I love Core Properties, because they treat you like a family member instead of a tenant. My wife and I live at the Moore Apts and love our apartment. Core has worked with us on multiple occasions with different issues and really go out of their way to make sure we are satisfied. We have rented from multiple agencies in the past, but Core is by far the best we have ever dealt with.

Also known as Robinson Rentals is ran by a woman who appears to have no idea how to run a business. Nor morals and empathy for the less than valued tenants. In the time I’ve been a tenant here(since 11/2017) I’ve witnessed multiple people leave the property due to mishaps with management, bugs, or just plain unfair treatment. Personally I’ve had furniture ruined from a leaking ceiling(that I called maintenance about), was without heat for 17days(including Xmas&NY) & was told that I could not receive a prorated amount for rent but wanted to recharge me for a late fee that had previously been paid. I said all that to say: if you don’t mind having your belongings ruined, acquiring bed bugs & having to harass a building inspector to get things fixed then this rental company is perfect, otherwise be advised to spend your money elsewhere.

Had an appt to view apartment. She showed without key. After waiting for her to get key, we viewed apt. I told her I would come by the next day to sign agreement as I had to be a money order after work. She said she would hold it for me. That was at 1100. At 830 that night she called me to tell me the apartment was rented out after returning to the office. I could have used that phone call 8 hrs earlier.

Really they call this place home and its not. Im sorry but putting anew rooftop on and it still leaks really.

These place lacks customer service skills. We had an appointment scheduled and got stood up.
