I always love going to tony he’s never disappointed here’s a set I got recently and the picture I showed vs what I got it’s amazing I did get a different shape then the picture it’s exactly what I wanted if you love getting designs he’s the best for it

I love this place! A few months ago, Mike fixed a botched set of acrylics from another salon and that was great. Today, I got a full set and a pedicure from Lisa. She was kind, funny, and incredibly thorough. She took her time making sure each nail was perfect and checked with me along the way to make sure I was happy. Absolutely recommend!

Fantastic nail shop. They are friendly and accommodating to your requests. This was demonstrated during my appointment. A lady stated that her polish was chipping prematurely. Right away they fixed the issue. Two thumbs-up!

I had Gel nails done, w cat eye. The lady that did them, did a great job. They still look good now 11 days later. I do not know her name, she works at table #1 😊

I’ve traveled quite a lot and been to many salons this is hands down my favorite one. They always do such a great job! I always recommend them to everyone!

I walked in at 5pm for a pedi, fill and eyebrows. Man turned me away claiming it was busy but had 2 open pedi chairs and he had no customer. Mind u they closed at 8 pm.Never again!!!!

Havent been there in a while but went there on a whim last night and the woman a had did an excellent job. Im a bit picky especially with shaping my nails and Im always going home and re-shaping them... not this time! My nails look amazing!

I went into Nu Nails because I needed my nails fixed. I had a really bad experience the week before at a different nail spot, so I went to Nu Nails on a wim. Im soooo glad I did. Kim did my nails, and i have to say they are the best Ive ever had them done. She really paid attention to detail. The acrylic was just right, she filed and buffed them till they were perfect. She also has a good personality , ill definitely be going back

Stopped here while out running errands to have my gel nails redone and was impressed with not having to wait.I believe the technician was the owner. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.The large selection of nail polishes was impressive. And the prices were very competitive.I was in and out quickly and look forward to going back in a few weeks for a holiday manicure.

My mom and I got a basic manicure and pedicure, it was very affordable. The staff was extremely kind and talked us through the Experience (because this was my first pedicure ever) . I will surely be coming back and I think this will be my new nail place.I also want to mention that there are rude people who give bad reviews when usually theyre the problem (Not all just some).

Well done and quick. The chair was nice and comfortable

They stayed open late to finish my nails and it was the night before I was going to a wedding, so I really appreciated it.

Ive been to many many many different nail salons in Buffalo, Kenmore/Tonawanda, and Amherst. This one is BY FAR the dirtiest around. The place is disorganized with stuff everywhere (boxes, paper towels, laundry soap, etc.). Not that big of a deal but nothing was clean or cleaned while I was there and 2 people got pedicures! The woman who was doing my dip manicure put on USED gloves from a plastic shopping bag (looked like a garbage bag). The towel on her table was dirty (actual dirt, yuck). None of the tools were cleaned. One of the women used the restroom and DID NOT WASH HER HANDS after! I wanted to get up an leave but I didnt want to be rude....I really should have left. It felt like one giant health code violation! I dont know who has been reviewing this place commenting on the cleanliness but they are lying! My nails do look nice (I washed several times with soap!!) but I will never go back there!

Ive never been to a nail salon with better service. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. I barley ever have to wait to be seen and if i do its only for like 10 minutes at most. Their manicures are awesome as well as their acrylics. Theyre amazing at pretty much anything they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to go get nail services.

This salon is great! Lana is great! She stayed until 8:30 last night (half an hour past close) to make sure my nails and brows were perfect! My go-to salon now for almost a year now. Highly recommend.

Started out getting eyebrows done here then decided to give them a try for my nails.I dont like new places but the salon I use to go to was too busy and I had to always wait too long for my appointment. I got Moe and have been going to her ever since. She is very thorough and does great. Never any breaks or lifts. No complaints this way!

I love this place! The staff is so nice and is extremely friendly! I never have to wait more than a few seconds before someone attends to me and a few minutes to be taken care of. The salon is clean and offers a decent variety of services. The prices are very reasonable and they definitely give you a bang for your buck! I highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested in a manicure, acrylics, or whatever! Its my go-to place!

Kim was super awesome. Loved her but without notice she is gone. Does anyone know what happened to her or if she went somewhere else.

I decided tonight to try Nu Nails. It is close to home and had hours that worked with my schedule. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I left the salon in tears. My nails are not even finished. The woman working on them put me on the phone with the manager twice. The manager (Michael) told me the woman working on me didnt know what she was doing and that I needed to come back tomorrow for him to finish them personally. He was yelling at me on the phone telling me to leave and she was grabbing my hand and pulling my arm trying to keep working while the coworkers were trying to say other things to me. The other customers were looking on as this all happened and they started to apologize to me because of how uncomfortable it was. My nails are unfinished, rough and my skin is dyed because the dip powder was applied incorrectly after I repeatedly asked her to stop applying it the way she was. I have been getting dip nails for almost 2 years and knew it was wrong but was getting yelled at when I tried to explain and speak up. I will never go back. I have never been so uncomfortable. I do not generally like to complain about situations like this, but leaving a salon in tears makes me want to warn others of the experience I had.

I have been going to Mike (Nu Nail) for over 30 yrs. Out of all them yrs Ive only had 2 issues. I dont be anywhere else.

Not happy with eyebrow wax...simply asked for a clean up and not any thinner when she was done my eyebrows were destroyed! Not happy at all and nothing to do but wait for growth...never going back not even for nails

Pull away and say ow when they cut your foot but then proceed to keep cutting as it bleeds. Three friends paid less for spa pedicures and acrylics with gel than I did for just regular pedi and gel. Waited 20 min to be cashed out and the guy walks away and says wait for her then asks 10 min later what youre waiting for and to top it off, couldnt even explain why the charges were different just walked away saying we were wrong

I wont tell you why, because then Ill loose my appointments!
