Saturday my husband and I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee L from Jamison Jeffers. Jamison is an amazing salesman he was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy. We are not the type of people to show up and buy the same day. It took nearly a week and 3 or 4 trips over to the dealership to decide what the right vehicle for us was. Once we decided it was quick and easy. Trent McGuire the GSM was friendly attentative and made sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend Jamison Jeffers and Cox Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram.

This dealership is 1 of the best in NC that I have ever encountered. I went to have the oil changed and tires rotated in my parents jeep. I drove right up to the service department doors where I was waived in, and they had me in and out of there within the hour. The staff is very friendly, and they have a super clean bathroom and waiting area in their service department.

This is where I take my company fleet vehicle for maintenance, and Ive had no issues at all. Everyone is very friendly and professional. They also get the work done quickly.The last time I was there they were very busy, about 5 people in front of me, and they still got everyone done pretty quickly.

Dropped our Jeep off for servicing the A/C. I got a call from Brandon a few hours later with a report on what they found and a cost estimate. No high pressure, just the facts and advice on what else might be a good idea to replace while they have it apart. Ill update this when we see how effective the repair is.

My husband and I were traveling from out of state when our vehicle decided to die on the side of the highway. We had our vehicle towed to Beeklar and had nothing but an amazing experience with them. Anytime we called and spoke with Mike he kept us updated on what was going on and was honest with us. We needed our vehicle done within a few days time frame and they did just that. Really had a bad experience at a different dealership and really wasnt looking for a jeep but stopped in to Cox Chrysler and Jeep in Burlington just to see what they had I looked through the lot undisturbed and then went into the sells office I was greeted with by a sales rep who immediately made me feel comfortable, I told him about the two Jeep Grand Cherokees that I had looked at and that I would be trading in my vehicle as part of the deal and let me tell you that was all it took the salesman was so well versed on the Jeeps that I could not come up with a question that he could not answer, I left that dealership with a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee feeling like someone actually cared about what I wanted yes I got a fantastic deal and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Our service was prompt and efficient. We were very worried as a previous quote from another service place was around $2500. Cox was able to run a diagnostic and, not only fix the initial problem, but provide a service to ensure we didnt have the same problem again. Best of all, the cost was much more reasonable for us! Would definitely recommend!

They did a great job of identifying what was covered under warranty to make sure that everything that needed to be repaired that was covered would be done correctly. They also made sure my 100K check up got done in the time that my car was in the shop. I wish they had been a little more communicative about the progress on my vehicle after they touched base late in the day I dropped it off. They had to return some parts that were under warranty, so how quickly those came back was out of their control. They did finish well ahead of the schedule they had told me was worst case scenario. The work done was thoroughly completed, and very professionally installed.

I went to test drive a 2021 Ram. On the website it said you get a $75 gift card to test drive a vehicle. I turned in the proper paper work when I went to test drive the truck. Salesperson had no real knowledge of the vehicles and features and 3 weeks after the visit still no gift card. I have called 5 times and every time they tell me that they will get me the card. Poor service and they dont follow through with what they say.

**Updated**After posting this review and giving them 2 stars originally, I was incredibly pleased and surprised to receive a call from their Director of Service, Justin, who was very apologetic and willing to do anything possible to regain my confidence and business. I was so happy to hear that. He addressed each of my issues and offered concierge-level service to fix all the issues. I will absolutely be returning for future car purchases and service. Thank you, Justin!***previously***Numerous issues with service.... had the service agent tell me that my extended warranty was expired. It wasnt.Had service done. They didnt reconnect the horn. Left some screws on the vents under the hood. And they did NOT wash the vehicle even though spent $2500+ there. When I complained, they wanted me to drive (40 mins) back out there and wait for some unknown amount of time to fix everything. No thank you. Only reason I gave them 2 stars is that they fixed the problems with my car (that shouldnt have been problems for a car with less than 100K miles on it).

First and foremost this place was incredible. Great customer service in a timely manner. My story recently was I was heading to Georgia from Virginia and my car started overheating around Burlington NC, I recently had it service at another Dodge dealership in Virginia in preparation for my road trip. Anyway, I googled them and they where about 8 miles away, I made it to their location and instantly they jumped on to figure the problem out. Even though it cost me alot of money to get it fixed they did everything and I mean everything to cut the cost down. Chris and Ashley are impeccable and they took much care of me and my son. Offered me services and kept me updated. With the amount of work they already had going on they pushed me to the front. My trip was not what I expected but they ensured me and my family returned home safely with the services they provided for my truck. If I lived near by I would always take my vehicle to them especially seeing I treat my truck like my child anyway lol. Much more to my story but these guys and their business they provide are more than a 5 star rating. Thank You guys so much

I bought my car here and always get good service for it here. For me, its almost impossible to find babysitters as me and my wife work opposite schedules. With Nichols recent renovation they included a childrens play room that is generous in space. This makes it so much more comfortable while waiting for service and repair work.

Service Dept.GREAT. Even better now. They have expanded everything that has to do with service. As far as buying a car...they are car sales people. Know what you want to give for the car and stick with it. I love my Charger!
