I wanted to get my exhaust finished and I called k and c auto last week to get a estimate and I was told 200-225$ for the job. I walked in and was told 380$ and I wasn’t satisfied with the 380$ exhaust job. I found about 6 different leaks within the welds and one of the leaks is facing the spare tire. My battery wasn’t disconnected during the job and they had to weld on the truck frame which could of caused a short within the vehicle. I myself will not be going back to k and c auto for any other work that needs done on my vehicle

Took my vehicle in based on all of the 5 star reviews and they live up to all those reviews! No cost to diagnose and they saw that it was a simple/quick fix of removing an unnecessary part. When I asked for the total due, I was told that they were happy to help me out and look forward to serving my needs should I ever have something that would need repairs. A thank you and a hand shake and I was on my way.Doing business the old fashioned way will keep me coming back. Thanks again guys!

Highly recommend Russell and K and C Auto. My 19 year old son’s engine light came on between Phoenix and Tucson after some erratic behavior in the engine. It was around closing time on a Thursday evening. They could have told us to take it somewhere else, but they didn’t. They stayed late, treated him well, helped locate the issue, solved it, and got him back on the road. Instead of taking advantage of someone in a sticky situation, they were incredibly generous. A phone call to thank them for taking care of my son was good, but wasn’t enough to express my gratitude for helping keep my boy safe on the road. Many thanks, Russel! God bless you and yours!

I went into this place..asked for a very specific service..oil change, oil filter change and fuel filter change on my 18 ram 3500 diesel..i told the gentleman i have the oil, and 3 filters..he quoted around $75.00 for labor..i scheduled an appointment for 10days later..showed up maybe 1 minute late, apologized and waited for my ride to pick me up..he then proceeded to tell me it would be $250.00. Thats a big difference from the initial quote..i took my keys and left..this man clearly cannot be trusted.

Always honest when I bring in my vehicle for service. Never had an issue with times that were offered for the work. Show parts to me and explain them easily, but I already know what they are and how they should look. I drive from Maricopa just to have my work done here.Update 10/2018: I am now taking both vehicles here now. They are even sprucing up the lobby. Great work by honest guys!

Based on the good reviews years ago i drove a hour and half here after calling to look at my tire rim for welding. Guess they prefer the tire off to b easier for them. He ddnt mention tht to me when i called, otherwise i wld have tracked down someone to remove it from under my car so they can look at it. 😩

Great shop had work on 2012 challenger a few years back friendly and the prices are good the reason Im writing this now is I was looking for the phone # I am going back.

I was in a unique situation, because I came through on a bicycle while traveling across the country. They didnt charge me for air and told me I could camp safely in the vacant lot just west of them.I wasnt a paying customer and they treated me very well. I cant imagine how well I would be treated if I had actual money.
