Called late in the day needing a hole patched. Richard fit me in, found another punctured tire (I clearly hit some construction debris), got my oil changed, tires fixed and out the door a good price. I’ll definitely be returning to them for my tire needs.

Found this shop to be superb. Every single staff member I interacted with was pleasant. The technician who worked on my vehicle was informative on the front end and at completion. He explained how long it would take and went over his findings 45 minutes later. This was VIP service, and I’m happy I happened upon this ship which will be my choice for vehicle services moving forward.

Made an appointment and went here. The manager is a very nice man who got the job done and his staff was very nice and patient with my vehicle and me. The manager did not want me leaving there without knowing my vehicle was back in pristine condition. This will be the only place I take my vehicle to from now on. I’ve tried this place out several times. It’s funny every SINGLE time I went i called a few days out to make my appointment. Funny how EVERY time I waited OVER AN HOUR for them to finally tell me “we try to work appointments in” I made an appointment for 1pm today. I arrived waited until 1:55 when I saw my car hadn’t been pulled in. He told me “the wait will be no longer then an hour and a half” when I arrived. I let him know I was on my lunch break for work and I didn’t mind waiting 30 more minutes. They never let me know my appointment would be pushed behind everything else they were already doing, and the man at the counter was VERY rude. I will not ever be returning. Poor service and poor communication on their part.

I have retired from doing business with them. Burlington center. They are very good at patronizing their customers and it appears as though they are working hard to get you the best price. However, because Ive had experience with Quality mechanics and scammers in the past 30 years, I see the scammers 100 miles away!They are exactly scammers! How fortunate is it that every time you pay them for service, you get 3 or more problems you NEVER had before taking your vehicle to them?Ive had to return my vehicle over 4 times for the same issue and back a few more times for new issues that are related to the parts they claim have been fixed!However, they are experts at removing themselves from being at fault with the new issues you know that never existed!Now I need to pull my son out of that scamming web!Take my advice and Dont use them unless you enjoy being patronized and getting Railroad sucking you out of every dime and penny.

I recently purchased a Ford Flex, it had 71k miles and is in excellent condition. After about a month, the Flex started making a loud noise that was getting worse. I called Mr. Tire in Burlington and spoke with a gentleman about my problem, his name is Ronald Pickard. Mr. Pickard said if Id come on up, he would do his best to find the problem. I jumped up and went there. When i arrived, i was in the waiting area with another customer, a young lady. I watched and listened as Mr. Pickard patiently explained her situation and how he negotiated with her, to meet her needs because she needed the car and was financially limited. i saw Mr. Pickard take the time to explain the problem, listen to her needs and helped her get going. I asked myself if he would be the same with me. I would find out. So, my Flex had no oil. Mr. Pickard and his technician, Axel, explained to me what the problem was and what the possible repercussions were. They ran all the codes that were turning on the check engine light. Axel and Mr. Pickard suggested adding oil first, to see if the noise would go away and it did. There were still 19 code errors. They both suggested that I drive it to see if there is any improvement. I did so and it ran better, no noise and the codes all cleared. The next morning I looked under the vehicle and there was a puddle of oil. I took it back to Mr. Tire they were able to see that there was a hole in the upper area of the oil filter, from the prior oil change. This situation was an opportunity for Mr. Pickard to really get over on me and try and make some money. He could easily have told me all kinds of lies about engine damage and costly repairs. But that is not what he did. He chose to be upfront and honest and he helped me save a bunch of money, I paid less than $50. He saved me money by keeping my engine from blowing and he saved me money by being honest. What else would you want from your auto serviceman?

I have been with this location through all the name changes and changes of employees. But I wont be coming back to this location any more. As I told them when they was checking me in and before paying that I had a 19.95 coupon figuring he would apply this coupon like they have always done. But nope not this time. Was told to bring it next time I said sir mr tire allows it to be texted to phone its on my phone he says ok and I still dont get my coupon price. So for this reason the fact he lied I wont be back and wont recomend this place any more. 20 plus years of loyalty to this location they lost.

Ron and Dave were awesome! They helped me get into a cheap, but well warrantied set of tires that will last me for 60,000 miles! They were friendly and helpful, and I felt like they were very honest and helpful about their concerns with my vehicle!

I went to get my car inspected, thinking I was going 2 need tires. They inspected the car and I didnt need tires, just an alignment. Very good service, and nice that they were very ethical. I will be going back.

The technician I had was Tony and he seemed very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Super nice guy. I felt comfortable knowing my car was in his hands, especially considering I’ve had a couple bad experiences with this place before. Took about 2 and a half hours for tire rotation, balance and alignment so not horrible. Seems like the manager kept telling people on the phone to come on in when he had 4 appointments in the lobby who’s vehicles didn’t get started near their appointment time. He probably should’ve explained to people calling in that they were behind and there would be a longer than usual wait. One lady had an appt at 8:30 and it was almost 10am before they started her car. Couldn’t have been me. I do appreciate them getting me in. I was there 7 minutes after they opened and they had no issue getting me in quickly. The place does need a clean up job. Bugs walking on floor in waiting area and I’m not sure the carpet has ever been vacuumed. It could just be better looking and more comfortable for those who have a wait ahead

Well I had a 3 o’clock appointment but when I got there the manager Mark had left the shop leaving his two mechanics Tony an I believe Mike to run it answer phones an service cars all by themselves. An instead of turning me away they helped ALOT very polite an funny if it wasn’t for them It I wouldn’t come back they were awesome an quick at there job they need raises both of them.

They put a tire on.Did an ok job.I say ok because I drive a mustang and appearance is what the whole car is about.So when I got home and really looked at the tire,they put 4 big balancers,a.k.a wieghts on the outside of my tire,so it is very visible.So thats why I only gave them 3 stars

Very disappointed! They say first impression is the best impression, this was my first and last visit here! Went in for an inspection at 9:20 was told he had 2 inspections ahead of me, I said no problem. Well 3 1/2 hours at 12:49 they finally had it inspected. The man who waited on told me that the technician was still new and still learning. Trying to throw excuses out there. When he would go outside to look at a car the technicians would come in and complain about him! He did offer me a free oil change, but sorry you had your chance!

If I could I would leave them half a star. I am beyond mad and will never go there again. I call they tell me in 20 mins they’ll take care of me that was told to me at 12:50. I get there give them my keys and I wait patiently. Check outside my car is still sitting there and is 2pm now pretty much they must’ve thought my time was less important because they started on other cars before me I grabbed my keys and left then when I was upset they were going to start on my car.

Elisha had absolutely amazing customer service but seems the shop needs more techs. Shouldn’t have to be turning down oil changes and brake inspections. She could’ve used help at the desk with dealing with multiple customers and the phone.

Manager and employees FIGHTING and CURSING with one another in front of ALL other employees AND CUSTOMERS. Such disrespect and I was ABSOLUTELY appalled. They lost a customers key to their Lexus and the customer just wanted to leave. Instead of helping them leave they continued FIGHTING with a fellow employees over the matter, saying one employee probably stole it and it was the worst experience I have EVER had getting my car serviced. NEVER PLANNING TO RETURN!!

I was driving home a from work a few days ago, realized my car was not driving as it should. I stopped, looked around my car and discovered I had a flat tire. I called Mr. Tire as it was closest in distance. I was welcomed to go in..very near closing time. I went there had my flat plugged. The mechanic went a step above and made certain my spare tire had air in it also! I will return to Mr.Tire as I value professionalism and courtesy!

Ive been to this place a few times in the past and I regret it every time. The manager schedules appointments despite knowing theyre understaffed and 3-4 cars behind. So by the time I arrive for my appointment, Im not seen for 1-2 hours. It also seems like they take on what they want to first as walk-ins are seen with urgency and Im left waiting for hours. They also address things Im not there for, I go there for one thing and when they update me on progress its on something unrelated. When I ask about what Im there for, the manager disappears into the back as if to make you forget. Will not be going back.

Visited the Burlington location for the first time and was very pleased with the service. Went in for a new battery. Battery was installed without a lot of wait time, they checked tire pressure and alternator for me. I will visit the location again!

Ive always thought this was a great place. I remember my mother going back in the day when I was younger. Up until I went to get an alignment and was charged almost 90 bucks for something that the worker didnt want to originally do, and also didnt do to the best of his ability for my money! I was told it comes with a warranty and went back after having some additional work done on my car. A few times actually just to wait around both times for them to tell me once they couldnt do it and, again they could but I would be charged half the original price when I shouldve been getting it for free because the warranty stated that! I will not go back but thanks for referring me to Masseys! Theyll get my money now!

Mr. Tire in Burlington is probably the most unprofessional ever. The assistant manager is a joke. He was in plain clothes running his mouth and ignored me for about 20 minutes. He was too busy chatting with his coworkers. I finally had to ask if anyone was working. He wasn’t apologetic for either for making me wait while he finished his conversation. If I could give it negative stars I would.

This is one of the only places Ive been to that doesnt try to screw me over and they always look for ways to save me money! The customer service is great and they always make sure to explain to me exactly whats going on with my vehicle, which is great for someone like me who doesnt know much about cars.

The young lady working the counter was absolutely fantastic, she was very helpful and probably the best customer service I’ve received in awhile. I came In just to get a quote on some things for my vehicle. She seemed to have a lot being thrown at her at once but she was handling it very well. I’m making this review for her because she deserves some acclamation. I do wan’t to bring something to attention. One of the techs was being very loud and even hollering and cussing outside in the parking lot. He apparently was driving one of the customers vehicles very recklessly in the parking lot and almost hit another vehicle in the process. The only reason I’ll consider doing work with this company is because of that young lady and how she was handling everything. I’d say the tech on the other hand shouldn’t be allowed to work on customers car with the attitude and the recklessness he had

I took my vehicle to Me Tire because I have two warning lights that appeared on my dash that I wanted to have checked out and fixed. And since I was having that checked I decided to have a full service done on my car she I scheduled the appointment. When all was said and done I was extremely upset because they had not done what I wanted done and how it had played out. I was told about all the other customers they had to worry about I stated at that time that he obviously didnt care about my business and once again was told about how many customers he was taking care of. I have only used this shop one other time and had a wonderful experience although it was a different person that I dealt with that day.

Cant think of the guys name that helped me but he had a contaigous personality. He was eager to help and he knew his stuff!! He was pumped from start to finish!
