20 for an oil change I was looking to pay up to 60.. no options for that. They said it was done but they didn’t replace the filter so I asked if they could and it was all black and disgusting. Plus they ended up putting too much oil in my car I’m finding out months later. No consideration. Love the price but I can’t go back, said they checked all the oils bc I asked but not sure if they really did now

The staff is welcoming and helps you as soon as you drive up. I got an oil change for two vehicles so far and it was only 30 bucks. I will come back again. The service was also really quick. I didnt have to wait too long to get my car back from the oil change and there was no haggling of any kind, just given a flat rate and they followed through

I will always come here first for any car needs. The guys here are honest and trustworthy! I have come for multiple oil changes during lunch and they are fast and efficient. I have visited them twice for different check engine lights. Once they fixed within minutes and the other time they were honest about my options to repair. I will keep coming back!

One of my favorite places to take my car when I have to. The mechanics here have shown me wheee another mechanic charged for things they shouldn’t have. I’ve compared prices and they’re competitive enough that they’re usually more affordable, but if they aren’t they’re still worth it.

If I could give 0 stars and leave a review I most definitely would. The owner Moe and his brother in law are the rudest ever. I went in for an oil change and to get my alignment checked. Moe came out with a quote and started pointing out items so I asked how much and he begin to raise his voice at me telling me I need to wait and telling me I could take my car else where. Only because I asked how much. This is my second time having an issue there. The first was his brother in law. He was veryyyyyyyyyy rude to me last year when I took my car for a sensor issue. Moe apologized so I decided to give his business another chance BUT this time. I can say they have lost a loyal customer. I wont tolerate the disrespect. Very unprofessional!

After getting my car towed there by accident, these guys were able to fix my car within a couple of hours, instead of the multiple days that I was guessing. Not only do they know what they are doing, they also offer the lowest prices in DFW when it comes to your vehicle being serviced for basic maintenance to engine pulls. Owner of the place is Moe and he also owns another shop off of Plano Rd./Forest Ln. in Garland. His other siblings run that shop and their dad even helps out!! I hardly ever get my car worked on anywhere else, unless its an emergency. These guys are that good and inexpensive!! Thats a very rare combination in the world today. Tell them Rob sent ya!!

When you do the synthetic oil exchange or any service, they never change the oil filter and they charge you for it, they only remove a part of the oil and they do not remove the filter, is it not recommended to take the car in that place abused with that Arab?

This place is great! I took my car here since it was recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint! They were able to fix my brakes and for a reasonable price. I also had a transmission problem, but they fixed it and my car works like new! My price was fair and the customer service is amazing. The owner is very nice and he makes sure your car is in good shape before you leave! They also do oil changes, state inspections, and a whole lot more! Im very happy to have found a great shop! Honesty and Customer Service is an A+ at this shop! Its the only place I go now and refer all my family and friends here. They are also affordable and go the extra mile. The first time I stopped in I got a used tire put on for a flat but the guy working on my car noticed my tires needed to be rotated and took the back one off too. I was confused at first and was like, I only needed one tire on the front. He said it would be better if we put this one in the back and the other one in the front the way we see the wear on the one we took off. I said, Oh wow, thank you! I had never seen a shop do that on their own. They also noticed the last shop (not them) didnt screw one side of my oil pan back on. They fixed that too! No extra charge. Just the $35 for the one used tire. They have helped alot for my sister also...her car messed up and kept stalling. She was trying to get there after work before they closed and we couldnt do it. When she called the guy said well be here and stayed open over an hour after business hours! That is customer service!

I brought my 99 Miata in because my alternate was out. Thay let me buy my own part and put it on for me. What other shop would do that? Thay even gave me a ride home. They didnt try to sell me anithing didnt need. It was ready the the same day. when I went to pay the bill, it was$10 less than the quote! I wish all mechanics were as honest as they are. LnMy

I had a mechanic that I use to trust for over 10+ years. I recently stopped going to him due to the staff change. I was referred to Mo by a friend so I decided to take my car their yesterday to get serviced. The staff is very friendly and do not low blow you like the rest of the Auto shops in Carrollton. they are honest and trust worthy. Mo has a reputation for being able to fix cars that other auto shops cant seem to figure out. I will continue to do service with Lube and auto and hope that everyone find their way to this shop. check Mo and his team out the service speaks for itself.

If i could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They put the wrong oil filter in my vehicle. This caused five engine codes to go off. The guy told to me bring it in and they would tell me how much it was going to cost to fix!!!!!! The filter they put in goes to a different size engine. This filter was only in the vehicle a few weeks and look how bad it is. They did not offer to fix it or refund my money.Replying to owner....yes it is the correct place and when I called the person who answer was not helpful. I was there 10/4.

Great service. Left my car for repair and Moe makes time to talk with you and only repairs what is necessary unlike other repair shops. If you are looking for an honest repair shop I would definitely recommend this place. Moe will be my go to for auto repairs.

They accidentally catered my cars engine once, then replaced it at no cost to me and provided me with a loaner car while they worked on mine. I love these guys and they know me and my cars on sight. Worth the drive down from Denton.

Poor customer service. Sad to have to say this because Ive been doing business with them for several years now. But I recommended this place to my friend for a simple emergency brake cable replacement. Wasnt done correctly so she went back and waited 2 hrs for a quick adjustment never could get it done after 2. Hrs 15 minutes so she left. Even with an appointment . Very angry with this place . Not recommending this place again ever.

Ive been here multiple times for inspection and that was a smooth in and out process. So my wifes car was acting up and I dropped it off to have them look at it. They told me they would look at it and get back with me by the end of the day. Didnt get a call back, I had to go up there and check in with them and they hadnt looked at it yet. So I was patient with them, they are always very busy up there. Still didnt get a call the following day so I had to call them. The car ended up staying up there over the weekend, even tho it was still drive-able it was just a pain sharing one car and having the wife asking me 20 questions about what was going on with it. The problem was lack of communication. End result was some sensors got replaced and a evap leak was still occuring. They told me to replace the gas cap. I had just replaced the gas cap a few months earlier in an effort to stop the evap code. Later once I got home I determined on my own that it was actually a melted hole in the top of my fuel pump caused by a failed power connector. The car was returned with grease marks on the head liner and door. Im just down the middle on this place, its not terrible by any means, just could have been better communication, missed the cause of the evap leak, left the car dirty.

This place is the slowest auto servicing store Ive been too. First of all, they dont attend to you when you get there, I went for a tire change and they too an hour to replace my tire. Their trick is that they remove your tire and they know you have no option but wait. So they take all the time they want. If you try to talk to them they ignore you and later on ask you to pay 10 dollars so that they put back your old tire and leave. Its a messy, unprofessional place.

I want to say have gone to this place many times loved there service..... any one who knows me I am a hands on person like to see how dirty the oil is when its drained well dont get down and look.... the owner thought I wasnt trusting the work they do and yelled at me. I was listening to some other customer he was having issues with on a check engine light and may be he couldnt yell at him and decided to take it out on me. He asked (yelling) that I get off his property and he wouldnt be servicing me again. I am glad he claimed to be owner because his employees are wonderful and not once have they treated me with disrespect. I am sad they work for someone like this because Im sure he yells at them this way. I always recommended people and bragged about this location but sadly i wont do it any more he might go off on them to!!!

State inspection.....in and out in less than 12 minutes! Not really a comfortable place to wait around if youre getting lengthier work done, but just fine for oil changes and inspections.
