Performance did a great job with my wheel alignment! My steering wheel had been off center by about 5 degrees for a while, and this was the place that finally got it right! This was the third place I had taken the car to for an alignment attempt. The previous two times, I would get the car back just to find that nothing changed, even after they supposedly aligned it, most recently even to my dealership. The difference with Performance is that they actually test drive the vehicle instead of just relying on the numbers. My technician was great, and he was able to replicate what I was observing. They did some further investigating and found that a steering angle was a bit off, which was likely causing the issue. It was so nice that they took the time to do a little more digging. I am delighted that it is finally right! I even got some recommendations about replacing the tires before the coming winter. I am very happy with the service Performance provided, and the price was reasonable, as well as the time in which it was completed. Everyone was very friendly and honest. I would highly recommend Performance for any automotive repairs.

Performance definitely works with integrity. I had an old truck I brought him to be re-aligned. One of the managers came up to me and actually told me that the frame was bent and it really wouldn’t do any good to spend the money for an alignment. However they did fix my other issues and except it expired coupons. A+

The salesman that helped me decide which tires to buy was very knowledgeable and professional. He did not lead me to a specific tire. He told me my choices based on what I told him I wanted in a tire. He pointed out the pluses and minuses of each tire and let me decide without pressure to choose one over the other.The installation of the tires took less than an hour.

When we need service, we use performance . They Do a really good job and have a great staff, so far they have always solved the problem the first time. They are busy so you may half to wait a day or so. Busy is a good sign. There worth the wait .

Sawyer and Andy got me taken care of quick, and recommend new valve stems on my wheels that havent been done since 2008, which is probably going to save my life and at 3$ a corner who can complain. Reasonable pricing and awesome service, will stop here again.

Great service! They had my car alignment completed in 18 minutes, and it was done accurately!!!

If you drive a lowered car and need an alignment do not go here, they may be some of the nicest people and charge a good price for it. But, they will just cause you to go through more tires than you should, leave important bolts out, and lie saying that the car is up to spec.

I received excellent customer service today. Brought in wheels and tires that I had bought elsewhere, and was welcomed as though I had spent the same money in the shop. Good interaction with the service writers and technicians, and paid the price I was quoted. Thanks!

I went in for a 4 wheel alignment on my lowered 2007 Audi S4. They adjusted the rear a little bit still said they couldn’t get it into spec and then they aligned the front to where the wheel is cocked to the left quite a bit and the car pulls to the right. It’s worse than when I took it in. Now I’m out $91 and I have to go get it corrected somewhere else. Waste of time and money.

I got a flat recently and went in expecting that Id have to replace the whole tire, but the mechanics managed to fix it quickly and for a reasonable rate. Everyone was very polite and happy to help, and I would not hesitate to return.

The only place I ever go. Prices always seem reasonable. They always let me know if they notice anything wrong when Im in for routine stuff but really dont pressure you in any way. Great people who seem very knowledgeable and honest, and they always get me in and out pretty quick, no dropping the car off and hounding them for weeks about when itll be finished.

The guys there are always friendly when you walk in the door. Ive always felt they were truthful and honest about what my vehicle needs. In fact our family takes all of our cars there for all types of maintenance. I believe their tires are also fairly priced.

I use Performance Tire for things I cant or wont do on my own. This can range from mounting tires onto rims I already have, to the occasional oil change when Im lazy, to an externally located clutch-slave cylinder I couldnt get off. The guys (and gals) have always been accommodating and friendly. Prices are decent, Ive never felt gouged. Its been several vehicles and several years now, and I will keep going back in the future.

If I could give more stars, I would. They are the best. Always on top of things, fast, thorough, knowledgeable and so so nice and friendly.

I dont even know where to begin with the shop other than do not go there.. went in for simple work. A blinker socket a rear 02 sensor and a/c repair. They claimed to have done a diagnostic but missed a huge hole in my AC line which pissed out all of the fluid they just filled and instead of reimbursing me they were requiring me to have it the line fixed which was fine but Im from out of state and holiday weekend I just wanted a refund so I can have the work completed properly in my home state and not the incompetent highschool34e they hire. After two days of trying to locate this part I find one for the other shop manager to tell me that they will not put in a customer supplied parts and that I would be stuck here until Tuesday another 4 days...All I wanted was a refund for the AC part of the work I payed for...now it appears I will be having to take them to court for my refund and filed complaint against them with the better business Bureau.

Have lived in burlington for about 3 yrs and have driven past dozens of times. Today I was in a bind with a flat. I stopped in not long before closing and what an awesome surprise. They were able to slip me in and were very curteous and absolutely professional. Even though I was skeptical since it was a zero turn mower tire they recognized and knew exactly what was needed and had necessary part on hand. I know I was super lucky to get in so quickly bec this place is always busy. I can see why!!

Stopped in to set up an appointment at this store for my brakes. Told the gentleman at the counter what my problem was with my brakes. He asked If they could pull it in to look at it in case there would be parts to order since it is a Land Rover. Note I did not ask for this, they asked to do it. They ended up wrecking half of my lugs on one side of the vehicle. When I asked about the lugs they trashed I was told by the manager I was getting a free brake inspection and they wouldnt be responsible for the ruined lugs since I was getting the inspection for free. I never asked for a free inspection, that is what they wanted to do. This was horrible by any means of being a decent business. If they would of watched a 4 minute and 33 second utube video they would of learned how to remove them correctly. Shame on me for learning how after the fact.what was I thinking expecting them to know how to remove a tire correctly.

I mostly do all of my own work on my vehicles, but some projects occasionally need to go to a trusted shop- These guys are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I had purchased tires and has them mounted and balanced at the big WM and the balance was off at highway speeds. After 2 trips back to the big WM, still horribly unbalanced! Went to performance tire and they perfecrly balanced the tires for low AND high speeds in 30 mins! It was like a new car again! They take time to explain everything they will be doing and give good options and advice.I live 25 mins away from this shop, and have 4-6 options right down the street, but I honestly dont trust other shops to do good work like these folks do. Highly recommend.
