They have amazing service here, i tried to adjust my alignment myself and brought it here to be corrected and they did an excellent job on it especially considering i needed 4 new wheel bearings 2 of which were an emergency. even after replacing the wheel bearings it still rides straight as an arrow. I filled out a survey and they offered me a gift card and when i went to pick up the gift card i asked them to adjust my idle and do a idle relearn procedure and the technician Dylan did an excellent job my car hasnt ran this smooth since i got it, and i tried to give him the gift card as a tip and he insisted that i kept it which was very sweet of him i appreciate the service team here they are definitely the best Ive seen

Bought a Nissan Armada in April from Scott Evans Nissan after my wife finding the color and package she wanted. We should have waited. First and foremost we were promised we would be a customer for life and not be a “number”. It’s now September and we have yet to even get a call from them! It started when we said we would buy the car when we agreed on price etc. That went smoothly for the most part. We had to wait 2 hours to get to the finance manager to finalize paperwork. It took this guy 3 times to get the paperwork correct so more time wasted. The car was not clean and had markings, tape and more stuck to the car and the sales man promised my wife some accessories (small tote bag and a tumbler) and he would bring them home with him (he supposedly lived nearby) as they were locked in a case and no one there had a key. We purchased the extended warranty and now we get a letter stating the paperwork couldn’t be processed! So we paid over $1000 to not get the warranty? Someone there better have some answers or I’m going to the state to get answers plus contact an attorney! Stay away from this car dealership. Go anywhere else to buy a Nissan!

Great overall experience! Andrew was a great salesman and very knowledgeable about their products. Finance guys worked super hard late into the night to get me the best deal possible on the truck I really wanted. No gimmicks or scams like Ive experienced at a lot of dealerships. We had a great experience buying our new car. The trouble came after the check cleared. I was told that our first oil change would be free. I contacted the service dept THREE times and left messages. I went only and spoke to someone through their online chart and was told I would get a call. No one ever called. I ended up going and paying to get an oil change.

I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership. The individual workers were very nice, however overall the communication seems to have some breakdown. The last car sale took 5 hours in the dealership to finalize. Then I left in a car with zero gas. Had to call about the second key (which it turns out there wasnt one) and havent received a tag after 5 weeks.They are short on the phone and would rather transfer a call than deal with a matter. The office seems to have no clue what the sales folk are doing and vice versa. Will not be buying another car from either of these dealerships.

Everyone in the service department was very nice and helpful. I did have a very unpleasant experience trying to get a rental car from Nissan while my Nissan Kicks was getting fixed. The woman I dealt with was very rude. She kept saying the whole time that she “didn’t have all day” and made me feel like I was the biggest inconvenience ever. If I need to drop my car off again I would rather walk several miles home than ever get a rental from Nissan again.

We were there on a Saturday after work, and although it had its ups and downs, the experience overall was good. I like that there was no pressure from the salesman to buy. Gabe Baker was our salesman after Steve had to leave. No complaints other than there needs to be more open communication between employees. We have walked out on several dealerships when there is going back and forth. Just give me the best price and be done with it. I’ll either accept it and purchase the vehicle or I won’t.

I was pleased that I was able to use a coupon there and was able to get a Varsity hot dog that was provided by the dealership. I was not please by the length of time I waited or a simple oil change and tire rotation. I also had to remind the person at the service desk several times about a quote to get my wind shield glass repaired. I was advised to call on Monday for the quote. I did not bother.

These people are the most unprofessional people I think I have ever had dealings with.Theywas rude and treated me so unprofessional , that I was so uncomfortable even being there . I took my car there because advances auto run diagnostics on my rogue and came back with a reading that my car needed a transmission pressure switch , I brought it here and first I’m told that they would have to run their own diagnostics, since advanced auto throws off different codes and told me it would be $160.00 before they even know what’s wrong with it .... I was treated like I wouldn’t be able to pay that amount ??? I inquired about a rental car and again I was treated like I couldn’t pay for a rental car, which I think is disgusting anyways that they make you pay for a rental when they are keeping your car to work on ! Chevrolet dealer just gives you a rental and are the nicest people to work with on repairs ! Needless to say they called me with the diagnosis that my car needed a whole new transmission and it would be around $4,000.00!! That’s nuts my car doesn’t have but 80,000.00 miles on it !! I told them they was outa their mind and I went and got it took it somewhere else and got a 2nd opinion and was told it had 1 dead cell on the battery which can cause different readings so I needed a new battery. They put a new battery in , and my car hasn’t had any problems since !!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE THESE GUYS ARE RIP-OFFS AND THEIR STAFF ARE THE WORST I’ve even dealt with

