Pleasant and got the job done-had to wait but once they got to me-it was very quick service.

Arrived very shortly after calling and speaking with someone, only to be completely ignored when I got there. No one in the office, everyone was in the shop with no apparent work happening. After a few minutes, a guy looks through the sliding window at me, only to retreat to the shop with the others. Waited a little longer and still nothing. No hey, how can I help, be right with you, etc. So, just for that I give it one star. The may be great mechanics, but Ill never know now.

Manager was super nice and helpful. Only a 4 star since it took much longer than I expected. Two vehicles ahead of me getting oil changed and it took close to 2 hours.

I used to be very happy with the service. However, we recently had serious issues with our vehicle after a repair. We got a second opinion from a nearby dealership who said the problem could only have happened because of something that the Precision tech did. My wife and I spoke with the manager who insisted they were not responsible. Im sad to say that well take our business elsewhere.

The technician serving vehicle was unhappy and rude. The joung man at the counter was nice. So sorry the technician was having a bad day

I had the worst customer service experience ever in my life there. The manager was rude and unprofessional. One of the technicians broke my door handle. The manager tells me well it has 30 day tags on it so we dont know your car like that. What? The tags dont matter or if you know the car. You are to service people cars and not break it. To try to blame me was not going to work. Dont go there!!!!!

Was told my Jeep has issues that was 100% known it did not have including rear brake cylinder leaking, my shocks in the rear were bad and the issue is it has leaf springs. Extremely incorrect spelling on the check list also told the same on my Honda will not be returning due to dishonestly

I went for a wheel alignment and asked them to check my brakes. They told me my brakes were brand new. A couple of weeks later my rotors are bad. Why lie? If you didn’t want to check them then you should have just said so. I was going to have you do my brakes but I guess you didn’t want my money.

The staff was Awesome they talk to me about what I need to bring my car up to standards. They work in a timely fashion and keep me update on their schedule and alerted when it time to come pick it. They was very pleasant and Josh my Mechanic made me feel safe again in my car. I know he skillfully fixed my car..So grateful for Prescion Tune Auto Care. Went in for a oil change on appointment, waited, finally they take my car back, but of course they end up calling me back to look at my car midway through, they mentioned my oil pan leaking, i’m no expert on cars but i instantly thought about checking where my car was parked last night ( no trace of oil at all ) so i tell the manager Jack B. he insisted it had to have been done previously, first it was could’ve been months ago, then weeks ago, then even last night! so after showing him the picture he was obviously puzzled because now what he was saying was not adding up, so i also had my spark plugs done yesterday, the mechanic said there were NO TRACES OF OIL LEAKING AT ALL! NOW i’m highly irritated, so i called back to let jack know his employee obviously had something to do with whatever is now wrong with my vehicle! FIRST & LAST TIME CUSTOMER ! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I DONT recommend anybody to go there!

Was quoted a price at 1.4 hours labor. The work took 40 minutes. I was still charged for 1.4 hours labor. If this is industry standard then so be it.They do good work and are fast and friendly. Prices seem to be reasonable.

Not keep their words with time and not friendly at all cuz we wait 1 and half hours that they said about 45 min...keep word?

Was there today 10/21/19. They took care of me and were very kind to everyone in the shop. They provide excellent work, quick service, and are staffed with a team of apt professionals. Like usual had a great experience with the boys at precision Tune Auto Care. Matt and his boy did a superior job. On Both state inspection and a premium Oil Change. I had very little wait time. The place got pretty busy while I was there. But both Matt and assistant gave all the came a estimated time of there work being done. As we waited he checked in the lobby and gave updated to people waiting. Also they organized everything so they would have a no problems for on coming customers. Again thanks again for the great service experience.

This place is great. My brakes were grinding and they assessed the problem and fixed it immediately. They were friendly, professional, owner explained everything to me in detail and was able to inform me about future fixes that will need to be done. Excellent service! Great service great people fast and friendly. Had an oil leak fixed and they didnt properly put a hose back which caused my check engine light to come on. I looked under the hood found the problem and reattached the hose were it belonged. Great for oil changes not sure about other repairs.

Wouldnt help us and we were there for over an hour the manager was rude and put others before us weAs also found out after taking the care for service there that they left the car 2 quarts of oil low wasnt showing on the stick you can not tell the manager anything he is rude and believes in putting the customer who was there first last , I know he put at least 5 others ahead of us when asked the same manager why he was not servicing our other car he s Croft ated that we needed to check in we had checked in over 1 hour ago he was just letting us sit there it was our sons car they left the oil low in he wouldnt even service ours we had to go elsewhere the manager is rude and unprofessional. I a DC k for corporate phone number and the district manager he refused to give me either number so when we got home I called back up there I ask him again for those numbers he had a smart lip and hung up DONT GO THERE EITHER.

