I live here currently and had maintenance come out twice to fix my refrigerator, it still is currently unfixed and both workers said that it should be completely fine. I am very disappointed as all they did was scrape the ice off which I wet well could have done myself, and spent less then 20 minutes trying to fix it. All the food in my freezer spoiled and I did not receive a follow up yet from Burlington pointe or any accommodations..

I am really disappointed by my decision to move here. If you like peace and quiet you wont get it here. Walls are thin and people will make noise from sun up to sun down. Not outside but inside. Listen to your conversations etc. Buy a house you will be better off.

As a resident of this location for seven years, I can share that our new management has not only begun to turn around and resolve various things that desired attention, but have also done so during what many can say a most challenging time in history, where more than ever our homes have become a central point of focus, safety, and comfort. This place is horrible, do NOT move in or sign lease !! Stuck here for a year with sink and tubs backing up constantly. Even if maintenance snakes the drains they still back up. If you want to have to constantly buy draino then come live in Burlington Pointe!

Wish I knew before moving here. If you live in upstairs apt and and you have someone below you that smokes anything the smell comes up through the floor, vents and wall sockets. If you have kids and/ or want to save your health. Dont move here! They do not have smoke free buildings. The floors crake when you walk, I can only imagine how this sound if you live in a down stairs apt. The toilets constantly back up. Maintenance sucks. Run! Dont move here!

Terrible Maintenance!!!!If there was an option for no stars Id choose it!The maintenance is terrible and they dont want to do any work!Ive been living here for a very long time and this new maintenance is so bad. Ive never seen it so bad ever! Since the new management there have been many times where I request maintenance and nobody comes over to get the job done! This happens all the time!! They have hired unskilled workers and cant get the job done! If I pay rent on time every month I expect my apartment maintenance issues to get fixed. The managers blame it on the maintenance and nothing gets done!

Place does not follow up on issues you are having in your apartment. i have had 4 months of a neighbor actually spray some sort of fumes in my downstairs apartment for 4 months. they came in looked in ac room, walked around the neighbors house once and said nothing going on. in the last 2 months i have fell twice i wake up confused out my mind completely.i was getting so sick was about to have a nervous breakdown. i was told by a employee i could move to another apartment i said great. i am in a mental health program for depression not cause im crazy. also my case manager said i could move she was told by the same employee. now the paper work was drawn up by the state and now the girl that said i could move is no longer there. Michelle who is now in charge tells me now i cant move which was already approved. so instead of letting me move to the same standard apartment i am forced to move and break my lease which was just signed in July one lousy month they cant break or move me. why should someone be forced to go back to a apartment that you actually know is being sprayed with some kind of fumes and cant wake up and is going out of there mind from the dizziness and headaches. and the maintenance also is never on time takes days. THESE ARE CRUEL PEOPLE TO TREAT A PERSON WITH MENTAL ISSUES AND IS DISABLED LIKE A COMPLETE DOG. THANK YOU ALL. I HAVE PICTURES OF ABOUT 50 BUGS SWEPT INTO A PILE THAT THE FUMES KILLED ALL OF THEM.

Man, new owners have made this place terrible. Noise all day long. Cant get a good days rest. They checked a crawl space like 3 times which requires tenants to clear a storage closet . They replaced a roof that was replaced 1 year prior. The new landscapers make a lot of noise but not a nice lawn. The town just cut off the exit point to appease Amazon. Now if you want to go left on rte 130 you have to go 1 mile right and hang a u turn or break a law. Dont think I will renew my lease unless it is an emergency.

I visited this apartment complex today hoping to find a unit that would fit my needs. As I left the very nicely updated leasing office and walked out to see the rental unit, one of the tenants yelled out of the door to the manager that there was no hot water. As we viewed the apartment, it looked like a low budget motel room that needed to be updated years ago. The 2 bedroom apartment is tiny and shabby for the $1240 that they are asking for. You must make 3xs the rent and I cant understand why. I would never choose to live here. Glad I visited, the photos are a complete misrepresentation of the reality.

Mold mold mold, and nothing is done about it, I can never talk or reach management.

Its not that bad, depending on what type of neighbors you have. But beware of rodents in the vents if you live on the 2nd floor!!!

I feel that since aion management has taken over this place has become terrible. A lot of people are moving out, they have been working on this complex since they have taken over, its noisy all day, u cant get any rest, they raised the rent extremely high, on top of the fact that u now have to pay water , sewage, trash ,n insurance, they dont have enough maintance people to handle the property, I have to constantly go in th e off , and Harris them about what needs to get done in my home, they need to hire more maintance ,2 men cant do it!! Im currently looking for somewhere else to rent when my lease is up.

This place is a nightmare!!! Lived here for 8 months with no hot water!!! They have some sort of scam going on with the inspector office I plan to post all of the videos and emails I have of my hellish time at this place dont move here you would be better off homeless thatln dealing with these people management awnser for Everything is Im still going to get paied so IDC and they still exspect to get paied I looked at alot of sites before I moved in and a new company took the place over warning people they are even worse than the 2 star reviews iv seen online stay clear of this place a shelter would be better living conditions

Terrible place to live... apartments are small and notWorth the price on rent... walls are extremely thin i could Hear everything from the neighbors under me. Management was extremely rude on several occasions and even refused to fix the stove in my apartment.

Do not move here ! the maintenance sucks and you get no help around here .
