Safer (and happier!) at home - During this time, theres no place Id rather be, than stuck at home! I love my home, and have been here for over 6 years! I enjoy the quiet neighborhood sitting on my deck or lawn while working from home. I felt safer not having to go elsewhere to do laundry, since we have a washer and dryer in each apartment. There is a wonderful walking / bike trail just behind the apartment buildings. I also like the 24-hour maintenance aspect. I havent had to use them often, but when I did they were extremely quick to respond.

We have been here at West Ridge for almost a year and a half now and its the first time living in an apartment atmosphere for both of us. I really like the spaciousness and layout of our apartment. It accommodates my husband’s handicap needs. The grounds are kept up very well, but I noticed that the further we are located off the street, the less colorful plants that we have. I try to make up for the that by adding color to my patio. Maintenance is very prompt when a request is put in. The Manager has answered any question I have and is always available. Wisconsins Best - West Ridge Apartments in Burlington!!! *****Initially I dreaded relocating and moving from a house to an apartment, but after I visited West Ridge in Burlington over a year ago when I was in the process of trying to find a suitable apartment I was right away impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Tina and Jeremy who patiently answered my questions and assisted with the paperwork. They made the transition go much smoother, and I haven’t regretted moving here. Its just a wonderful place to be, because your home makes such a difference. I would definitely recommend West Ridge Apartments in Burlington Wisconsin as the ideal option for anyone who is tired of the stress of home ownership, but still wants to enjoy all of the amenities of a home, along with peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings.It was also such a thoughtful surprise and really nice touch to be greeted by Tina, the manager, on the first day with a very practical “Welcome to West Ridge” tote bag which included not only goodies from Chocolate City (Burlington) and other useful items, but also valuable information about the apartments and general area, such as stores, things to do etc. which is especially helpful for anyone relocating from another state or area.The apartments are spacious, clean, with large closets and attractive decor. Having your own washer and dryer in the unit is so convenient, not to mention having your own balcony or porch and attached garage, as well as a separate entrance for each tenant. The grounds are beautifully maintained in the Summer, and kept plowed and salted in the Winter. The entire complex is park-like and well designed, and the little pond with the waterfall is so relaxing and beautiful to look at, especially during these trying times.If any type of maintenance needs to be done, Tina and Jeremy always respond quickly and expertly. They are both courteous and responsive to questions, and keep tenants informed at all times. They are very professional and make a great team. I am also impressed by the safety standards of the apartments, such as fire and smoke alarms, which is not always the case in other places.Kudos to Tina and Jeremy for being an exceptional management team that truly makes a difference because they care about the residents and the place, and I hope they will remain here so that West Ridge can maintain its unique character that sets it apart from most other apartment complexes. When we made the hard decision to downsize and give up our home, we looked at several facilities. We are truly glad we moved into Westridge Apartments. The apartment not only has all the aspects we were looking for, but it feels like a home and not just an apartment, with the outside entrance to walk directly into our place and not walk down a hall to find it like a hotel. We enjoy the garage with all the space for storage and the huge walk-in closet in the master bedroom. We enjoy the open area between the kitchen, dining area, and living room so that when we do have company, no matter where they sit - living room couch, dining room table, or in the kitchen while getting the dinner on - we can all join in the conversation. But the best part of all with living here at Westridge Apartments is the excellent and courteous service we receive from Tina and Jeremy. They not only are always friendly, but if there should be a problem, it is solved immediately. I am amazed at how professional and polite they can be when some residents show them no respect what so ever. We have adjusted to our downsizing because we feel like its our home here.

This is the first time weve ever lived in an apartment. My wife and I are currently between houses and weve been living here for almost 2 years. When we were looking for a place to live, we wanted to find something that would allow us to maintain as many of the features we had living in our old house. West Ridge Luxury Apartment was the perfect choice. Its quiet, spacious, beautiful, reasonably affordable, family-friendly, safe, and boasts a kind community. These units are condo-style units at a very reasonable price. You get a private entrance and a private garage. The sound-proofing in the building is immaculate; we very rarely hear the neighbors. On the subject of neighbors, ours are very friendly. Tina is very kind, helpful, prompt, and considerate. While we dont have a lot of issues, shes handled the ones weve had very quickly. Jeremy (maintenance) is very kind, helpful, prompt, knowledgeable, and skilled. The response time is excellent. Most issues are resolved the next weekday and many of them are resolved the same weekday. Our experience with West Ridge Luxury Apartments has been an excellent one. Its made our house-to-house transition much easier and manageable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

All around great experience with the Tina and Jeremy here at West Ridge. They both invest time and care into providing an environment that is courteous, friendly, and a wonderful place to call home. Both are incredibly responsive to questions, repairs, and the various needs of their tenants. The ground maintenance in the winter is reliable and thorough keeping our safety as a top priority. Throughout the rest of the seasons, it is maintained with care for beauty as the views really reflect a sense of peace. The floor plans are spacious. Having a garage and a parking space allows for flexibility in storage needs and vehicle protection during the winter months. The safety checks performed are very much appreciated and increases my sense of security. The newsletter and Facebook page reflects their desire to invest in the Burlington community. Communicating to us with Burlingtons new (Hot Chocolate Fest) and traditional (Chocolate Fest) festivals, events, and philanthropic group activities of Burlington provides me with the opportunity to make new connections and enjoy what my community has to offer.

“from the moment i saw the add and called Tina i felt respected and welcome. she helped me get my info turned in and worked with me for the move in date as well as did a fantastic job of being fast with responses and friendly if i had questions. Jeremy does a fantastic job of responding in a timely manner if you have issues and there both easy to contact. the units them selves are very spacious and cozy, as well as have everything you need plus a few bonus things that add to the spice of life .

These are great apartments! The property management company and the staff that run these apartments are great and easy to work with. They really do care about their tenants and providing nice housing at affordable rates.

Dishonest office staff. Do not consider this place for a retiree you care about: West Ridge overcharges for accessible apartments and steals the security deposit from the deceased.

I love the private entrance, open floor plan, and attached garage. Very well maintained with great communication from property management.

I miss Brett. The new manager is unorganized and misinformed. Slow to respond to emergencies, and quick to pull out some BS policy infraction. No outdoor decorations like pumpkins, Christmas lights, or even a welcome mat. You have to get your car moved before 9 or they will fine you.

Nice apartments. Out of my price range.
