Kimball Towers is a great place to live! My family has lived here for the past 18 months and unfortunately we will be moving due to an out of state move. When we signed our initial lease, we were sold by the modern apartments (fantastic view too), solid building construction and good amenities (pool, gym and above all - covered parking garage). By the time we renewed our lease, our decision was primarily based on the exceptional staff. The manager, Patricia, cares about her customers and is easy to work with. When we moved in, Tara was our property associate and she was great, always went out of her way to help us in any way she could. Recently, she was promoted and moved to a different property. However, the new associates, Bridget and Billy, are doing a great job and made the transition appear seamlessly. They always greet us with a smile and are very welcoming. Finally, the maintenance staff led by Freddie is simply phenomenal. Freddies team is very quick to respond and always performed maintenance without cutting corners. One more thing to note, most residents are considerate and quiet. Also, the walls appear to be pretty solid. Bottom line - great choice to live!

This place has problems. There are so many 5 star reviews that it’s impossible not to have “tenants”, when there is absolutely no verification. Freddie/certain office personnel passed out flyers asking for reviews after service.There is still a revolving staff problem, water contamination of ecoli and the management sends email out 3 days too late. Smoking tenants, maintenance perhaps, Freddie is a nice enough guy, but he unfortunately hasn’t been trained on certain technology such as HVAC. They can’t get a tech guy out here to fix basic needs. There is no visitor parking, please understand what that’s like when you try to have one visitor, never mind a gathering. Never heard an leasing agent tell us that or see it in the lease. Just too many problems and no answers. Wow! To be told becleasing agent Jen, that literally there is no parking unless we want to pay for a third space in garage, for a visitor! Nonsense! The place is falling apart!

We have been at Kimball Towers for over 10 years and obviously are very happy here! The maintenance team led by Fred is excellent. He always attends to our service requests quickly which is a big plus and helps keep our apartment well maintained. The staff is also very pleasant to deal with and addresses any questions or concerns in a timely fashion. We would love to see some renovations to the common areas as well as minor upgrades to our own apartment since we have been in it for some time.

It is so hard to find an apartment in Burlington that meets comfort, space, affordable, and utilities included. It’s a needle and a hay stack that I’m looking for but Kimball is my needle! Jen was SO helpful to my wife and I. I always felt rushed out of my tours when I began my search in Burlington. You could tell right away Jen was listening and trying to help us find an apartment. I leased a few weeks ago and I can’t wait to move in.

Five years ago when I first moved to greater Boston I never thought that I would have stayed at Kimball Towers for 5 years. Pat, the property manager is nice, detail oriented, professional and helpful. Pat and her team made this place well maintained and enjoyable. Freddy, who helps with repair was always quick and responsible. I had a great time in Boston region and Kimball Towers was my home. Thank you Pat. All the best.

Wheres Dawn (manager), Zubair, Jen (assistant manger) Ken the maintenance manager. This new management is a revolving door. Turnover is high, and the reviews are flawed, this same review platform had 3 stars as average, then they passed around a flyer and deleted most of the reviews that were old and negative. That doesnt matter except when Freddy walks up to you having done no maintenance that day and handing it out like candy. Like his job depends on it. Out with the old an in with the new, doesnt pertain to Freddy. He is a fixture until retirement comes. He is a nice guy and probably is training the office staff since they have yet to hold a manager, thats really bad. I wont get into customer service which was quite good with Pats team though it wasnt great unless you persevered, but now you dont even get a validation of how you must feel. Maybe these folks need some training, because everyone is complaining about everything, these reviews are not actual real experiences that are systemic problems. Human nature is to write positive and thats what many have done based on the flyer, they said is was some contest. But this is a disaster, is some of the 5 stars said what was the situation that someone was so helpful an its new, they do not state HOW they were helpful, so maybe they are just stating how friendly they were, there is not verified tenancy, like on amazon or other sites, verified purchase. I read reviews to make an informed decision.If I call because packages arent being delivered properly or the staff labels them incorrectly which by the way is a violation of the Federal law when it USPS and some packages are, and it just gets worse and worse and worse. I just want someone to say sorry about that, I would feel frustrated too, let me see what I can do. Please that makes all the difference in the world. If you push these newbies because you are sick of things being ignored or maybe they just dont know how to fix things, I understand when your boss up an leaves you and its not easy, but its not the tenants fault, we live here, you dont, have some empathy. Thank you, and I was told to not call again, so please do not write to me saying please call the office, this can be reported if it continues! Nothing being dealt with is umaccepatable and tacky as it might be we do pay the salaries! Go back a few years ago, there are the same reviews. and we have lived here forever, and the old management let us know what was going on, these newbies think keeping things to themselves is better, no its not!!!! (there is much more, the antiquated door system doesnt work, so you miss deliveries, like your hot pizza or groceries, or worse yet visitors, my child has no fab yet, and he was locked out, because he is too young for a cell phone and his friend mom dropped him off and thank goodness she waited, thats precious cargo. The pool is no designated by times and only 25 people, we share with all the buildings around and its a mess. So if you are in building 9, you have trek over with your kids and supplies, and see if they can fit you in, if not then what, you think they could set something up at the pool, plus its different time, one Saturday its 3-6 another 12-3 (this is an example and it posted in the elevators not an email or notice, we paid for the pool, gym, mailroom, common areas, staff from our rent. And of course if its covid then ok, but I think if we paid last year for these service and got none, then if you are vax you should be able to visit the pool anytime, like before. Time to move!

