Great customer service! I took my car here for an inspection and I was in and out in no time. They sent my inspection information right over to DMV, like they said they would. So when I left them to go get my registration card I had an copy of my inspection, just in case it wasn’t in the system yet. However, it was and even the lady at the DMV office gave them praise! She said to continue going to them because most business will take days to send that information over. So I definitely recommend them and I will be returning for other services. Thank you!

Took my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder in to get an oil changed, got my truck back and my ac wasnt working. Was working perfectly fine before the oil changed. I noticed after I left, I immediately called them, and they said bring it back. Took it back just for them to tell me theres nothing they can do. I am beyond livid!

Amazing service.I showed up at 7:30am for an oil change and the mechanic told me they were short staffed. They already had 2 other vehicles in the shop, on top of 3 others waiting. The 2 guys finished my car in less than 30 min and they were just about done with the others as well. I think one of their names was shane and the other guy had a long beard and bald head, so great job guys. If you are from burlington/graham i would highly recommend Xpress Lube. BTW firestone in Burlington is garbage

The manager said the owner will never hire a girl. Even if she is fully qualified. And employee also heard this being said as well. The EEOC will be notified and this will be handled.

This is where I get my oil changed regularly. Fast and honest service. Being a woman, Ive never felt that they treat me any different when oferring suggestions for services.

I usually go here because it convenient and on the way home..Today went by for simple inspection .They had one car in the bay for tire rotation .While the other employees sat around on stools in no hurry to assist you or work on your vehicle. While one young lady ran around dancing around bay no uniform not sure if she even worked there or it was bring you daughter or girlfriend day...Apparrently it was everybody goes on break time and watch customers wait day also. After watching everybody be in no hurry or have any interest in helping anyone I got back in my car went down the road to another business and was in and out in no time..This business lost mine today ..Been going here for 7 years now ,but no longer dont think they would miss it any way.The way business was conducted today,was unprofessional .. not customer friendly or efficient in anyway.

HORRIBLE SERVICE I was referred to this inspection station because they could go below the vehicle and not have to put it on a lift. They turned me down because the onboard diagnostics was too complicated for them on a Porsche Boxter S Roadster. So I left. Then I found out Orange Co. only requires a safety inspection and not onboard diagnostics testing so I went back to the station and again Tristin the manager said he still was refusing to do my inspection. Therefore I will be telling all my friends this is not the place to have your car serviced. Very poor management.

To be Xpress its a long wait. The people is nice but I didnt like that they were waiting on the other cars to take mine out.

They do good work, but they do not have accountability, they broke the key for my car and instead of providing an apology and trying to find a way to fix the problem they blamed it on me saying that it was already broken and that they can’t fix it, which is not true. A plain apology works too, find the solution to a problem not just going the easy way blaming in others. Own it. That’s customer service too. (Blameless/apology) find a solution to a problem.

Men, DO NOT send your wife here. Ladies BEWARE! Told my wife there was no oil in her car to try and scam her into extra additives and flushes. Three different mechanics came to her with different scams. Thankfully she smelled the BS and left.

After being a loyal customer, this place intentionally put a smaller & wrong size filter in my car, which might as well been no filter at all. It was discovered at the next oil change while I was traveling. I will never go to Havoline Xpress Lube again, and I suggest you dont either. They are simply not trustworthy, and can potentially damage your engine!

Went for suppose to be fast inspection. 4 guys wasting time joking around doing absolutely nothing. Finally one of them came with my inspection ticket and said $23 and some change and by the way it failed inspection. I was in total shock. Car was in great condition. Told me to get a new tail light lense. The lens was perfectly fine. He said he saw a speck of moisture that was impossible to see and that everything else was fine. 4 days later I went for another inspection same vechile. Absolutely nothing was found in violation causing it not to pass inspection.I wasted time and money at Havoline Express in Burlington on Maple Ave. This is the 2nd time someone in my family has had unreasonable issues with them. Two different people. We are NEVER going back.
