FAILURE TO DO WORK ON A CAR STILL UNDER THEIR WARRANTY! WE GOT TOOK FOR A WATER PUMP TOO! SAYS THEY USED 4 GALLONS OF ANTIFREEZE, MANUFACTURERS SPECS SHOW RADIATOR ONLY HOLDS 2 1/2 GALLONS. LIE AFTER LIE! LEGAL SUIT IS UNFORTUNATELY THE LAST OPTION, WILL DO THAT IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS. I WILL BE PERSISTENT!

I visited this location a few times recently in hopes of getting a state inspection. On the third time, I was successful in obtaining a state inspection without a significant wait for my car to be seen. The employees were professional and efficient. The cost of the inspection was good value. I would consider returning to a Lube Teck for my next annual vehicle inspection.

Go to a well-known certified mechanic not these clowns.I Paid $500. For a water pump that I probably did not need, after just spending $900. Week prior 🙄.I Picked my vehicle up for the 3rd time, and was stranded on the side of the highway for the 2nd time same day I picked it up. We found out that day the Relay to the Radiator fan was not working properly and was causing car to overheat.my car still does not feel the same when I drive it as it did before I brought it here & there is a whistle of some sort under the hood.I would not recommend them to work on a bicycle at this point😠

I have been coming to this place since 2019 but only the 1st time the did the right job (oil change) but after this each visit they tried to charged me more and more for any situation. The last one, he told me that the screw from the oil panel was damaged and I laugh because they changed on the 2nd visit, then he left and came back telling me that its the oil panel and will be $800. I asked him.to change the oil but the screw is not going out. So they damaged my screw and wanted me to pay for the complete panel. Very bad 👎.

Little shop where big things happen! I have been a client for over 10 years. I have had small things like oil changes and bigger things like engine rebuild and transmission rebuilds. The ownership is professional and stand by honor their work. To top it off they are competitively priced and on time.

I have found my new mechanic. Clearly they did a great job with my car, did not try to put in bs add-ons, completely straight forward.

Quick inspection time. With Covid running, being in and out quick is useful. They had their masks which was good to know.

I asked for an oil change only and they refused to give me the service because they said I need to do another repair that they found on my car. Its my decision to do or not the other repair, I appreciate they told me whats need to be fixed, but in order to do it only because they want it? Its not right.

I have been taking all my auto needs to them for the past 10 years. They have always done quality work. I even send my daughters to them and feel very confident that they will not get taken advantage of. Very trust worthy and good work.

I went in for an oil change recently. I was immediately greeted and my car taken into the work bay area. The whole process couldnt have taken more than 25-30mins. The workers were friendly and fast - Ill definitely be going back!

Absolute disaster. Went in for an oil change, and Shawn convinced me that I needed a transmission fluid flush. (I should probably add that there were less than 80k miles on the vehicle at the time.) It took between 5 and 10 minutes but cost a pretty penny for labor, which concerned me right away. I did some research that suggested it could not properly be done that quickly, so I immediately called and spoke to Shawn about my concerns, and he advised that he has been doing this for many years and did it properly. But no. My family is now stuck in Carefree, AZ, waiting to find out if our vans transmission can be salvaged. We will likely be stuck here for days and out $1000+ for the mistake. The culprit: too much transmission fluid. I should have gone with my gut and had someone check Shawns work right away!Sarah C.

Ive been getting my oil and filter changed here at this Marsh & Trinity Mills location for years, and Ive always received great service. Their prices are competitive. They always let me know if they run across anything else that needs to be addressed, but they never try to make me feel pressured to buy anything. They are fast and still dependable with regard to the quality of their work. Happy customer.

My experiences here always exceed expectation. The technicians are knowledgeable, friendly and always ready to answer my questions.

My car needed a diagnostic it was $40 but free if they fixed it. They couldnt find the problem. They told me to take it to the dealer and once I found out they would fix it. The dealer told me what it was. I returned with that info but they didnt know or wanted to fix it. Very friendly service I did get my oil changed for $38. My problem was I needed a fuse box relaced. Overall great place for basic repairs.

