I called after a noise started on my Jeeps tire on the way to work at 6am. I couldnt figure out where the noise was coming from and was anxiously ready to diagnose it. Ken knew exactly what was going on after I described it to him and was very welcoming in telling me to bring my Jeep in to have a look. He even said dont worry about an appointment!! Luckily my lil rock in between my brakes solved it self after crossing a railroad! I cant thank Ken enough for assuring me he would solve my problem and putting me at ease. If I have any trouble, Im calling Ken!! Thanks again!!

I have purchased several sets of tires here. The last set I was told by one of your folks would be great for a Honda Accord. Yokohama tires. They were the loudest set of tires by far that I have ever owned. I couldnt wait to wear these out so I could replace with a Michelin which I had found to be the best tire for this car. Never again!

I was T boned last summer and my frame got bent that I was unaware of. I got an alignment and that made it worse. Left front tire was wearing down on the inside of the tire and right side was wearing on the outside. It made an incredibly loud and annoying sound so I brought it to the tire center and they rotated my tired for free! They were quick and frind full of knowledge and y way? Thanks Jeff!

Not my first time at Burlington tire but this will be my last. I went 3 weeks ago to get brakes they told me I needed new brakes and rotors after getting those placed on my car, my brakes squeaked the entire time. I went back today to have them fix the problem. I waited 4 hours just for them to put new brakes on my car everyone that came before and after me left in a timely fashion. While I had to wait for them to fix an issue that should have been done properly to begin with. Not only do I feel like they placed cheap parts on my car there is no way the rotors are NEW being that they are half the size of brand new rotors. I paid 250 for all of this. The customer service I recieved today was very inadequate, then men at the counter were flat out rude! Beware of these types of places that have no regard for their customers, well ones such as myself. I would not reccomend this place to anyone after dealing with them through out the years after being treated the way I was today.

Called ahead to ask about tire stock. Was told they had 6 of the tires I wanted available. Drove an hour to get to them because tires are hard to find in the size my truck needs. When I showed up they didn’t have the tires in stock and the alternatives we discussed were $100 more in person than the prices they gave me over the phone. Would not do business with these guys.

I was kept informed throughout the hour long process of getting two new tires, a bad sensor changed out and diagnostics performed. And the price was fantastic. Highly recommend. Not sure how anyone could have a bad experience here.

These guys have good prices on new tires, but when you need something simple like a tire rotation, be prepared to wait a long time. They dont take appointments either. Plus, they take no precautions against covid-19. Nobody is wearing a mask. And Im sure they are not disinfecting anything.

I used this tire center for a 4 wheel alignment. When I drove my vehicle and tried to stop, my car and steering wheel shook and wobbled, mind you it was during bad weather and it was a extremely scary experience (I didn’t know if the wheel was going to come off) and mind you “I did NOT have that problem before I came in for this alignment??🤔 and the kicker is I came back to tire center on Saturday to have them take a look at it, and was turned away and told to bring it back on Monday to have them look at it👎🏻👎🏻😖So I would NOT drive until Monday??? There was no eye contact from the serviceman, just that he could not do nothing until Monday...VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE😡😡😡 Will NEVER GO BACK THERE, EVER.... THEY FAILED TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I COULD HAVE BEEN IN A ACCIDENT CAUSING INJURY TO MYSELF AND OTHERS😢😖😡

Great staff. They are careful to explain necessary repairs. Have been buying here for the past 2.5 yrs. and I feel safe that my tires are good quality as well as backed by a reputable company.

Descent prices for services rendered. However, youd better have plenty of time because theyre extremely slow! 7/18/2017 update - after arriving home from getting new tires put on, I noticed that the center cap from one of my rims was missing. Custom rims, and each cap costs $43.00, and takes at least a month to ship from Japan. Not my first set of tires, and this has never happen since Ive owned my car. TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR AUTO BEFORE, AND AFTER YOU LEAVE THIS BUSINESS!!

I called to get an estimate. The man who answered put me on hold before I finished talking. I stayed on hold listening to their automated message about how important the customer is. Almost 44 minutes later I am still on hold. Finally hangup the phone feeling not that important.

I own a ‘66 Mustang. Jerry aligned the front end the other day and it made a big improvement in the way the car handles. The people who work the counter are also very friendly. I highly recommend this business.

As a new resident, I was looking for a trustworthy car care shop. Other locals suggested the Tire Center. I bought a full set of tires and had them installed. It took only 2 hours on a Monday morning! The price was also very reasonable. I felt treated with respect.

I got 4 brand new tires for my Honda Fit here. I drove all the way from Chapel Hill to Burlington because the prices are unbeatable. Customer service could use some improvement, however. All representatives are older, Caucasian men and some dont seem excited at all to serve clients of color. Had my boyfriend and I not gotten the funny looks, I would totally give 5 stars.

Tire Center has been around for years and is a very trustworthy establishment. The prices on new tires and work is excellent. Definitely the place to go when buying new tires. They are always extremely busy and thats a good sign of a well liked business. Have been buying tires there for a long time and my last purchase was in 7-2019.