Usually it takes 45 minutes to an hour to get a oil change. It took 2 hours. I even had a 8 oclock appointment. That was made 2 weeks out. I understand that there might be unseen problems. Someone should of informed me of the situation. I had other appointments that I had to cancel.

We bought a SUV in late December and noticed that it was making a grinding noise as well as you could feel it grinding when you were coming to a stop. It apparently passed the Scott Evans inspection before we bought it, however we asked if we could bring the SUV in about 2 weeks after for them to check it out. They test drove it, looked under the car, and told us there was nothing wrong with it along with they didnt hear any grinding. Fast forward over a month later and it is still making the grinding sound. We took it to a local auto shop and they found our rotors along with the brakes were completely rusted, which needed to be replaced. Now the grinding sound is gone and the braking is smooth. We felt scammed by Scott Evans especially the auto service/maintenance department. I dont know much about vehicles but I would expect a dealership to at least tell us there is rust on the underside of the vehicle I purchased. The sales team is nice and friendly, but be aware of what passing the inspection means. If you plan on purchasing a vehicle from here, I would highly suggest getting a 3rd party inspection before you purchase it.

Unbelievable! I will NEVER visit this dealerships service department again! I came here because they fixed a simple problem that Nissan of Newnan couldnt seem to fix and told several lies about. They gained my trust and I said that I would never go to Nissan of Newnan again... However after my experience yesterday I will never return to Scott Evans Nissan. Ive been taking my car to Nissan of Newnan for 5 years and never, ever has anything come up missing from my car. The giftcards that were stolen from my car have been in there FOREVER, so I know for a fact they were taken while my car was in their possession! My glove box was rambled through, for what I have no idea. I wish I could post the pictures. I keep my car and my glove box very neat so I know it was rambled through. I keep my giftcards in a sandwich bag in the case that holds my owners manual, with the exception of the 2 gas cards, which were also stolen, those were not in the sandwich bag, they were in the case. I guess whoever stole them figured that I wouldnt miss them since they were in the glove box but Im so peculiar with my car I know everything in it. I purposely keep the giftcards in my car and didnt feel I needed to remove them when I dropped my car off for service because as I stated earlier, when I take my car to Nissan of Newnan nothing is ever missing so I held Scott Evans Nissan to the same standards and didnt think anyone would steal my belongings! I am so bothered by this. I mean why steal from a customer?

Need to give a shout out to their service department. Took my Nissan Murano in to repair lift gate. Service technician got on it very quickly and determined the issue quickly. Fortunately it was a minor problem and it was corrected and I was sent on my way with no charge.

1st I went there for a car rental and was charged 150 deposit which is fine. Only had the car for one day and returned it exactly as I rented it. But when the deposit respose to be returned to my bank it was not. I called them and they said the had to keep my deposit because I had smoked in the car which is a bull face lie no 1 in my house smokes and after 4 attempts to a talk to the manager no one called me back my deposit was not return. So if you want your money getting stolen from you then go ahead and rent from Scott Evans.So I want to talk to them because I was looking for a new car and I had $10000 cash and they had the car listed for 11,400 that I wanted. That instead of selling it to me to for 10 they tell me I needed to get finance because Because the cash price was $15300 drive out. Which is $4000 more than the advertised price on their website which is wrong to me. They tell me that I wouldnt get all of the bonuses and incentive which you dont get on a used car anyway so theres ballface light again asked me to finance for 3 months and then pay it off so they could get their bonuses from Nissan finance. Which is completely crazy these people are nothing but crooks both dealings that I had with them theyve stole from me, they lied to me , did a bait and switch deal. If you want a good deal find a personal owner. The The sales manager Bradley is a big crook try to Cape pressuring me into buying something finance something. Dont do it, hes a typical salesman. And He Also promised me that he would take care of my rental refund which Im sure he never even asked about.