Paying for car repairs is not fun. But when it has to be done, it is a whole lot better process with Lube Teck Autocare. My many neighbors who recommended them were right. The communication was outstanding. The prices are reasonable. The work was speedy. I dont want my BMW to break again, but if it does, I will use lube teck auto repair. And thanks to their preventative maintenance, it might not break for a while! Glad to have these folks in my neighborhood.

Excellent service at unbeatable price. I found these guys very professional, efficient and honest when I visited the place for the transmission repair of my Mercedes S550. I was in and out is less than an hour. The mechanic was able to quickly diagnose the fault and I had to pay only half of what a different shop had quoted. I also noticed clean washroom and decent waiting area. Would definitively visit again because the place is worth it despite the fact that it is far from where I live.

After seeing all the great reviews, I decided to drop by to get a quote on a clutch for my 2011 accord. They took the time to help us out and explained my repair options. very honest and down to earth. fair prices and my car feels new again. Thnx!! highly reccomended!

When it comes to Car Servicing then you better check out LUBE TECK Complete Auto Care. I have been a regular customer at this location. The customer service is one notch ahead and plus their price is way beyond. I used to service at Firestone Auto Care earlier but have switch to Lube Teck.

His assistant or manager, Mike, is right up there with him. They even bought my old car, which theyd worked on for many years. We take everything to them with total confidence.

Transmission on my 2012 BMW went out. They replaced it $600 less then other shops. Honest and fair prices. Mechanics did great job.

Great service from the guys at this location! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and very quick service. Only had an oil change but these guys had me in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. Justin the cashier was helpful and friendly, and never tried to up sell or get me to purchase any additional services or products, and made sure I knew that all the vehicle systems were working correctly and in good shape. Will definitely return in the future.

The person attending the front office was courteous and friendly. I dropped off my car and a short time later they examined my car and called to inform me of my oil options and that I needed my transmission fluid changed. Had a great experience with this place.We had been looking for a mechanic to fix our squeaking belts problem.Called around to a bunch of places that told us what the problem sounded like and the charges were in the thousands with at least a 2 week waiting period. Kind of hard to do just drop that much money when you are in a bind.Called Mike at Lube Teck and he quoted us a decent price along with a reasonable time.Dropped off my 08 Kia at 8am and had her fixed and working by 4pm.We also had a few other questions to ask him about possible future work. Mike answered all our questions with satisfactory results.Mike and his staff were courteous and professional.We will definitely be going back to Lube Teck for all our auto needs.

Open on the weekends and offer deals for oil changes. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they completed my oil change. They were able to answer and address my questions and concerns and seemed like really nice, honest, and simple guys.

I am very skeptical of auto repair shops, and I do my best to read reviews before I take my car anywhere to get work done.That being said, I have had to spend about $1,700 on car repair in the last few months, due to my vehicle getting older, and it was just time. Ive taken my car to Lube Teck each time, because the experience has been great.Theyre informative and helpful, and they do good work. They diagnosed an issue with my radiator cap, and just gave me one.And the last time I was there, I was pulling out and the owner flagged me down. Hed noticed one of my brake lights were out. Within 5 minutes, they put a new one in for free, and sent me on my way.If youre into good ol boy car shops that will treat you right, this is the place for you.

At one time, I was a repeat customer. Three years ago, I came here to replace a head lamp. Before I left, I noticed on the hood of my truck, two deep long scratches. I brought it to the attention to the mechanic. He swore up and down it didnt happen at his shop. Two separate people claimed to be the owner (not sure how that works). Nothing was done to keep me as a customer.I made the mistake to stop in today for a 30 minute, $30 oil change. Dealing with the same short mechanic as three years ago. After the oil change, I was told my truck wouldnt run and needed a $350 repair. At the same time, this guy complimented my watch (awkward). This guy claiming to be the owner (same guy from three years ago) tells me my truck isnt moving unless I pay for the part. Great way of doing business. After the repair, the owner refused to give me a receipt for the install. During all this, in the waiting room, the owner comes in and nickle and dimes the other guy for new repairs sitting next to me. This guy informs me, he is a regular and has no choice but to come here. However, he brings his own parts for this place to install for this reason.This is a very unprofessional business. It appears their way of business hasnt changed in the last three years. This visit ended in shouting, name calling, and the owner telling me his bling on his wrist (his watch) had more pop than mine.This owner or who claims to be the owner (the short guy) is a weasel. Very unprofessional. This company needs to drug test him because nobody can get that wired off coffee. DO NOT GO HERE!