On 11/12/20 maintenance was performed at my apartment by Freddy. I had a couple of sinks that needed to be fixed. The work was done quickly and completely. Freddy is aways competent and friendly. So gladly to work with him! Thank you!

Kimball Towers is an excellent residential community. The apartments are modern and the landscaping is beautiful. There are also protected wetlands next to the complex that provide for a natural environment. The management team is friendly and helpful including Patricia (Pat), Bridget and Billy. The maintenance manager, Freddie is wonderful. He is cheerful, hard-working, trustworthy and seems to be able to fix any problem imaginable. Overall, the buildings, customer service and community have been a very pleasant experience.

I have been a resident at Kimball Towers for the past 7 years and believe that the buildings are the best place to live in the area.Pat who has been the property manager during my occupancy is spectacular!!! She is always available, quickly responds to emails and phone calls. She is incredibly professional and at the same time makes you feel welcome. Thanks to Pat, I have never had any issues. Both buildings are very well maintained and clean. The maintenance personal Fred is super nice, punctual and can fix just about anything.Between the buildings and extraordinary management, I would recommend living at Kimball Towers to anyone.

Our company has been cleaning the carpets at Kimball Towers for over 15 years. Recently, due to Covid we have also been sanitizing them in the final rinse.It has been a pleasure doing business with both Patricia and Fred. They are both very responsive and on top of the maintenance and cleanliness of the property. They pride themselves in doing the best they can for the residents and vendors alike.If we were in the market for an apartment, Kimball Towers would be our top choice.DYE-RITE Carpet Systems of N.E.

I really enjoying living here. The apartments are nice and the location is even better. Maintenance team is prompt and helpful. Front desk staff are very present and attentive.The view from my 9th floor apartment is amazing! It overlooks a wetland!My only complaint is I wish the communication between Kimball Court, who owns the property, and Kimball Towers,who owns the building, was better.Reporting issues with the dog park or parking lot can go unresolved because Kimball Court is responsible for resolving them.The use of pesticides on the property severely limits the use of the greenspace as no humans or dog can walk on the grass.

I have lived here for 2 years now and management has changed a few times but i have to say since Bell took over a month ago things have been better then ever! Jhennyfer who works in the office is super friendly and outgoing. Always answers any and all questions we have. Keep up the great work Bell !

I have lived at Kimball Towers for three years, I am so happy to say that I have never felt more at home. The staff is friendly and really wonderful to deal with. Maintenance will complete repairs timely and the Manager Patricia has been wonderful any concerns that I have addressed have been taken care of. I have been in her office and have observed some resident being very rude and she was so gracious and handle in a very professional manor. We have seen many changes in the office staff and Patricia is our constant never wavering we are so happy to see her friendly face. My family and I do feel we have the best management here at Kimball.

I have lived at Kimball Towers in Burlington for over a year now. The spacious living units, the amenities and the top notch staff are the reason that I renewed my lease. The grounds are meticulously maintained and all of the facilities are impeccably clean. I had the option to have a private parking space in the covered parking garage which is so convenient in the rain and snow with little ones running around. The maintenance and office staff are extra accommodating. I have worked with Pat, the office manager, on a few questions that I have had over the last year and she has gone above and beyond to answer all of my questions promptly. Freddy, one of the maintenance staff is just as friendly as can be. This is by far one of the higher end complexes in the Town of Burlington and it has exceeded my expectations in regards to apartment complex living.

Jhennyfer was and still is very quick and super educated about any concerns and questions that I had from the beginning when as was applying until now that I’m already living at the building! Amazing staff! Awesome and quiet place!

I have a friend who lives at Kimball Towers. They have a lot of community space and no charge for amenities. We use the tennis courts, jacuzzi and fitness centers often. Bridget showed me two apartments they are wicked nice the windows are huge which I know my cat will like! She always waves as I walk by and helps me with packages. She makes me feel at home :)

I reside at 8 Kimball court , Apt 508. The maintenance crew (Freddy ) was very professional and completed what was asked of them in a timely fashion. Five stars!!

