Great service except maintenance. I have trusted them to do repairs the home we rent from them and when I came home to my garden ruined. I was heartbroken. I had put so much time, money and heart into improving the look of the backyard to find my flowers ripped and most likely dead now. I have never had a problem this disappointing with them before. I felt obligated to let people know if you have a garden or plants to HIDE them or put caution tapw up because the repair man that came today had no respect for my home. The office lady was extremely understanding and i kmow the office will take care of him. I am in shock of the disrespect

I have never dealt with a realty company who never responds to their website or phone calls. The Carrollton office is so unprofessional that I have reached out about three different properties of theirs in the past two weeks with no attempt to help me. I have excellent references and have lived in my current home for ten years. I guess this company only does business when they choose. Most certainly have not done good business with me. Very disappointed and offended

My favorite is Erin. She’s very informative and responsive when it comes to anything about this company. I always appreciate her efforts of getting the job done.

I put $3,000 up front for this unit and I had no fridge for 4 days after I was assured thered be one upon move-in. I made comment of there being no blinds on the windows during the tour and was assured verbally theyd be installed via your meld system. Now I have to buy them myself apparently. Theres evidently no insulation between the floors of the building so I can hear full conversations upstairs along with the kids stomping laps around day and night. The gap under the door separating our units is so large that the children shove their toys through and they come loudly crashing down the stairs into my living space. I have a dog, if she chokes on eating one of their toys and it leads to surgery or worse then I will take legal action. I have to turn on subtitles to understand movies because theyre so loud upstairs. I have to sleep with ear plugs in, despite chronic ear issues, and I still dont get adequate sleep. Ive already had maintenance here constantly for repairs. The latest break being a water leak that caused a crack from my living room to my kitchen along my ceiling that was pouring water on my appliances. The family upstairs used both garbage cans then deliberately left my trash can to not be taken out on trash day. The kids have been caught looking in my windows. It is absolutely EMBARRASSING to have guests over who can also attest to everything Ive stated here. I have virtually no peace despite my legal right to quiet enjoyment of my unit. I work nights and do dangerous work and this is compounded by the issue of getting half as much sleep as I should be getting during the week. This is beyond having a conversation with the other tenants, this is a structural issue that had I known of prior to being here then I wouldnt have rented this unit. THIS HOUSE WAS NOT BUILT FOR TWO FAMILIES AND THE RENOVATIONS TO RENT IT AS SUCH ARE SUBSTANDARD. The lack of urgency from your office in addressing this matter is especially frustrating which is why Im making this a public review now. I paid a lot of money up front and its completely reasonable to expect a certain level of quality of life and attentiveness from your agency of which Ive so far not received. I am deeply unsatisfied and I want a refund of my $1,800 deposit at the end of the month.

Spoke to a representative Erin asked all kinds of questions about qualifications before we applied sounded good . My husband and I applied for a house and gave them all the information they needed just to get denied.People need places to live you need to be more honest about your process .

Those are two wonderful people who in spite of storms and while dodging my mothers chihuahua managed to get the job done right! We rented from Vision for 7 years and was NEVER late on a payment. In August of 2020 the house was hit by lightning and was destroyed. We were told by management to take our salvageable belongings and leave the rest and they would dispose of them when they did repairs. The house was destroyed and needed to be gutted; however, they only repaired the roof leaving the rest of the house untouched. 85 Eleanor Lane in Carrollton is not a safe home to put your family in. They also did not refund our deposit, saying they had to remove our burnt materials after the agreement was made for them to do so.

I have been a tenant with the previous owner of my property for over 7 years, Vision took over the property. I am disappointed because I pay my rent on time and have given them a referral. If you have maintenance issues over the weekend, good luck with getting any service. I have had a heating issue and a plumbing issues, and no service til Monday. The tenant is treated like the property owner. I love the home, but Vision has to do better at handling tenant issues.

Initially things were great with Vision Realty. My fiancé and I found a property that would work great for our family and for our dogs. There a qualifications, those were met (income, credit, etc.). On multiple accounts, I told staff that the breed of dog we have is Rottweiler. I asked staff should I go ahead and do the Pet/Paw Score application and was told “no it’s ok don’t do it yet.” Ok.. mind you I’ve told them we have the Rottweiler breed..A self tour was scheduled for 4:45pm, we went and liked what we saw and the next morning at 8:58am I took the deposit in. We got approved (but it was after the 24/48 timeline they mention) and I had to call often to get status updates. So we start packing...So I asked should I do the pet application, they said yes go ahead and I said ok now are we going to have any issues we have Rott’s. “No it will be fine.”There’s a $20 fee for one profile on the pet scoring page, a $15 fee for the next. So, $35. So I do this and get a paw score of 0. They didn’t understand why in the office. So I get a call saying they usually don’t accept that breed that’s why there was a score of 0.So.. I said but I told you guys what we had the Rottweilers and y’all had me do this app anyway.They checked with insurance and said it was ok as long as we would put up a fence.. cool that was agreed upon.. within the same phone call we were then denied because their insurance wouldn’t cover the dogs on the property.... we can’t get the $35 back because it was a third party website but yet they knew what breed we had and asked us to do the app anyway. “It clearly states on our site the breed restrictions.”Yes and no.. it does state the restrictions not covered by their insurance BUT later statesAND I QUOTE“Please note that the following dog breeds are restricted by landlord insurance policies and you would be required to provide your own pet liability insurance covering the specific dog and naming both our brokerage and the property owner as additional insured on the policy:--Pit bull Terriers—Staffordshire Terriers—Rottweilers “....The list goes on....So we are out $35, our time and we have to unpack.The response was “I’m sorry I’ll have someone look into the website.”It is beyond misleading. If you look at the property you wouldn’t understand why ANY animal would be an issue... plenty of space/land, junked out barn/shed with spray painted obscenities (cursing, male genitalia).. our dogs are outdoor kennel kept and very well mannered and haven’t bitten anyone or any other animal (which is asked on the pet application).....In summary, we are very displeased with Vision Realty and how they went about this process.