Used to be a good place with good prices and trustworthy the new staff they have now are very rude and they tell you all these lies to get you to spend a lot of money on stuff you dont need. You go there for a simple oil change and they say they only have the expensive oil and if you do end up doing it they find something wrong with your car just to make extra money. Not a good place to go at all anymore.

They saved me over $500 bucks on rebuilding my transmission. Michael and the guys do a great job, and they always shoot ya straight. For basic oil changes to major repairs i recommend these guys.

Stay far away from this place! Took my car to replace bushings no big deal. I picked up my car at closing time. I should have test drove it before I payed because the engine ran horrible and it ran perfect before I gave it to them. Of course when I brought it back the next day they were all to eager to work on it and charge me but I told them it ran perfect when I gave it to you now I have a car that runs like a jollopy. I had a bad feeling and took it back home popped the hood and I replaced all 8 spark plugs but still had the same issue so I went to Auto Zone and they put it on their computer and said 2 cylinders are not firing so I replaced both coil packs still the car ran terrible. Turns out their mechanic UNPLUGGED the wire connector to 2 fuel injectors! So after I spent 150 additional dollars. I simply reconnected the 2 plugs and now my car runs perfect. Rat bastards really tried to scam me

They were recommended by my neighbor and I am so thankful . Had my oil leak fixed and shocks changed on my BMW with them. Almost half the price from dealer.

Not honest:1) My coolant is leaking, they told me the repair cost is at least $300. I checked and found only the washer need to be replaced. I did the job by myself, my part cost is $5, work time is only less than 30 minute.2) They said my van differential oil need to be changed. I said please did it. The correct way to change is: uninstall the cove to drain the old oil, clean the gears, install the cover , fill in new oil and screw the plug. What they did is: insert a tube to suck some oil and fill in new oil. I said why you did this way, the boss said it was a new way. I went home and found the description of the change method on invoice is the same as what I wanted and different from what they did.3) Their brake oil change is also sucking method, the correct way is more complicated than this.A group of cheaters!

I went up there to get a starter and relay replaced on my Acura. A week later I had the same problem with my car not starting. I took it back here and Mike handled the situation very professionally. Replaced all the pieces and made sure my car started throughout the day. Very impressive customer service, I recommend.

Sean and Mike are honest and the prices are right... Ive had my car in there a few times and they always recommend the right things to fix if needed... I had a rattle when my car was idling... Had them clean my IACV, Throttle body and change my oil... They noticed my motor mounts were bad and told me that was the rough idle problem... Got those done and no more shake on idle, better gas mileage and a more responsive ride when I hit the gas... Cannot Recommend them enough.

This is my go to place for an oil change since I’ve moved to this area. I went this morning there was one man standing under the hood of a car on the phone when I pulled up. He looked at me made a phone and stayed there I’m thinking okay maybe he will come in a few minutes or maybe someone else is coming out. sat there for 5 minutes and he completely ignored me so I had to go else where complete frustrationall I wanted was an oil change 🙄

So Ive been coming to this place for two years getting my oil changed and never experienced an issue.Recently i was having car issues so Id thought i give them a try.I was given two diagnostics which turned out to be incorrect.I paid them over $700.00 to find out that they fixed the wrong issue.Now, me being a young woman i started to feel like they were testing my intelligence and screwing me over based on inexperience; which is very saddening considering that i THOUGHT that i could trust them.I had to stay in contact with them for two wks after the fact it was fixed because it was a sometimey start up situation.Come to find out it was something as simple as me having a bad starter.You would think after all of this trouble that i could simply get my new starter...NO!...i was expected to pay even more money for my vehicle that was never fixed in the first place.Be vary cautious of these janky shops especially women because they obviously dont care about you and they WILL screw you over if they believe that they can.The trust is gone,never again.
