My mother in-law leased a vehicle from this EXACT DEALERSHIP never missed a payment ever and wanted to buy out her lease. I went with her to the dealership to get this done. Listed on her original lease agreement was the buy out amount plus a purchasing fee of 300.00 totaling 9,000$ when we went to purchase it the final price was 11,560$. They charged a convenience fee for buying out the lease at the same place the car came from!!! 1,000$ convenience fee. I called Hyundai and they told me they never even heard of such a thing. Needless to say we did not go through with the lease purchase from this particular dealership. Be careful because the the Manager is whowrote up the paperwork. I would never steer anyone in the direction of a dealership that takes advantage of little old ladies. She traded in a car with less tan 100,000 miles and they only gave her 2500 for it. I wasnt therr for that or else I would not be writing this review now. Needlessto say...stay away from them.Rob D.

I went in to see if my car was still under warranty because the plastic around the bottom of the drivers seat was broke. Tony took me to the parts dept. to order the part for my seat, after that he said he would call when the part came in to schedule an appointment, but before I could leave Tony came out to my car and said they had the part . He told me that I could leave the car and he would fit me in to fix it. I thought that was just great and when I picked up my car I was very pleased with the job that was done my seat looked new. I hope when it is time for me to bring my car back for maintenance that Tony will be at your service desk, what a great guy.

After my son was in a car accident and totaled his car, I needed to get him a new one. In the current times, buying a car is not ideal right now. The mark up on used cars is crazy and the availability of new cars is scarce. I went to Hyundai city in Burlington and dealt with A. Roman. He was very knowledgable and worked with me to get a price that was within my budget. Everybody at the dealership was very friendly. I would definitely return for future vehicle needs.

Please be careful with this dealership. I bought a vehicle from here back in Feb 2020. While the staff are polite, and the facility and cars are quite nice, they lack integrity. My first experience of employee dishonesty was with the salesman, Mike Falcon. He showed me the car that I purchased with a remote. Upon purchase, he didnt include any remote for the car and when I requested one, he reprogrammed an older, smaller remote telling me that Id have to pay for the remote that he originally showed with the car.When I purchased the car, I also bought the Platinum Coverage warranty, the most comprehensive package with the dealership and have paid for it faithfully every month since. Yesterday, I went to get my car serviced (standard factory maintenance package). I was charged hundreds of dollars for the services that I received including which are covered under my warranty. They have charged me for things in the past that I shouldnt have paid for. They are now working on the correcting the error and refunding months worth of charges that shouldve never been billed. Just be careful and make sure sure to double check your charges; theyre very lax about making sure their charges are correct. Look out for your own pocket book.In addition to that, since the last time my tires were rotated by their service team, my tire light has not turned off. Yesterday, after changing all four tires, the light is still on. Despite pointing this out during my last visit, this was never addressed.

Walked into the dealership June 1st & I was greeted by who turned out to be the best sales associate Bradley Haralson.I told him which model I was interested in and after a thorough demonstration of all the perks I was convinced this was my car. I had a few questions which were answered immediately. Bradley is someone I would highly recommend to anyone interested in a Hyundai. He is professional, knowledgeable & a really nice guy. After a few weeks I called with another question & got my answer.I now have 1200 miles after driving to Cooperstown to see my grandson play a tournament it was the most comfortable, well handled drive I’ve had.I am so happy with my new Kona & thankful to Bradley for all his help.

Lack of communication , purchased a new car and things have gone wrong since the purchase could not get anyone to help me with problems with the car left tons of messages and no help. New car has tons of issues but worst thing is no one will call you back to help you with your problems. Very disappointed that I drove 45 minutes to test a Santa Fe at Hyundai City and was then told (after the test drive) that the price was $4,000 higher than MSRP due to β€œinventory shortages” - I refuse to participate in anything that feels like profiteering during the pandemic. It is just not right so I am taking my business elsewhere. I encourage others to do the same.

If you like being valued as a customer, no BS on the pricing or trade value and knowledgable sales folks that really know the product then you will like Hyundia City! I left a dealership i have been buying cars from for 20 years after being treated like a number, rode over to Hyndia city, and was actually treated like a customer whos bussiness was valued.This car was a present for my wife so i took a card up to Fred the saleman to stick in the car we were picking up later that night. To my suprise when we got there not only was the car prepped and spotless, the card sitting on the stering wheel, but there was a great big red bow on the hood. My wife felt like she was in a Christmas commercial for Hyundi that you see on tv around the hiolidys.The car we purchased the Limited Palisade practically drives itself and Fred went over every function before we left that night making sure my wife was fully set up and understood how everything worked, good job Fred!

I purchased my Palasade almost a year ago and at the time of purchase I inquired about having leather seats installed. I was told that wouldnt be a problem and they would arrange for the service. To date my request has not been fulfilled. Ive been passed off from associate to associate, told that Id be placed at the top of the waiting list, provided dates when a loaner car would become available and sadly the dates came and passed without a single follow up call to confirm when I could expect the services to be completed. This customer service has been distasteful and Im deeply disappointed. I asked if there was another work around and even inquired about seeking another Hyundai dealership for to have the service accomplished? Valued customers deserve honest, clear and concise feedback. Id appreciate that very much.

