Long Enterprise is always more than accommodating. Ive had a lot of vehicles in the past. Longs treats me awesome! I like when I take my truck to them and ask to fix certain things they always call and say how much itll be and if we should proceed. Then if they find more wrong they get a price and ask if you want to do it now or if it needs done asap or not. While family has gone here and love the service!!

I would 10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone! They are always so friendly and accommodating! And with being a women they never make me feel like Im asking any dumb questions or make me feel uncomfortable!

Had them replace a starter in my 2009 bmw 535i and when I got the car back it was in engine malfunction mode. I called them and told them about it and suggested that maybe they forgot to hook something up and they assured me that they dont do that kind of work there and said they would be happy to look at it for more money. I finally got the time to start back tracking their work myself and wouldnt you know they left a sensor unhooked and also had my vacuum lines miss routed. Needless to say I hooked it up and now have my fast car back no thanks to long automotive.