Though we did not end up moving in to Kimball Towers, I highly recommend them based on their excellent customer service. I am new to the area and was looking to tour this property. I was assisted by Jenn Siquera and I have to say she answered all my questions. Ill be moving down this way officially come February and Im 100% sure that I will be making Kimball Towers my new home, thank you Jenn !

The actual apartments are beautiful, but the management is absolutely horrible. Pat, the manager is a joke. She has 0 respect for the people living in these buildings and has no problem sweeping everyone’s issues under the rug, hanging up on people, and not addressing important issues. She is refusing to address the smell of extremely strong cigarette smoke in my apartment coming from the people below me as I am about to bring home a newborn. I’ve called 4 times in the last month and a half about this issue. First she says that no one lives below me (even though I hear people constantly and see their doormat at their door). Then when I call again she says that it “doesn’t matter” and proceeds to hang up on me. Why am I paying to live in a non smoking community when they allow people to smoke? Great job management!! Winner winner on hiring this joke of a woman.

I myself and many of my neighbors are very long residents here at kimball towers of Burlington and we are proudly call it our home. Management always go above and beyond helping others at kimball towers. Pat, Freddie, Bill, Bridget and the whole staffs here is very professional, kind, they care about the residents and they have made difference in each of us for a very long time. They care about the people and have always supported to the community that’s why I love them. Pat always treat the resident like her own family that’s why I always have respect for her. I feel comfortable grateful for my home with my children everyday. Management have done such an amazing job and treats every residents with respect and integrity, some of you might recall a few of my elderly neighbors passed away these few years Pat and Freddie have always been so good to them no matter what. Maintenance is excellent, fast, thorough. Pat helped a resident here got the sets of keys 🔑 fell down the elevator and it cost her a lot of money to get it out. This is who they are only 1of many examples makes kimball towers a best place to live. The management treats the residents very well all year long PAT is 1 of a kind! Kindness is very inspiring that’s why I always like her. At 1 year a friend of mine lost her keys in the trash barrel Freddie went out of his way through the trash can be sure to get the keys back for my friend. Management is incredible and good people. Best beautiful community of Burlington at kimball towers we have everything is close by the best school system for your children too, my children grew up in this community Thank you God for kimball towers staffs❤️❤️❤️Robyn

Great place to stay! Indoor parking, fitness center, friendly staff. The rent here is a bit steep, the only reason to give a 4 star rating. One of the best places to be living in Burlington/Woburn area.

Kimball Towers is a great place to live, albeit a bit expensive. I do like being able to park in the garage, but I also wish adding a second garage spot wasnt so expensive ($100/month).I feel that for a two bedroom apartment, we should be able to get two parking spots included in our rent given the high rental costs. We chose to rent an apartment above the 8th floor which means we get hardwood floors, not laminate, and granite counter tops in our kitchen and bathrooms. I definitely like the finishing in the apartment, they are much better than anything Ive seen in the area including the newly built and very pricey Tremont apartments a couple of exits down I-95.Kimball Towers also has a great location as we have conservation lands behind us which means we get great unobstructed views and a guarantee that there will be no developments built near our building. The building is very safe and its nice knowing that there are people working in the office to help you with whatever you need.My biggest complaints would be the high rental costs and the charge-you-for-everything attitude. You get charged for additional parking (covered or uncovered), additional storage, having a pet, etc.

Great place to live. Family and pet friendly

We lived there over a year. For the first 6 months everything was going great, but after 7 months our apartment began smelling like raw sewage. It took maintenance 5 months to figure out that the dryer vent wasnt working properly and that was causing dryer vent gas from all the apartments below ours to end up in our apartment! Yuck!!!After that fiasco, we had a very noisy neighbor move in who blasted their subwoofer every night from 8pm until 4am. Multiple calls to police and days spent in the office.End of the day: They are super over-priced and marginally better than a non-luxury apartment. The only nice feature is the parking garage which costs $100 extra a month per car. Plus, the towers are surrounded by significantly cheaper apartments. Literally almost a $1000 difference right down the street. Not really worth it.

Nice location, stores nearby and good amenities. Too expensive for the area though.

We are leaving here in this Apartment since 3 years. Lot of things have changed, initially we enjoyed staying in this community but now there are couple of things that bother us.Pros:* Staff is friendly* The maintenance service is also good (Specially Fredi he is just awesome) * All the apartments in this community are very bright. * Good quality appliances.Cons:* We are having issues with building security. The parking Garage gates are mostly open anyone can go and come, the main entrance door is open sometimes and people just walk in and bother the residents saying they are here from XYZ company to help you lower your bills etc..* We are having issues with the new Luxer one facility the community started for the packages. USPS has no access to this locker so they will call you and if you are available only then they will drop the package to us if not we have to go and pick it up from local USPS office. This is a lot of inconvenience* No Mobile network.* Rents are too high.

Clean, quiet, and very nice and modern. Its a little pricey but worth it