I recently purchased a brand new SUV from here in March of 2021. I bought it right off the lot with under 20 miles and no previous owner. A service that was promised to me included with the car was the BlueLink package. Unfortunately, there was some hiccups on the dealerships part and they couldnt get the car linked to my possession for the Bluelink. I called blue link customer service and that gentleman was very helpful, but he told me it came down to getting the dealership to fix it. I called the dealership the next day and finally got it contact with someone who could supposedly help me with the issue I was having. He told me he would look into it and call back tomorrow. I called back the next day and he told me he was busy and to text him. Moral of the story, I texted him on three separate occasions and he never answered me, not once. He never gave me a follow up and my Blue Link was still not working. Finally, customer service gave me a super easy fix - it was never that hard. Now I get to use a service that I was promised all along, but was jipped from using for the first 2 1/2 months of owning my brand new vehicle. I do love my car though, it rides great and all the features are amazing. Just unfortunately, my service with Hyundai of Burlington itself did not wow me.I also see, everyone gets a comment back on their review whether good or bad, but mine was skipped over.

I bought my car 2.5 months ago. While the initial process was less painful then most, the interactions AFTER are awful. Details are below, but what it boils down to: great place, great service, dont shop with Fred S.First off, the finance manager - I think her name was Lauren- was AMAZING. If I were just rating her, it would be 5 stars. She was kind, diligent, but made me feel valued.My sales rep (Fred S.) seemed great at first, and I would have recommended him to everyone. But honestly, he lost this dealership their 5 star rating.After I got my car, there were some issues - my cigarette lighters werent working (no big deal, blown fuse, and fixed by the service department), the residual on my Nissan lease that was supposedly paid off during our deal never went through (so I was charged for two months!). I also left a CD in my old car.I reached out to Fred, and he ignored 90% of my emails unless I included the sales manager on the email. He did not follow up to make sure my Nissan lease was paid off. I had to email multiple times to even get proof that they paid it off to pass along to Nissan.He promised to email me as soon as my plates and registration came in, but he didnt. I had to figure it out myself. He promised me he had his CD for me, but now refuses to answer emails and give it back. I was there today for a service appointment and emailed asking him to leave my CD at the sales desk so I could pick it up. No response, and no follow through. So I guess Im out my CD too, even after being promised hed hold it for me. I have no idea, because he now refuses to respond to emails. PLEASE. SEEK ANOTHER SALES REP!

Recently I purchased a new Elantra for my wife, The people who took care of everything did a Amazing job with everything. Then a week later the car was hit by a driver not paying attention. The car was a Christmas gift for my wife. So a week later I called my sales rep Fred Supnick and told him everything and I needed a surprise again and a replacement car. Between Fred and Cassie the financial person they made it all happen for the 2nd time. These are the people I highly recommend for all your car needs. I loved it at first. I bought a 2018 Hyundai Elantra and only had it for 10 days and already having issues. Marc told me to call him if I ever ran into a problem and now no one will answer the phone. My car check engine light came on and it kept jumping when I was sitting at the light. Took it to get serviced and had to call them to even get a update on my car. They said they fixed the issue. Gave me a print out that said they drove my car 1mile and they fixed 3 ignition coils. I returned the loaner took my car not even to the next light and ran into the same issues. I bring the car back and was told Mike would look at my car first thing in the morning. Once again never recieved a phone call. Long story short now Im being told I have 80% water 20% gas in my tank and thats why im running into issues and now I have to pay $500 to fix the problem. Now Im getting a lawyer.

I had a very good experience trading in my old gas guzzler for a 2016 Sonata Hybrid. Marc Dinetz went out of his way to assist me in my purchase. He was had excellent knowledge of the various cars on the lot, whether or not they were hybrids and features of each vehicle,and the type of transmission the various years of Sonatas used, as they have changed.I did not feel pressured to purchase a purchase a vehicle, (even though I clearly needed to)and the process was smooth right through financing.Marc also went out his way to show me the cars technology features the next day after I purchased the vehicle.I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Hyundai has come a long way over the years.

Terrible experience i had with this dealer ship, i inquired about vehicle that was in there inventory via online chat person i spook to i asked if that vehicle have moon roof/sunroof, i was told yes, then i asked them to send me online quote which they did, after sending quotation i was asked via text message if i can make it, i told them if they can come down $1000 more i,ll show up before they closed, i was replied OK come in we will be ready and when you hear ask for Dan or Joe,when i got there sales rap came up to me when he showed me the vehicle there was no sunroof/moon roof when i told the rap that i was told the vehicle have sunroof/moon roof he said i dont know what internet sale people told you, he also dined to give me that $1000. discount even though i showed him the message, Terrible, Terrible, Terrible way of doing business.

A wonderful experience. Process was thorough and painless. Our sales person Mary Jo Baum was beyond outstanding. Not only did she patiently work with us on the sale of our new Hyundai Sonata but she continues to follow-up with me after the sale. Because of her follow-up efforts, she determined we hadnt applied correctly for a $500 incentive that we were entitled to. Not only did she inform us of this missed opportunity but she filled out the application over the phone for us to ensure the request was filed properly. Mary Jo is a veteran sales person who understand the value of relationships. The sale is only part of the total service experience that she provides to her customers. Bravo Mary Jo!! Hyundai City has a terrific sales person working for them!
