Kinda funny how when its just the GM and a skeleton crew everything gets done correctly and quickly, but when there are 7 people on staff and no GM you dont get the windshield cleaned or tire pressure checked. Got an oil change and inspection today because this has been our trusted store since moving here. I know better than to go on a Thursday now that the good crew is gone.

Got my car serviced here on the 9th of April. All of the staff was very quick, professional, and polite. They were very knowledgeable and made me aware that the previous service center I had went to put the incorrect type of oil in my car. Will definitely be going back.

Needed to get a state inspection over my lunch break, I was in and out within 15 mins. I was also able to stay in my car during the process. Very happy, will definitely come back for future inspections.

My first visit was back in august, 2020. Failed state inspection due to horn not work. Fixed it and passed the next day. Came in today, just spur of the moment for an oil change. They aired up my tires, check all the fluids and made sure my vehicle was good to go! All I wanted was an oil change and they went above and beyond. I will have repeat business with and HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. 1 last comment, Richard (I believe that was his name) took care of me on all 3 visits and does a phenomenal job!! Tells me whats going and informs me of everything at the beginning so there are no surprises. Again, cause of Richard they will have repeat business from me and I will recommend them to others!!!!

Took my car in for an oil change here and a few days later while leaving work noticed a large amount of fresh oil in the parking space. On my way home from work I stopped at an automotive repair shop to see what was going on and sure enough they hadnt screwed the oil plug on tight enough therefore the car leaked 3 quarts of oil out, with only one left in. If I hadnt noticed the oil on the ground I probably would have severely damaged my engine. This is ridiculous for a shop that primarily only does oil changes. I called the manager and he simply said sorry. That was it! Never going back there again and will spread the word for other to go elsewhere also.

Nice clean establishment, employee very helpful with detailed information about necessary car issues. Really help my traveling that weekend, if I needed to stop there in the near future I would.

When I didnt go for the up sale, the attendant informed me he didnt like my make of car. Never had bad service before this and had been multiple times. Odd. Will find a new place.

BEWARE.My husband and I both took in our perfectly working cars for an oil change. A week later, BOTH OF OUR CARS needed new oxygen sensors. I understand that parts go bad and need to be repaired, but I find it suspect that both of our cars had the same check engine error code just a few days after oil changes at the same place.Also, theyll try to upsell you on just about everything.

Went here for an inspection and it was incredibly fast and the employees were nice.

I am not sure what has changed or who but its no longer my go to. They really push the add ons, even when unnecessary. Every time we went in there was some needed expense, can never just be an oil change. Plus they all the sudden switched my oil from synthetic, the whole life of my car 2015 to standard. He said that was what was in it. I have never taken my car anywhere else up to that point. It was absolutely not true and that was the deal breaker for me. Luckily it wasnt as big of a deal as I was worried about but I am assured in some cars it could be.

Waited outside of my car, which is an indication I was in need of service. One employee waved at me while he went to the restroom, but did not inquire about what service I needed for my car. Other employees saw me standing there as well and still, no one asked what I needed. After 10 minutes I left.

My wife took a 2016 Kia minivan in for an oil change. She was told they could not change the oil because they couldnt figure out how to remove the oil plug. There is nothing else that needs to be said here.

They wanted to charge us $37 to change the oil in my vehicle and that was the price with me supplying the oil and filter. WHAT A JOKE!! Avoid this place!
