If you’re looking to get tires, look no further. I called multiple different shops to see if they could get me the tires I wanted before the 4th of July and they all said it wouldn’t be possible. Within 24 hours, these guys were able to not only get me the tires I wanted, but get them mounted and balanced as well. Workers are very friendly, helpful and hard working. Rory was a great help.

Extremely helpful and friendly service.Took my new car there for stud replacements and they were very honest on what needed to be done/didnt. Called me each time for updates, never left me wondering what was going on with my vehicle.

First off, employees shouldnt laugh at and taunt customers, especially when those customers have used your shop for years. I guarantee we will NEVER use your services again. I will find a place in the next few days for my tires that you quoted today for more than 1,000 dollars. I will advise my adult children to avoid your shop as well. Granddaughter took car in for oil change no one there took 1 1/2 hours and then told her all the front and rear bushing were bad . Not true we just had alignment done and everything was good.

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly. My grandfather went to Vince Lois for his tire needs. His first auto was a Model T pickup, purchased new. Ive been buying tires from Lois Tire Shop since 1977, that was Rich Lois then. Bought 4 tires today. Bob Lois was there to say hi, as his grandfather Vince was in 1977. The tires will be installed tomorrow. When needed, tire repairs are done right. Ive purchased auto, light truck, grain truck, farm tractor, and lawn tractor tires. If you know what you want, they get it. If you arent sure, they can advise you.

Great place to buy tires. I had a tire that had a slow leak but wasnt certain which one. They had me back on the road in about 30 minutes. I bought my tires there and I got better quality tires for less than someone else quoted for medium quality.

Had a flat tire, close to closing time but they took the time to fix my tire, put back on my truck and put the spare tire away for me. Superb service. I cant thank them enough!!

Performance Tire down the street quoted me $150 to dismount 8 tires and mount 4 tires. After dropping the tires off they wanted to charge up an additional $70. Took my business to Lois Tire shop and they were able to quote me a very reasonable price. Got the tires done the same day and they were able to find a nail in one of the tires and patch it up.

This place is highly Suspicious & Questionable! Took my car here as a young women looking to get front end work done. The mechanic Not only had a difficult time Diagnosing the Problem but also attempted to use Scare Tactics to get me to let him work on my car right away. Both of these are Big Red Flags that everyone should look out for!! I spoke with some locals of Burlington and turns out this place is NOTORIOUS for ripping people off. Who would of guessed with all the warning signs right??

I bought 4 new tires through lois, they never mentioned that if I wanted an alignment I would have to purchase that separately. After a few months my truck started to shake and pull so I went back in and paid for an alignment, which they said was my fault because I didnt specifically request one at the original purchase. A little more than 2 months after the alignment I was driving down the road and my truck started to violently shake. I pulled over and 5 of my 6 lugnuts were missing with 1 bolt snapped off. I checked my other tires and there was 1 lugnut that was loose. I tried to call to inform them that this happened (wasnt looking for anything in return I just wanted to let them know so they might check to see if their mechanic was doing things correctly) and the manager said it was my fault because I didnt come back in after 50 miles to get my lugs retorqued. No one told me that I should come back in to get them retorqued on either visit, but they said it doesnt matter because its on the bottom of the receipt. I will never go through Lois again.

I brought in 2 wheelbarrow tires to be repaired, 1 needed a new inner tube and the other only needed the valve stem fixed they charged me 56.70 for the repairs, I feel ripped off. The one that needed the valve stem fixed only needed to be adjusted. I found out that he charged me the same cost as the one that needed a new inner tube. I debated with the clerk about this and he would not do anything. I would not recommend going to this place for repairs and purchases. You will be overcharged.

Tom helped me out with purchasing a few tire intertubes last minute. Although our plans with then didnt quite work out, the service I received was top notch and I can tell this is a proper shop. Im new in the area and will be coming here for service in the future. Thanks again.

I have been going to Lois for a number of years. I had my headlights repaired today. They are always very nice and polite. As a woman asking for repairs I have had bad experiences in the past with other car repair places. That has never happened with Lois even if my husband comes with me. They do a great job at a reasonable price. Their advice is helpful. I recommend them for services.

Used to do tires for a living went to walmart for my grandmas car needed new tires took them 2 hours to do an oil change and to tell me they couldnt do the tires because they stripped the lug nuts and couldnt get a removable tool on them because of Walmart policy. Took the new tires with me to Lois they got the lug nuts off new tires on with the new lug nuts in an hour. Friendly staff and they actually new what they were talking about. Very impressed with there service.

I love this place. They are helpful, do a great job and have been honest about my needs. Hard to find for women. A lot of places jack up the price or tell us we need things we dont. Its now my go to shop.

I am what is considered a Road Warrior I drive 40k miles per year. As you can imagine maintenance on my vehicle is frequent and very important since my vehicle is my office and without it I cant work. I have confidence in Lois tire shop to maintain my truck. Bob was fantastic to work with, he explained things to me so I was able to make an informed decision about my purchase. Bob even came to get me from Lucky Star restaurant where I went while waiting for it to be my turn. When they were ready to service my car Bob walked over personally and let me know they were ready for me. I am a happy customer.