I’m February I bought 4 new tires with warranty, within a month or so my back right tire wasn’t holding air, I took my car in explained to the men at the front that my tire wasn’t holding air, waited over a hour for the repair, and the VERY next day, I had the exact same issue, as if the repair wasn’t even made! I’m so disappointed, I have recommended friends and family here because o have always loved the service I get even though the wait is always longer than other places. When I come in on Monday I will be expecting a NEW TIRE, completely.

So took some vacation time for me and my wife to go on a trip and went here to get a alignment new tires and balance oil change and engine air filter before our trip so on way back home speed wasn’t high so didn’t notice any issues now once on highway this thing shakes like crazy the balance is way off so spent all weekend trying to find shops to get another balance everyone is booked this should of been correct the first time....... not to happy about this now having to pay for another wheel balance 😡

Went to Tire Center because my front tire kept loosing air. I had been to Nichols Dodge on several occasions and they kept telling me they had fixed my tire and charged me each time. It was never fixed! Took my car to Tire Center and they fixed my tire and were so nice and friendly. I will buy my next set of tires from them and will also start letting them do my auto repairs. You will not make a mistake by getting them to do your work! Thanks again to all of the guys there!

What was supposed to be four new tires and alignment all the way around which I was told would take a maximum of 2 hours ended with me leaving 4.5 hours later. Be prepared to spend the day when you go here.

Everything was fine until I had to go back 3 times to get the tire pressure light off. Something they should’ve made sure of the first or even second time!! When I went the second time, I left then noticed my steering wheel had a big spot that got rubbed or burned off at the top towards the right. Then the light came on again. I called them, the man said to bring the car to get things situated. Got there and I got told one of the tires had too much air. So that being said they didn’t not check the tires the second time. Then I got told the steering wheel problem was because someone rested their hand there too much??? HOW? When I bought the car that spot was NOT THERE. When I brought the car in this morning THE SPOT WAS NOT THERE!!!!!.Very disappointed.

This place has been here for years and theres a reason why. This is a place you can count on for anything vehicle related. A huge selection of freshly manufactured tires at amazing prices. (They dont sell old tires thats been sitting around a while thats dry rotted.) This place does a lot of business so theres usually a wait but the service you get here is top notch so the wait is irrelevant. Vending machines for a cold drink & a snack while you wait. This is the only garage i go to anywhere around and the only one i trust with anything thats going on with my car. Absolutely love this place whether getting an oil change or a new set of tires This place actually cares about the customer and gives you options. Theyre not out to rip you off as they give you low mid and high prices so that you can decide which way to go. Would recommend to anyone else no worries here as they are one of the best shows that Ive ever been to.

Went here on three separate occasions because of an issue after the first visit that was the fault of the manufacturers, not the Tire Centers. All I can say is I will be driving from Greensboro to these guys from now on. Best experience ever with a tire shop.

If you want the best experience avoid the guys up front ask them for a mechanic, and talk to them. I took my car in for a noise coming out front end, told the people up front there was an issue after having someone else change my struts, guys up front did not relay information to the mechanic. So 600 dollars later I have the same problem I brought it in for.

This a wonderful business. They are very very busy but they have 3 different waiting areas with TVs. All of the employees are very polite to everyone. Customer service is their middle name. I wouldnt trust anyone else.

I took my car in to have work done because the local dealership said that it was going to need over 1,000.00 worth of work done to my car so I took it to the Tire Center – When I picked it up that afternoon they said that would be 123.00 – I didn’t need brakes and rotors. (like the dealership said – They even took pictures on their iPhone to show me – good for at least another year and your oil leak was not valve cover gasket but leaky oil filter that the dealership did. I can’t say enough thank-you for your honesty! I’m a single mom and I appreciate the Tire Center!

Best Tire Prices Period. CRAZY DEALS!Ive been going here for years. They do tend to be a little on the slow side if you sit and wait, But they do good work for good prices. Ive always just dropped my car in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. I send my friends and family here for tires and alignments.

Went in for 4 new tires and a oil change. Ended up waiting 6 HOURS! If you come here I hope you have all day if you need work. Also they didnt balance my tires right and now I have a wobble but they have no time to fix it wouldnt recommend.

I called yesterday and made sure they had the tires I want.....they did and the gentleman. Asked me about what time I would be there? Why? Idk because it is a first come, first serve basis. I got there at 9:15 a m. And I finally was done at 12:15!!!! THEN ON TOP OF WAITING 3 hours and me asking 3 times what is going on, they come out and tell me I am missing a Lugnut! I told them no I am not as I just washed my car and I had them all now at 12:50 p.m. I am at the Jeep dealer getting a lug nut replaced. What a frustrating day to say the least. Maybe if the 5 people standing behind the counter did better follow up with the customers who are waiting it would help. Either that or at least forewarn people it will be a 3 hour wait.Definitely not worth the 100.00 I saved.

I trusted these people with my car, they have broken the oil canister on my car along with screwing up my brakes. Will never ever bring my car back. And how is it that the mechanic that changed my oil knew where I had taken it before I even told him.