Couldnt have been better. Jon and his team in the Service Dept immediately took my car in, promised to call me after the initial inspection to see what was needed. I was in for any scheduled maintenance, but I had no problems to report for them to check.I got a phone call from Jon, who patiently explained what their tech found, and asking if I wanted the work done. I immediately approved all items to be done. Jon advised me of the expected time frame for the work, and, as always, I got the call the work was done as he had stated.

We had been there for several hours and was getting hungry and he even paid for food for us without even knowing if we was going to purchase the car are not. A three hour wait with an appointment for tires and an oil change is excessive.The work was done well, but if its known that the warning lights for said work stay on until the car has run for a while afterwards it would really make sense to either run the car or tell the customer so theyre not receiving their car and then immediately turning around to ask why their warning lights are still on.

I had my 2019 Nissan Armada towed to the dealership because it would not start. I was told it was the battery not the brake switch. I also was told there was no error code so they could not justify in fixing it, but to push hard on the brake to get it started. I got in my vehicle and everything was reset and now my automatic start does not work. I am just frustrated and my vehicle dont have 30,000 miles on it yet.

If you are a woman- AVOID this dealership. I recently was considering buying a new car and I visited this dealership. My salesman Chris was professional and polite, but the pushy sales manager Bradley is stuck in 1953. He literally “mansplained” to me what a lease was. I have purchased MANY vehicles and am the CFO of my company. I am incredibly aware of how leases work as well as finances in general. But he proceeded to waste 15 minutes of my life explaining these things in the most condescending manner, it would have been hilarious if it weren’t so insulting! And here is the kicker- Bradley is much younger than me! So this little snot nosed kid felt superior enough to speak to me that way. What a joke.Oh and they are selling former rental and fleet vehicles which are valued less than a normal used car.When I asked if the car I was looking at was a fleet, I was told no. Yet the carfax proved them to be liars. Avoid this dealership.

Karen went all out to get things done when I needed them. Great job after initially being told the seat belt part could not be delivered for 1 1/2 weeks which was unacceptable because of the safety issues involved. A case is still pending with Nissan about reimbursement of the cost to replace the potentially defective seat belt.Upate: Nissan covered parts and labor for the seat belt even though they were not required to do so! Thanks to Karen, Scott Evans Nissan, and to the Nissan company for their outstanding customer service!

Bought a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder and was told the squealing from the fan would be checked. Apparently that did not happen. The fan motor is bad, the serpentine belt is badly worn, and the brake fluid is black. Now it costing me $1,425 to fix. They also supposedly fix the door handle on my Fiat and it still doesnt work. Very poor service there. Very disappointed. The one on Bankhead Hwy. I want my money back!

Jesse was so friendly and courteous! I had such a terrible experience with nissan of newnan. I bought my car from them 2 months ago. I will always drive out of my way to come back to your service center. I was valued and so were my kids. A woman there gave me change for the candy machine too! I went for an oil change and tire rotation if need. I was told by the gentleman that I had a knot on my tire on the front passenger side. He said he recommended i have it changed but he would preform a tire rotation to put that tire on the back of the car where there was no weight. I was checking around my car today and noticed that the tire was still on the front passenger side of my car. So with that being said I was charged for something that didnt get done and also am very questionable as to if they really even changed my oil, after sitting there for almost 4 hours.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation as well as to pick up a spare tire that was not in the vehicle when I purchased it. The service person that brought out my spare tire was even nice enough to install the tire under my truck. Thank you very much for going above my expectations.

Rudy Knox was the best salesman I’ve ever bought a car from. His sales manager, however, was one of the worst sales managers I’ve ever dealt with. Sylvester. He lied to my face and changed numbers on our deal at least twice after talking with me. Jerry in finance was just as bad. He actually told me that if I take the GAP insurance off, the price of the car would go up. If it wasn’t for Rudy, you all would have lost a sale. I will not be recommending this dealership in the future.