I had non-automotive tires for my landscaping business (Stump Buster) and needed to have same day service. I drove the distance from Milwaukee as Lois Tire promised me quick turnaround and other tire shops I phoned in the Milwaukee area was 1-2 days. They understood my sense of urgency over the phone and also when I showed up that I needed my old tires taken off & new ones mounted quickly. Their counter staff was courteous, friendly and professional and there prices were competitive. Awesome shop! 4-8-16

Great business with great prices. I have all my tires on my expensive wheels mounted here. They show they care about your parts as if it were theirs. I broke one of my lug keys once and these guys went out of their way to see if they had one that would fit my lugs. Can’t recommend them enough.

Just stopped in for a oil change and free tire rotation. Have been a customer for years ever since they beat the price on tires I was quoted from Sams Club years ago. I bought 4 sets of tires from them sense and love the free rotation and nitrogen fill . Had repair work done hear with no problems also referred other friends and family. Its hard to find a good honest place to take your car or truck these guys been here for a long time you can trust them for all your car and truck tires and services .

We had a flat tire on Route 50 going west toward Lake Geneva, WI. on a Saturday morning. Our car had run flat tires. We called Lois and they said that we should bring our car in to them, they would order a new tire and give us a loaner tire for the weekend. Lois removed and disposed of our flat tire , mounted and installed a used tire for free so we could drive through the weekend. Lois called on Monday to say the new tire was in and they removed their loaner tire and mounted and installed the new tire. Both visits were quick, their facility is very clean and the people were knowledgeable and friendly.

We had driven from Tarpon Springs, Florida all the way up here to visit family for the summer. Our tire had a slow leak all the way and nobody could fix it. Our son told us about Lois Tire. The staff found the leak and fixed it permanently. They are very knowledgeable and run an efficient shop. We will keep coming back to Lois Tire.

The people at Lois Tire Shop are professionals, if you have a problem with your tires they know how to fix it. Plus they do many other auto/truck repairs, and maintenance items. Its much better working with a pro than tire change monkeys, that only concern is volume of sales. Plus they are just nice people.

I brought my truck in for a front end alignment this past week. I was told I needed a new upper ball joint/control arm. The price was high, but I agreed to it for the sake of convenience. The work was performed and the truck had developed a clunk in the front end where the new control arm was installed. This clunk got progressively worse over the week, so I took it upon myself to take off the wheel and have a look around. Turns out one of the two bolts that hold on the control arm was never tightened down. I tightened it, but a mistake like that should NEVER happen. The cable for my abs was not secured correctly either. I will be contacting them about the problem. I presume I will need another alignment now. I will update on how this problem get handled by them.08/26/16 Craig from Lois Tire Shop contacted me about this complaint. He apologized for the problem I had. I brought the truck back to them and they corrected everything. Craig was VERY professional and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the work performed on my vehicle. Although my initial experience was unfortunate, I was pleasantly surprised how well the problem was handled and corrected.

Took me in near closing time for a tire rotation. Friendly and welcoming staff, efficient. Great customer service.

The staff at Lois Tire Shop are helpful, friendly and I received great customer service. They had the tires I needed after looking many places for them and the prices were great. I had a very short wait time and theyre waiting area is comfortable, very clean and accommodating with a coffee bar and vending machines available. We will be returning for any tire needs.

The only disappointment of my visit was that I didn’t get to meet Lois. But, everyone else there was extremely friendly, so I can only assume that Lois would follow suit and be the same. I did however meet Donna. She doesn’t work there... she just shared the waiting area with me. She was a pretty cool, older lady who, when they called her cause her car was ready, popped up out of her seat while saying, “that’s the shizzle!” You don’t get that everywhere you go for an oil change.

I was staying at a resort in Lake Geneva and needed a new tire put on ASAP. They were professional, well-stocked, good with communication, and the wait was much shorter than they said it would be. I expected my tire to be repairable, and when it wasn’t they took me out to the shop to show me exactly why they couldn’t repair it. Well-staffed pros. This is why I prefer to shop local even with auto repairs on vacation, I will never go somewhere like Wal-Mart again for auto repairs where they won’t look you in the eye and will completely ignore you. Price was comparable here anyway.

Bought 4 tires. They didnt have them in stock, so Craig ordered them for me. They were in before the time he told me. The very next early morning. They were also about $10 less expensive then he quoted, which I thought was great. ( just the principle, that it was cheaper then quoted.) I went in right away. They took my car right in. Quoted 45 mins. Was back in my car and driving home in less then 25 mins. Awesome customer service by Craig. He has all my car repair business now. He doesnt even know yet. Over all. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

I spent 2500 on front end repairs and 500 on tires. Upon pick up my truck shook and pitched to right. I called and was told by Tom and Craig shaking is normal so is rattling noise truck safe to drive. I called several more times dissatisfied since I was told after front end repairs, ball joints, brakes and tires it would run very well. Yet it does not. I spoke with Craig he told me he would repair no charge since it was not driving right. I even had an alignment so I could not understand the poor control. Craig told me strut and springs another 700 needed. I feel original work never completed and why wasn’t to noticed during repairs. Why wasn’t it test driven. I believe I was conned. My experience was poor and now 3 days later still no call from company or owner as I requested to resolve issue. I was hoping for resolutionTODAY MARKS DAY #9 SINCE I COMPLAINED TO BUSINESS. I HAVE NOT REVIEVED A RETURN CALL FROM OWNER OR ANYONE ELSE AS OF YET... though their website says they are building lasting relationships with costumers. Seems like it.