I recently moved from Oregon to Burlington, NC and I was looking around for the place that would not be outrageously priced and would take care of my vehicle. Ive gone to Precision Tune the past few car repairs Ive needed, and as a person who always calls around and price checks, I would say they have the best prices for some pretty solid experience. Im super appreciative of all the help and quality service Ive received from Matt and the crew.

I took my vehicle here for an oil change, new front tires, and to have my transmission fluid filled up. I knew ahead of time that it was very low and told the manager there when I arrived. He suggested I get the 21 point check with my oil change which would include filling the transmission fluid. I waited for the work to be done. As I was leaving, I saw where the tech had written on the paperwork no trans fluid on dip stick. I already knew that and assumed they had filled it up like I was told. The next day, my car was shifting terribly between gears. I checked my transmission fluid again- STILL NOTHING. They did not fill it up as they assured me they would and could have ruined my transmission because of it! I filled it up myself at that point. Another thing to note is that the manager at this location talks down to his employees and made me feel very uncomfortable with his shaming tone to the very people that do the work for him. At first I was impressed by their great prices, but I will NOT be taking my vehicle back to this location.

This was my first time going here. I was very satisfied with the service and staff. Cost of all work performed was exactly as quoted to me and less than other quotes I checked. I dropped off at 8 am and was called to notify me of completion at 1130 am. I would recommend to friends and will be going here myself from now on.

Very friendly, and no wait. Oil changed and tires rotated in a few minutes. I have a full size 4X4 Crew cab with step bars, they were extra cautious with lifting the truck to change the oil and the rotating the tires. Very professional.

I have been in Burlington going on 3 years and havent found a place that I like more, to work on my car. The GM is always friendly and helpful, the staff is just the same. Theyre always honest and up front about problems they find on my car and always go as far as quoting a price for what they can do to fix it. Ive never had any problems here and will continue to bring my car to them.

Very fast, full service oil change took less than 20 minutes. Nice and clean, a little hard to get in and out of though. They play soaps in the waiting room, but changed to ESPN when I asked.

New to the area and needed wheel alignment and noticed they were running a special. Lucky for me I arrived when a bay was open. Got right on the car and did a great job. The only thing better than their pricing is their service. Staff friendly, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. Example: Lady pulled up while it was raining and came inside needing air in front tire. All the bays full with cars being serviced. She pulled up to the bay, service tech went out in the rain and put air in the tire. No charge, and off she went. Just that fast. Cant speak for others, but 100% satisfied.

I first came here for an oil change and enjoyed the quick service. I came back shortly after for an inspection and again enjoyed the quick, knowledgeable and friendly service, now Matt and his team have earned all my auto business and I happily recommend them to friends and family.

EXCELLENT customer service, went in for an alignment, and the mechanic showed me where my previous mechanic (outside) did a bad job on something, and when he gave me an price to fix it i was amazed that it wasnt crazy expensive they did everything they needed tested it and now i wont go any where else. So glad I didn’t get my car done here. Came with the intention of getting some work done on my car but after getting the quote, I felt the price was to high so needed to talk to my husband first. Because my husband is stationed out the country, I asked can I go home with the quote so I can send it to him and they said no. Never ever heard of a garage not allowing you to take the quote. Fast forward, found a garage that did it at almost half of this places quoted price. I believe they were trying to take advantage of me. Dishonest people and I will make sure I tell others.

Avoid. I knew exactly what I needed . They made me wait 2 hours to riip.my car apart to tell me exactly what I told them. They never ordered the parts for my brakes ,, manager was too busy telling me about his mother in laws illegal baking business and how as a retired Good Day Charlotte chef. I really needed to get with her to start a business.No what i needed was a rental car , he forgot to order that too. However he changed the oil and did a state inspection which were secondary to the brakes.When I went in at 8.30 i explained that my car had been sitting in the garage since January. I am a cancer patient, this was the first day i had been out on my own and I wasnt able to sit there all day. At noon when parts hadnt been ordered and no rental car was delivered I had them put my suv back together.As I am new to the area i just got in the truck till I found Goodyear aka Burlington Tire. It was a miracle, they are amazing.They took my car in immediately, had an enterprise car there in less than 15 minutes. They did more work for less money.Precision wanted over 1000.00 for rear brakes. Goodyear did more work, found a bunch of little things that sitting undriven for a year can do. Fixed everything for 750.00.Not onl_ is my car in perfect condition now , I have a great place now to bring my car. Ill never have to worry if i can trust them, because i can. GO TO GOODYEAR AKA BURLINGTON TIRE
