Purchased my vehicle in early June. Was skeptical of the warranty since I have been burned in the past by other dealers. Brought my car in today to get a mysterious sound checked out for piece of mind. They looked it over and replaced multiple parts that could have been the issue all free of charge. I was listened to and made to feel like my concerned were warranted. And yes, my car is running perfectly and no extra noises!Edit: Came back for my last part that was ordered. I screwed up and came to my appointment a week early! They still worked me in and were super sweet about it. Now, she is good as new! Not happy about having a car payment again but, super glad I gave this place a shot! Now, I know my car will be ultra reliable come winter time.

Not gonna lie, i was pretty hesitant to go through these guys to get a car. But, oh my god, am i glad i did! Cordell helped me step by step, and made sure i was aware of every single step of the process. He’s freaking awesome to talk to, and makes sure to explain any question you might have, and you never feel bad for asking questions either. The sales representatives are very friendly. We had Abby, who was very upbeat and easy-going. Although it was a lengthy process, (+4 Hours), and the selection was very limited, we were able to drive away with a (new to us) vehicle. They certainly do work to help get you into a car.

The service department here is absolutely amazing! We have had problems with our car (from another dealership) for about 6 months now. 3 new transmissions, months of having our car, and the other place still didn’t have it fixed. Needless to say we were very frustrated. We called these guys to see if they could figure out what was wrong with it and they told us they would get it all figured out for us. We brought it here and they had our car for 2 days and had fixed our computer, alternator, and did an oil change. Honestly immaculate timing! They’re always in a great, joking, positive mood. And they’re awesome to work with. I would definitely recommend using them!

My van broke down yet again on my way to get the down payment for another vehicle. Literally in the bank drive through. The bank personnel were very kind to push it back due to my mobility issues. The sales person at JD Byrider came to the bank to Jumpstart my van and had to do it again when it died on the way there. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful with finding the right vehicle for me. I left there with a vehicle that day. I am very pleased with the vehicle I got. Fast and friendly service!Edit: Just got my first oil change. Had the check engine light on due to the air shutter not working. They took a look at it, found out there was something stuck, took it out, and didnt charge me for it! The free oil changes are great. However, Im really grateful their staff and mechanics really care and go the extra mile to help their customers to the best of their ability. I didnt have to wait very long either! I had talked to someone at Byrider a year or two ago about wanting a Chevy Spark, but never did buy one. I got a text message a week or so ago telling me to they had gotten one in. After all that time they still remembered I wanted one. I drove it home today. They were all very kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make things work for me. It was a nice experience. The salesman, Cordell, was persistent about getting in touch with me. Not pushy just persistent. An all around great experience.

The guys in the shop are awesome guys! Great at working on my car and are quick about getting it in, fixing it, and getting out. They take care of my car and me. Have good personalities and know how to help me.

I really liked working with cordell. He’s was a really nice and funny guy but I do have to say I really wasn’t impressed with the sales lady because she would talk about customers and someone call and after she hung up she was making fun of her. She has really poor customer service skills and a snobby attitude.