Its kind of too much what they want for rent and money making requirements especially nowadays. But other than that its was okay.

Onsite maintenance guy is creepy, they increased rent during a global pandemic, offered no type of assistance or agreed to any type of solution that would be economical for both sides. Kids be kids on the property (ride bike, skate, play outside, ect). Wouldnt recommend this property(hidden creek) to anyone.

Over the weekend, I found a leak under my kitchen sink as well as my upstairs bathroom sink. I immediately filled out a work order and first thing Monday morning I was contacted by Chase who told me that someone would be out that very day! Sure enough, Cody with maintenance came out and fixed both leaks! I have been renting from them for years now and they are all great people (office staff, maintenance, etc) who work very hard to accommodate their tenants and ensure that they are happy!

I have rented from this company twice and I must say, they are AWESOME!! I would have never moved, but my husbands job relocated for a short time and we were forced to. The maintenance man, Coty, did a great job. The new fan is running as it should and the ceiling looks so much better. The moldy smell is also gone already. We were concerned that there was a bigger problem in the attic that was causing the mold but he got up there and ensured everything was alright. He also fixed the roof that was leaking. Despite having to take a couple trips to get all of the materials he’d need to finish the job, he was efficient and professional. Coty did a wonderful job and the ceiling looks great. Thank you!

Ever since I moved in, this management company has been wonderful. Every time I put in a request for maintenance, they reply immediately, not only do they reply but they are quick to fix whatever issue I have at mt earliest convenience no matter how big or small the job might be. They are extremely professional and attentive.My rent at the previous place I lived was significantly higher than what I pay now and the Management company they had was awful. I had to keep calling to get someone to answer me and jobs were left half way done.This has never been the case with Vision Realty & Management. I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends.

I would give NO star, but the review would not be posted.I am a current resident (2016) and have been leasing from them for six months and the experience has not been a pleasant one. The response to work order requests, not for damages to the unit caused by me or my family, but for poor quality work and system failures is awful. When i occupied the home there were minor repairs that I was told during the walk through would be address and they were not addressed until after i had to spend a great deal of frustrating time dealing with the property manager. Windows did not have screens and did not open, awnings and siding on the house needed repairs and the house was not pressure washed and was dirty on the outside. I was told screens were cosmetic and were not going to be replaced. After some back and forth between Lisa and I, the screens were installed, most windows repaired and now open and a poor excuse for pressure washing was performed. Tile in the living room is loose and that has yet to be completed. WELL.... I reported a problem for a couple of weeks now and when the issue escalated over the weekend, the property manager, Lisa, wanted to go back and forth arguing semantics about what and how I made the report and offer excuses about why the issue was not addressed as a priority. After a long and frustrating conversation with Lisa about an issue that could have been prevented is now made worse for me and my family.I would not recommend anyone renting from them and if i owned a property, i would not list my property with them. I have looked on the tax assessors website and saw Vision owns the unit i am renting. Otherwise, i would have let the owner know the type of poor service I have received.

I have been trying to get in touch with this company for months! Ive found 4+ homes that my husband and I would LOVE to look at but every time I call and leave a voicemail no one ever calls me back!

I find everyone working at Vision Reality has been very kind and are very good about repairs. So far, 3 years here, we havent had any complaints about the maintenance people or staff.

Never rented from a management company before so we were concerned, but this company has been great! Quick online work order request, can speak directly through text with the contractors. They maintain good contact. Worker showed up for appointment time, worked quickly and took care of the problem immediately. They then updated the work order so it texted me the exact issue and what he did to resolve it. Very satisfied with VR&M.

This company does not tell you everything up front. We got lied to twice and got denied the first time from a 100 dollars less we didnt make and then when we did find a cheaper house they denied us for that to and have not yet told us why we got denied for that one. Bad company to go through!

Id give them a 0 if I could! We put down $1,141 on a house. And we were told we cant legally live in it after code enforcement checked it out. And they wont give us our money back!!!! Everyone beware!!!!

I was kick out because they said i broke my lease by adding in my newborn baby then i tried renting a house a from them they told me that i couldnt rent from them because i kept my walls nasty and the carpet was mess up i mean when you got three little kids and a newborn baby things are going to get mess up. So i tried applying for other places and vision realty and managerment told them that i kept a nasty house i would NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE
