I scheduled an appointment for an estimate which was quick, smooth and reasonably priced so I scheduled to have the job completed. Prior to drop off I was told that to would take three days to have the job completed. After 4 days I had heard nothing so I called. No one answered the phone (this became a frequent issue) so I left a message but never had a call back. I called back the next day and was asked to wait for a tech to return my call. Late that afternoon he called and said that there was more damage than expected and he needed the insurance contact info again. Two days go by and I’ve heard nothing so I call again multiple times until someone answered. Was told that my car would be ready the next day. Here we are two full weeks later (countless phone calls from me but never initiated by them) and I finally have my car; this took a phone call from me stating that I would be there at 3:30 to pick up my car in no uncertain terms and was told that my car was next in the wash so it would definitely be ready. When I arrived at 4 pm…. My car was “just going into the wash.”The work on my car is excellent, Jasmine who answers the phone is a gem with amazing patience for my zillion phone calls but the lack of communication was extremely frustrating. I understand that all businesses are short handed right now but some simple communication could have made this run much smoother.

They done a great job on the body work and paint, but bed cap was not put back on right.Didn:t get the tri back when promised and no communication with me.Over all they done go work but probably wont go back to them

First experience car was under warranty. Warranty company told Hudson that one of the repairs was not covered. Hudson completed the repairs without getting my authorization. I was expected to pay $600.00 when I complained the amount was dropped to $300. Repairs took day more than estimate. Second experience my wife asked for a quote on repairs she had received a quote from our insurance co. Hudson took the insurance quote but never gave us there quote. Repairs were $700 note than the insurance quote. Took 4 days more than estimate. The did do a good job with the repairs cars look like new.

From start to finish I am so over the top impressed with the staff and workmanship!! Very informative from the initial estimate, to when parts were ordered, to estimated delivery of the completed work. They handled insurance, the rental car process, and always kept me informed! They also delivered the finished repair 4 days earlier than promised. My GTI looks perfect again!

These guys do solid work. Not sure how competitive they are because I ran it through my insurance company, but theyre on time and the quality is good. Plenty of updates and very thorough detailing upon pickup. Car is like brand new.Only thing: make your customers wear masks. If they come into the foyer without a mask, send them outside. Its your right. But dont let customers sit in the foyer blatantly disregarding the safety of your employees and other customers who are taking the proper precautions.

Joe Hudson Collision Center took the smashed up Chevy Equinox that a deer had thrown himself in front of and made it look new again. If there’s ever another collision I’ll definitely use Joe Hudson. I will definitely recommend Joe Hudson to all my friends.

Cox Toyota recommended I get an estimate from Joe Hudsons since their collision expert was out on leave. I received some minor damage from someone backing into my vehicle in a parking lot. All I needed was a ballpark figure so the responsible party could decide if they wanted to pay out of pocket or file insurance. I was told it would be over a week for a simple estimate. I then asked if there was someone else they would recommend since they were so busy and they said they didnt know anyone. I find it hard to believe that a local collision shop doesnt know every other shop in town.......I am in sales and I have sent customers to my competition if I could not meet their needs or timeline. I thought it was unprofessional they could not provide a recommendation since they could not meet my needs. While I am glad they are so busy, I hope they understand business will slow down one day for them as well. I will not recommend them to anyone nor use them if I ever need to in the future. Its a shame I am having to write this review over what could have been an easy answer and possibly saved some future business. I went to another locally owned shop, Woodys, they came right out handled my needs and they will get the business. You can do better Joes.......

This was my third time needing the services of this type repair facility and there was no question as to who I was going to use to repair my vehicle. Everyone from the front office staff to the young man that delivered my vehicle to the front door was very professional and courteous. Most of all, the repairs were done in an exemplary manner and were completed within the estimated time frame. JHCC has my highest recommendations.

The Center did a wonderful job on my deer-collided 2007 Ford Expedition. Not only does it look like new, I was given updates every step of the way as it was repaired. However, this was my first exposure to a mechanic in this part of the state and it was an extremely pleasant one. They did a great job repairing my vehicle following an accident. Darrell Allen did a fantastic job on my car. I was impressed with them from the moment I walked in the extremely nice lobby until the time I picked up my car. The service was impeccable, from looking over my car, answering questions, setting up my rental, and notifying me consistently with updates on the progress of my car. They even finished ahead of schedule! There pricing was also cheaper than other shops I did price comparisons with. When I left with my car I got an oil change and the guy asked how I liked Darrell Allen because he saw their card in my car. I said I loved it. He said they did a great job on my car and he didnt notice a thing! I definitely agree! 5 stars from me!

Just got my car back from them today. They make everything so easy! They handled the insurance & rental car for me! They have their own rental cars there for you to use if needed. Makes it so convenient. Their work is guaranteed for life & my car looks brand new! They even washed my car, shined my tires, & cleaned the inside for me! This shop had my car with some cosmetic damage to the front and left side of my car. There was zero damage to the passenger side of the car yet all the door handles were off the car. They listed a $62 Decal plus labor to install it that had never been on my car. When I looked at the estimate it had my Wifes name on it, not mine. Driving my repairs up double what they should have charged makes me wonder at their motivation. This is sad because the work I saw there was competently done and they had a very reasonable shop rate.

Darrell Allen body shop most recently repaired my 2016 Equinox after it was damaged by another car. It looks like brand new. They also repaired my husbands truck about a year ago and it is perfect as well. Their service is amazing! I am handicapped, and they had the rental car for me delivered to them and ready for me when I brought my car in for repairs. I was also allowed to return it there. This repair business is also a preferred choice of my auto insurance company. Hats off to Darrell Allen

I agree with Janice. I will never go back. I had my car repaired there after hitting a deer. Had to take it back after they didnt do the repairs right the first time. Head light wasnt installed right , the front bumper isnt engaged to the clips, front bumper guard isnt secured on one side, the wheel well skirt body clips werent installed properly, both front fog lights are loose. Literally was missing a body clips in the replacement head light because the fender didnt line up and they tried to force it into position. When that didnt work, I told them I would bring it back for them to have it as long as they needed to fix it right. They literally used a drill to elongate the hole to fit the body clip and tried to deny that they did. I found the plastic shaving from where the drill bit contacted the headlight assembly plastic and the metal shaving they didnt get cleaned up. I have taken pictures. Also went to the dealership. All the cars on the lot have the gap right took pictures and the bumper in the clips. Also guess what, the fog lights dont move on any of them either. Showed it to the mechanics and they agreed that it isnt correct and the hole has been drilled. They literally tried to brush all my complaints off, & say they say me pull on the wheel well cover insinuating I was creating damage, along with saying I shook the fog lights. Like that made them loose. The fog lights on the cars at the dealership you can push on and they dont move. They do fast crappy work and most people wouldnt notice if they dont know cars. This is the second repair I have had to take back to them and they try to blow smoke up your, you know where. Now for my background, my father was city mechanic for 30 years, Im ASE certified, I now currently a mechanic on Jet engines, worked F-16 aircraft before that, and before that worked on cars as an ASE certified mechanic. If you want your car fixed right, and not have it screwed up then dont go there. They couldnt even fix the littlest of things. Attention to detail matters, and they dont pay attention and try to make you feel like your the idiot when you bring the issues of their repairs up to them. Lifetime guarantee on their work doesnt amount to much because they dont do it right. Now, since they drilled into part of the headlight assembly when elongating the hole on the front fender instead of doing the work right. I will have to get a new assembly and a new fender and get someone else to fix all their poor work. I hope USAA bans them after they reevaluate the work and look at their billing. They are just an assembly line for insurance collision claims, trying to go as fast as they can, with not attention to detail.

I had Darrell Allen repair the tail gate on a pick up a few years ago and at that time I thought their customer service was over the top fantastic. No issues with the repair as it was simply replacing the dented tail gate and some light repair to the quarter panel.Last month they repaired almost the entire left side of my brand new F-150 after someone ran down the side of it. I got the truck back in late September and everything looked fine. A week or two ago I noticed a windy sound around the drivers side window or perhaps the door seam. It was WAY louder than it should have been. I went back to Darrell Allen to have them look it. I was really dreading possibly having to work with the other persons insurance company for more repairs. Turns out theres a Ford service note on the door problem. Darrell Allen tightened up the door hinge so it closed better and everything was back to normal. I was in and out in 15 minutes. That by itself was great customer service. I can imagine others trying to charge me a fee for that simple correction. What really set them apart though was that as I was leaving the service rep told me to come back if it happened again and they would tighten up the hinge again because we want to keep you happy. It really doesnt get any better than that.

When i dropped my wrecked (and neglected) truck off to be repaired the receptionist told me when to expect it to be completed, and that it would look as good as new. i laughed/scoffed at her as i knew it would take a lot more then just repairing the damage to make it look anything close to new. well color me impressed because after i saw it waiting for me, i wasnt even sure it was my truck! after driving it for a week i feel like the proud owner of a new truck. unbelievable how well they detailed it after repairing it.

Front desk is short with conversation and unhelpful. Came in as soon as they opened for an estimate on minor repairs while the place was dead told me from Wednesday the next available opportunity would be the following Tuesday day for a 3 minute walk around.If you can’t spare 3 minutes then you’re not worth that money.
